Awful food. Stale buns, burger was like fried leather, horrid fries Will never stop here again.

If I can give them 0 stars I would, if they are going to take forever with orders the least they can do is let customers use bathroom! My 5yr old needed to go to restroom while in drive thru so my husband hopped out the car to take him then all I hear is my son crying in panic and my husband says the worker wouldn't let my son use bathroom! My son ended up peeing his pants! So when I finally get to the food window I let the chick who denied him know and she literally didn't care on bit and was rude! Then our order was wrong! This place is shit. I ordered 4 burritos and 3 tacos plus other items. The lady asked me if I wanted salsa and ketchup. I said yes please I would like extra salsa. I received 4 salsa packets. Lately I have been disappointed with Bakers and not just this location. Recently whenever I have gone to a Bakers I've always gotten cold fries. Tonight I went to this location in Calimesa and the fries were hot thank goodness! Keep up the hot fries & hot food and all your customers will be happy! read more

My third time there in a months my food cold again. went to return it they couldn't speak cuz I didn't have my it's a freaking hamburgers not a couch! So I had to call corporate office and was on the phone for 10 minutes talking to somebody with an accent that I had to repeat myself over and over. Bakers is a fantastic Inland Empire establishment. You can't beat the twin kitchen. It's the best of both worlds.

They do a decent job with the food. No complaints there. I prefer a different burger personally for the price you pay but it is good food for the most part. My big problem is we typically eat in as a family and we have been to this Baker twice now and it just feels sort of "grimy" when you walk in. The floor, tables, walls, bathroom, etc feel like they all need a serious deep scrub with hot water and chemicals. read more

This is the worst bakers I have been to. Every time I come here there is an issue. Today I decided to leave a review because I asked "can you please make my fries extra crispy".... The response from the not so nice girl on the drive thru... "No... We make sure they're always hot and fresh"... "Is that all?" ..... I have NEVER gotten hot OR fresh fries from this location, they are ALWAYS soggy AND cold... I will never ever eat at this location again. I've always loved this place ! The ladies there are so friendly ! But when my daughters boyfriend ordered a hamburger and he found a small tooth in it , I can't eat there anymore ! Gross ! We recently moved to Beaumont and eat Bakers on the regular. This Bakers in particular has had horrible service, messed up on our orders and the fries are always over cooked since the first time we tried it. Today was the last straw. I went through the drive thru to get my family dinner and the gentleman taking my order was not helpful and rude when taking my order and payment. I love Bakers because you get a tasty meal for a decent price, I especially like the shredded cheese and beef burrito with their red or green sauce that adds tanginess but not much heat. If you like spicy stuff try the Habanero ketchup with a burger or fries! I only wish they had one closer to where I live. Eating here is a treat! read more

PLEASE READ IF YOU DON'T EAT HUMAN HAIR!!! Honest to God, I bought a double Baker meal from the Beaumont, Ca Baker's Burger drive thru and there was a bunch of long hair wrapped around the lettuce. I asked kindly for no lettuce, still got lettuce, but when I went to remove it I clearly saw a handful of HUMAN HAIR WRAPPED AROUND THE LETTUCE!!! I posted multiple times on their Facebook Page, only to have the posts removed, ALL after being hung up on repeatedly by the "store manager". I've attempted to call the headquarters, and have never received a response. I thought it was illegal for food venders to serve HUMAN BODY GROWTH IN FOOD, but apparently not because no one ever attempted to address this. Horrified about the experience. I can only pray that an executive reads this and calls my bluff as the freedom of information act can back up my phone calls, and Internet contacts with them. read more

just ordered 2 combo burritos with milk shakes, the fries were so limp and soggy couldn't eat them, chocolate shake had very little if any chocolate, the vanilla shake tasted like chemicals, the burrito tortillas were under cooked, be a long time before I go back there. Bakers used to be good, but upper management needs to pay a visit. read more

This restaurant has refused service to my father who is deaf. My father tried going through the drive thru and they told him to stop because he "held up the line". So he tried placing an online order but they didn't have the order he wanted on their app so he kindly stood by the door and tried to communicate with them through the door via pen and paper to respect their wishes and not "hold up" their drive thru line. They told him they could not serve him and asked him to stop coming. This is complete discrimination and I'm so upset with this service. This has happened multiple times now ONLY at this location and my dad feels defeated. Every other food establishment is HAPPY to serve my deaf father in their drive thru by simply taking his order at the window. So what's problem here? We will never again eat at this location and will be taking this matter further. This needs to be addressed and handled. read more

I always loved eating at bakers when I lived in ca. This location is right down the hill from where my aunt lives and we would sometimes have late night runs, get the food and come home pop in a movie and chill with a beer. I love that they have spicy ketchup and good food! The burrito they had because I don't see it on the menu ATM. My absolute favorite and it's huge! You definitely get your money's worth here. I've never had a issue with it being wrong, cold, nasty- nothing. I've only ate inside once and it was clean and the employees were nice. read more

The quality of this bakers has gone down hill and we always return because of convenience. We will not return to this restaurant again. Dont feed me your dried out tortillas you stick in the steamer trying to save pennies on old food that has no cost you far more by losing our business. My wife and I left Ontario airport to head back to the desert and we stopped at this Baker's Tacos. We normally stop at the one in Beaumont but decided with the other options like InnOut and Corky's next door we would choose. It was a poor choice. first they cannot do math and charge you the correct price for drinks. Second we ordered 2 of their Burrito with shredded meat, Med size coke and fries. The order came to almost $9. Aside from the manager stepping in to refund my wife with her drink issue, then the order arrives. It was the smallest burrito ever for $4.89. Size of those cheap ones you get frozen. I went up and said is this all you get for $5, and the person in charge told me yes. We should have taken the special that we saw later for Hamburger, taco, med fries and drink for $7.98. I will never step foot in there again. Go to the one in Beaumont which is better. They saw we were unhappy and did nothing to make us happy. See ya guys. With the other restaurants next door, go there and avoid this place. read more

Really solid place! Nice, clean burger joint in the middle of nowhere. It was great to find this place, and the food was excellent and the staff was really pleasant. The menu is really interesting: it's a combination of burgers and tacos and other Mexican food. We only had the burgers and fries, which were great, but the Mexican food also looked pretty good. read more

Closest thing to an in n out burger by my house! Love the cheeseburgers with tons of habanero ketchup! The ketchup itself is worth the trip!!! I like how they have a mix of "Mexican" food with the burgers. Also the chicken sandwiches are very good, love the dressing on them. If you get a bean & cheese burrito & ask them to "go big" they will add lettuce, tomato & sour cream. Makes them that much better! The wait can be long at sometimes but the food is always fresh!
