Place is a joke, I ordered my food and charged for it and was to have door dash delive and I was only 8 minutes away from the restaurant. The driver said he wasn't going to deliver it because he wasn't getting enough to drive 9 minute. so he returned it. This place needs to get shut down ASAP..... we just moved to the area and we always see a long line outside this place so we assumed it was good... HELL NAH... the line is long because the service is HORRENDOUS... first of all they have a big ass billboard a block away that says "we deliver" so we go to the website to order delivery. Great food will arrive in 40 mins. We received a confirmation from postmates which was odd but makes sense. 45 mins later we get a knock and the door and by the time we get to the door the driver is gone. They left an order that wasn't ours, it wasn't even close, it had someone else's name on it, and it wasn't even a postmates order the ticket said door dash on it. So we called the restaurant and the guy we spoke to said oh we don't deal with stuff like that you're gonna have to call corporate. I was like excuse me ??? Slowest service ever. I waited over 25 minutes for my food and then it was cold. The lady working at the counter was so non-efficient I wanted to scream. I asked for four hot sauces and I kid you not, it took her a full minute to count out four sauces. She literally put a stack on the counter and then slowly pushed them aside one at a time until she counted out four. I said "one, two, three, four, good job!" Like she was a toddler. I ordered iced tea. They asked regular or sweet? I said regular. But I got sweet. Huh?? How hard is that? Ordered through door dash around 4:30. The fries were old/ stiff and the driver forgot the drinks. Hamburger was poor poor quality.

It being a summer night heading into traffic I stopped for some shakes from my kids and I to enjoy on our drive. I was handed one shake and it felt liquidity I had to double check with the kid handing me the shake that it was a shake. Again just kept trying to hand me the shakes I had to tell him do you feel that it feels liquidy his response was no it's fine that's how they are. It's how they come. We left the drive thru took one drink was was disgusted. It literally was milk in the center of runny once was ice cream. My kids tried theirs and didn't want to swallow it because it was so Liquidy like the ice cream was left out all day. I went right back to the drive thru showing them how runny and disgusting the shakes were. The kid didn't want to make eye contact acted like an abused dog hiding in back. The shakes were remade and this time I asked for the lady to open them and check before I was handed them. Again runny nasty milky ice cream. The manager said she just remade them it's hand dipped ice cream. I asked her would she pay for that or call that a shake no answer. She asked if I still wanted them or a refund. She said someone else just came back complaining so it's ok if I want my money back. She refunded the money for the shakes but it still does not reflect that in my bank account. He repeats the order and says "Make It Big, add sour cream." "No no, *no* sour cream." "Oh okay." I check my receipt and there's no mention of removing the sour cream. I point it out and he starts to get defensive and argumentative. "The combo burrito doesn't come with sour cream!" "Um, when you make it big it does!!" He checks with his manager and then acquieses. Checked my order they gave me a double cheeseburger w ketchup and mayonnaise, this is not at all a double baker. I went back they replaced it. She sticks out the cc machine for me to put my card in, doesn't say a word to me at the window but keeps it close enough to her that I couldn't get my card in by reaching out my window as far as I could. I usually use the drive thru without issue, but oh my gosh, the customer service inside is just completely lacking! I went in last night, there was no line, maybe 2 cars in the drive thru, and about half a dozen people working from what I could see. We looked at the menu for a minute or two, no one behind the counter even acknowledged that we were there. So I stepped up to the counter and mentioned that I was ready to order, no reply from anyone behind the counter, 3 of which were all working on one drive thru order right in front of me. I stood and waited while 2 cashiers debated on how much change they were supposed to give the person in the drive thru... Really?? Still ignored, no "be right with you" or any greeting after standing at the counter for quite some time, even mentioning to my friends that apparently we should have gone to the drive thru if we wanted food. When finally another employee appears from the back of the kitchen to finally take our orders. How many people does it really take to make one order? I don't understand why all the hate for this bakers location. I've lived by this bakers since 2001 and still go here at least twice a week and I've never ever experienced anything short of awesome. The food is awesome, the people working are awesome and their spicy ketchup is double awesome. Sometimes the drive thru does take a little but longer than other places however, it's because cooking awesomeness takes time but that is the only negative thing I've experienced. I go here every week, religiously, to grab my chili cheese fries and stock up my spicy ketchup and I have yet to have anyone there be anything but nice and friendly. Maybe it's YOU grouchy ass holes seeing rude through your grouchy-vision goggles.
