Pull out of the drive-thru, and parked down the street so I can get into this colossal thing. I pull it out of the bag and BAM!! oil just starts spewing from the bottom like they forgot the drain plug!!. It leaked all over me, my center counsel, seats, all over!! Good thing I was wearing casual clothes and nowhere to really be. I get that it's grilled in oil but how is it possible for that much oil to come out?? I mean ALOT!! I didn't know if I should eat it, or take it to Jiffy Lube. But I ate half of it and chose not to get down to the oil pan part, which was disappointing because it was actually good. Be careful if you order this if you're wearing something nice. I never had one do this before. Four stars because BB is usually better than this. Just want to share my review. Ask for extra napkins.

I've been coming here for years never had a complaint. It seems either they have stopped caring or they are clearly going out of business. Don't go to this one. My wife ordered two power sized meals one number one papa and the other a number one mama meal (only got one power sized.) it took more than 15 minutes to receive our food despite the fact that we were literally the one and only customer they had. No cars in front of us as we approached the drive thru and saw no customers inside the store once we reached the window. We got our food and realized one drink was not power sized. (When my wife told the attendant she simply said "oh sorry I didn't charge you for it." You would think her next words would be let me get you the correct size drink and fries as common courtesy to keep the customer happy. But nope she just gave us our food and as the window was closing she yelled to the back. "They wanted power size!" Ok we let it go as we checked that at least we got the food we ordered. Once we got home and started to dig into what we had been craving we realize the fries are soggy and at best Luke warm. I bit into my burger and the bread was strangely hard and I don't mean crispy, the tomatoes were strange tasting not fresh at all. I had it and looked up their number on google to let them know that it seems the staff is on drugs or something and what do I get? The number or code I had dialed was incorrect and to check it and call again. I tried various places to find a different number but it seems they probably turned off the phone. (Perhaps due to so many complains.) like I said I've been going to this place for years and had never been possessed to write them such a bad review but they did me so wrong this time. If the owner is reading this I would seriously like a refund at least and will gladly remove this post if you do. My order was around 17 dollars for two.
