Americano w/ oatmilk was watery & taste more like oatmilk than anything
    Angel F.

The server was really nice, but the coffees (Americano w/ oat milk) were too oaty and very watered down. The French baked goods weren't light & flaky, they were very dense & dry. Not a fan.

This bakery has many to offer. Bakeries goods has many type of bake goods to offer. The products include sandwiches and pastries. Coffee also offer in the store if you need one. We got several pastries and croissants. The pastries are crispy and delicious. Great for reheat. If you have it overnight. Price is the mid range.

Authentic ingredients, friendly service, outdoor seating - what more could you want?! We tried a few pastries including the egg and cheese open face sandwich, berries n cream, cinnamon roll and pain au chocolate. Egg and cheese was a favorite! Went back for a chicken salad on croissant. The chicken salad itself was decent, croissant was amazing.

Bought the crunchy Kouign Amann, Butter Croissant, and Baguette.food was expensive for the quality. Kouign Amann was crunchy. Service was average. Ambiance: you can sit outside and eat. Not a lot of space inside.

The pastries at Bakery X are phenomenal, and the customer service is excellent. They also provide quick and efficient service, making the overall experience even better. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for quality pastries and a great atmosphere.

    Pain Suisse and Madelines delicious
    Thao N.

Located at Krate and the Grove plaza in Wesley Chapel. We came on a Friday night after 8pm and they had BOGO pastries. The Pain Suisse is divineeeee. If you like Pain Au Chocolat, which is the rectangle chocolate croissant, the pain Suisse is more fluffy and soft with more chocolate. The Madelines were buttery and moist too. I forgot to ask for the pastries to be heated and they didn't offer so that was a blip in the experience.

    My new favorite menu item!

I love this spot! The croissants are amazing! I love the bacon egg and Gruyère cheese croissant. The service is friendly and helpful. The decor is quaint with many spots to sit inside and outside. They also have many other merchandise options. You must try them!

Every item was very tasteful. Definitely worth stopping by on a early morning or even late night coffee and pastry date

Chocolate Croissant (Pain au chocolat) - Quite tasty!

Nice little bakery at the Krate! Service was excellent... the person who waited on me, was friendly (although busy), asked me if I wanted my Chocolate Croissant heated, and did so. It was pretty good. I would stop here again if in the area!

Friday 9/13/2024 Came across this spot with the help of yelp searching and to add on to it my cousin loves & praises this spot so I had to see the hype for myself. I got an almond croissant $6 and a pain suisse $6.50. - The pain suisse was my favorite of the two. It was a warm & tasty type of croissant with an interior of chocolate chips. - The almond croissant was a flat out miss for me as I didn't like it all. It had a very hard texture at the top and the pastry itself wasn't anything special to me. All in all, the bakery is alright but my cousin definitely overrated this spot.

Pain au suisse was lacking tremendously, there's barely any vanilla cream inside. The croissant is pretty Good, very airy inside and good flavor. I'd rate higher but the pain au suisse could've been much better

Oh croissants with your layers of delightful buttery crunch and soft center- oh how I adore theee. Sometimes a croissant and a cafe con leche or cappuccino is all I need to make a wonderful start to the day Bakery X is a black and white bakery of sweet and savory delights, traditional prepared patisserie. Tucked away in the 'Krates' area of WC, makes it a bit less accessible daily to me, perhaps that's a good thing The savory emmenthaler (Sp?) and ham croissant was filling, I will enjoy the apple tart today!

The Peach pastry and berries danishes are so wonderful, light, flakey and flavorful! Will definitely be making this our baked goods and danish stop!

We tried almost everything on a menu and we enjoyed everything. Coffee is great, we always get decaf and they have amazing decaf. Outdoor dining is so pleasant since it's in a shade. Unfortunately seating inside sometimes is hard because people would order a coffee and just seat there for hours doing work. I don't that's appropriate and staff should not allow that. So many times there were no seats and bunch of people doing "work" on laptops while families with kids had nowhere to seat. I don't think it's "work at the cafe" place, people come there to eat mostly and it's weird to see one person with a coffee and a laptop taking up a whole table for an hour while there is a line out of the door of people. Our favorite is avocado toast, sweet and salty and mitiera bowl.

Macondo is located in the Grove at Wesley Chapel shopping center across from Old Navy. The service is wonderful and it's super cute inside. There is also outdoor seating. I ordered an Iced Coconut Latte, 3 empanadas and a pastry. The latte was perfect, I wanted a second one. We ordered two different types of Empanadas, 1 Argentine Ham & Cheese, 1 Colombian Chicken & 1 Colombian Beef. They were delicious!! We also ordered Alfajores, a delicious soft cookie. I loved Macondo so much, I might go back again before we leave Tampa.

I love that it's has a good amount of seating. The décor is modern and clean. The Deerioca plushie cushions along the wall in the seating area are so cute. The drinks are unique. They also offer snacks such as crab rangoons and croffles. The service was pleasant & professional. We were greeted as soon as we entered. Surprisingly, it wasn't that busy on a summer weekday. The Ube Brown Sugar Deerioca Crème Brûlée Milk Tea was delicious! Their signature Deerioca tapioca balls are sweeter (more sugar than honey) than ones I've had at other shops. The crème brûlée is mixed into the drink. Keep that in mind if you have issues with texture. It's more of a clumpy pudding texture than a whipped one. Not a bad thing, but some may not agree. The drink can be customized to your liking. On the other hand, I wasn't too impressed with the Matcha Croffle. The buttery taste that makes these croffles so good was totally nonexistent. I didn't even taste the matcha even though it was sprinkled on top. It's just my opinion, and nothing more. I'd skip the croffle next time, or try another flavor. Otherwise, it was okay for an average waffle. The subtle Harry Potter references are very cool. I've read that the owner is a big Harry Potter fan. Supposedly, the original name of the brand was "Diagon Alley" but was later shortened. If you look real closely at the logo, you'll see the "da" in it. It could stand for anything at this point. I don't know... maybe it's a coincidence that there is a deer in the logo that could be Harry's stag patronus. Either way, there is a definite reference even if it is subtle. It's kind of like finding a hidden Mickey, maybe? Just take a closer look at that boba cup the next time you're there. I'm looking forward to trying more of their unique drinks. It's the perfect stop while shopping at this outdoor mall in the summer heat.

The space was smaller than I expected and really busy during weekday lunch. Lots of people studying inside, and almost everyone seemed to have a matcha latte. Not loving on the ambiance. Kind of dark and the main focal point is the one area with rocks and the clouds. Everything is jam packed tables. Tasty, a bit sweet for me but still enjoyed it. My friend had the Pandan latte. She loved it. I tasted more coffee than Pandan. This place is so popular and is a must stop for these fun flavor matchas and lattes. It's just too cramped for me. I want to enjoy my drink with friends with less echoes and hear less of others conversations. I do like this place and perhaps it's just a pick up a drink and go kinda place if I do see it pretty packed. It was a Friday day, not a weekend visit.
