The food is always okay. The lemonade is always watered down . Normally drive thru is about a 15 minute wait but man o man , today i spent 40 minutes in this line . We have done business with this Baker's for over 5 years now. We moved from a city where we had a Baker's just down the street and we were spoiled because they took great pride in their product and customer service. This Baker's is incredibly horrible! The quality of the food is inconsistent at best and the customer service not much better. I have called the corporate office a number of times to ask for their assistance. This location continues to decline. How disappointed Mr Baker would be if he was around. My recommendation for their corporate office is to close this location or allow Taco Bell to take over. At least then Baker's exceptional brand name would not continue to be negatively impacted. read more

I check their Facebook page for the deal of the day which usually determines whether or not that I will stop by, as I feel that the regular prices are a tad high. They would get zero stars if possible. I ordered 2 different combos thru their drive thru. After ordering and a 10 minute wait, the cashier, DIANA, charged me for both combos. After patiently waiting, she hands me one drink and one bag with only one combo, and slams the window. I have made it a habit to verify my orders due to previous mistakes. I then start knocking on windows showing my receipt, letting her know I have a missing order. She takes my receipt slams there window again then comes back with the rest of my order. She had an attitude, she's works there, and it was her mistake. I ask for her name, then one again she slams the window. She's rude and seems to dislike working with the public, she needs to look for a different type of job. I had to deduct a star for the acid farts I was given by their Chili cheese fries, which is also a miracle since the chili contained only one bean.
