It's highly rated so it attracted me to buy and try their bread. I bought a sea salt pistachio bun, Japanese melon bun, milky soft bread, and a bun with pork floss and green onions. All of the items taste great. I love all of them. I would like to come back and try other items. I gotta try a sample of their castella cake. It tasted soft and smells great. The service was average. The cashier was polite but it would be great if she could smile . There is a very small parking right outside the bakery but there is also a big one that the land has been empty for a longtime since 2023. This bakery also let customers sit down and order bread and paste and drinks. The interior design is elevated. It's not just a bakery. It would be nice to sit down here and hang out with friends.

Found this bakery when passing by and noticed that they are soft opening! Tried their whole wheat walnut bread, almond croissant and the blueberry cream cheese! All are so good! Price are fair and the portion are generous! Look forward to my next visit for other pastries/ bread!

I visited newly opened Baking Factory. They offer Various type of Chinese style bread with western twist. There were so many choices and hard to choose. What we got: Almond croissant, Pork floss roll , Sausage cocktail bun and raison, nuts and cheese bread. Pork floss roll was great. A lot of pork floss filling with mayo, dough was so soft and buttery. One of the best I got. Raison, nuts and cheese bread was great, too. Dough was nicely soft and cheese, raison and nuts paired so well. I can have this with a glass of wine. Sausage cocktail bun was also great. Dough was soft, very delicious sausage bun. Almost croissant was also good. Dough was so crispy outside and almond paste filing was also delicious. Nice surprise was all their bread came generous size! I will definitely come back and would like to try their cake or tart next time
