I was completely satisfied with the work these maids did. Each time they came they cleaned my apartment thoroughly. They were pleasant, accountable, and I felt comfortable leaving them in my apartment. The price was reasonable compared to other agencies. He also gave me some phone advice since I had my phone for 4 years now love it. The second visit I met Tim at the store and he was really nice as well and knew what he was doing. My phone fell and the screen was black and I wanted to know how much it would be the repair of a phone screen and before thing he told me the two prices by quality of screen but before anything he believes probably the fall disconnected a wire from the screen and to give him 5 to15 mins. I stepped out and came back in 25 mins and it was back to normal as he detected a wire was detached, and he fixed it with no problem. I love this place and will definitely come back to this place because they are very trustworthy with customer's tech valuable.

From the very beginning, everything appeared pleasant enough--smiles, polite tones, reassurances. But once they had secured their fees, the entire demeanor shifted. The courtesy evaporated. What followed was a pattern of condescension, deflection, and outright indifference that never improved. My experience with this firm spans multiple years, not a single isolated incident. I first encountered this behavior over three years ago. Today, due to circumstances beyond my control, I had no choice but to contact them again--and the experience was identical. This is not a fluke, not bad timing, and not a rough period. This is simply how they operate. Simple, basic requests--such as asking for a routine email to be sent--were treated as though they were unreasonable impositions. Communication was strained at every turn. Phone calls were passed from person to person with no accountability. Everyone was a "messenger," no one was responsible, and nothing was ever actually resolved. They are absolute masters at passing the buck. What is most alarming is that this behavior was not limited to one bad employee. Every single person we interacted with behaved this way. It feels systemic, almost institutional--like apathy, deflection, and quiet hostility are part of their training. Their tone consistently bordered on contempt. Every word, every exchange felt tense, defensive, and unnecessarily adversarial, as though clients were an inconvenience rather than the reason the firm exists. Dealing with this firm over time is emotionally exhausting. You begin to brace yourself before every interaction, knowing it will be tense, unhelpful, and draining. You are subtly made to feel as though asking for assistance--while paying for their services--is somehow unreasonable. The cumulative effect is frustration, helplessness, and emotional fatigue, especially when you are already navigating grief and loss. There was no sense of guidance, advocacy, or professionalism--only a cold, lackadaisical attitude that at times felt almost masochistic in how much friction they seemed determined to inject into even the smallest interactions. At no point did we feel supported, advised, or respected. Most disturbing of all was their complete and total lack of empathy. This firm handled an estate during a period of profound emotional vulnerability. One would expect, at minimum, a baseline of human decency. Instead, beneficiaries were treated as obstacles. There was no compassion, no patience, and no acknowledgment of the emotional weight of the situation--just irritation, detachment, and an air of "not our problem." Repeated attempts to resolve basic matters were met with thinly veiled annoyance. There was no concern for outcomes, no sense that they cared how their actions--or inaction--affected real people. The experience left us feeling dismissed, disrespected, and completely worn down. These are exactly the kinds of lawyers who give the profession a bad name. Cold, dismissive, unresponsive, and utterly devoid of accountability. I am writing this so others do not make the same mistake.

my current babysitter came from this agency she speaks fluent english and is excellent with the kids..I go to work every single day and she is always on time by the dot,very very punctual,nice smart and sweet and takes very good care of the children when I'm not home. I feel at ease to know that my children are in good hands.This girl is very sweet and religious she is almost like part of the family. I don't mind tipping her well. I trust her with my children and the house. I love her and the children love her too. She makes sure they eat and take a bath she is constantly watching them and she even manages to keep the house clean! when I come off from work everything is taken care of. This nanny agency is the best I have found in the market in NYC it is honest reliable and has the most amazing workers. I was looking for a nanny for my daughter who lives in Florida and they found me someone who was really willing to travel back and forth and work in NYC and Florida at the same time. to be a very fancy lady and very particular about who do I bring in to my house is not an easy job. I trust Miriam a 100% because she is a very serious agency and a very serious business woman. She takes her time and she doesn't stop until she gets you the right help. Why is my info not saved in your database? The odd part is, i keep getting asked to come and interview with the same headhunter over and over again. You've met me already. How many times do you need to look at me to perform invisible biased? This means judging me by my looks, height, weight, ethnicity, and whether i am perky enough to send out, etc. It goes on and on. Here is the thing, if they want to collect resumes to sell them to third parties for $$ (allegedly) they should say so. Its so pathetic, unproductive, and just an insult to constantly waste my time and yours to provide false hope. This place is so packed and busy because they are so skilled at creating this illusion they are in high demand with tons of jobs, as if they are placing jobs for everyone in all of NYC and some parts of NJ. That couldn't be the furthest thing from the truth. They are actors getting a paycheck to appear as busy bodies. Sign me up. I wanna get a paycheck and do nothing all day. The last time i was in here, i let the headhunter have it. I called him out on his BS. I told him: Do you seriously want to get me a job or just waste my time? Do you want commission $$ or not? All you do is collect resumes. I've used your services so many times and its been nothing but a dead end. You don't think its odd the last 4 times i used you, i ended up getting a job all on my own? He gagged in silence and just couldn't take my brutal honesty. I wonder how he pays his rent because he surely is not helping anyone in the 5 boros land a job. To close things off, i ended up finding a job all on my own the last 5 times that i was in the market. That is 5 times they missed out on their commission $$ (thousands of dollars). Here is the thing, i am your secondary client. The firm you are recruiting for is your primary client. I get that. But when i send an email asking for a status update, i expect a response. Typing: NO UPDATE is easy. No one is asking for their first born child or a blood sample. I drop to drop everything for them, but they can't type a 5 second email to provide a status update? Really?!? Every time i ask if they are working on any new jobs, i get dead air. This firm really has a pair of elephant sized balls. How they don't bleed when he walks is beyond me. Just unbelievable. I wish them well even though they missed out on commission $$ 5 times in a row. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!

Although I have yet to find a job, the recruiter I'm working with is definitely a gem to work with. She's always calling and emailing to find out how my job search is going and to give me details on new job openings. She has already gotten me 2 interviews. I interviewed for one job I didn't really like but she found me another interview at another company not long after that. Let's see how this 2nd interview goes...

I hired Jewels Moving in July when moving into a rental while my new house was being renovated…read more When the drivers showed up for my move they quoted me 3X the price which was originally quoted. Totally understand that you need to see the furniture/boxes to give a full quote. Just unexpected. Ultimately, at that point, it's way too late to go with someone else that quoted you for the move since it's already move out day. That being said, the worst part was that the 3 guys moved my 3 bedroom house damaged almost all of my furniture. ALL (literally all) of our nice dressers/bookshelves/end tables had dents, scratches, and were dirty. Our kids beds (wooden) were destroyed. I was literally standing at the truck when they unloaded my sons bed and watched one of the guys smash the headboard on the ground. $1,500 bed destroyed. Our bed was upholstered beige. Now it's got dirt/grease stains all over it and we have to deal with it or spend another $5,000. They did not use a single moving blanket. They threw boxes to eachother and they complained the entire time. I have so much more to complain about this company but honestly it's not worth my time. Ultimately, I would highly suggest going with a company that actully has a pproper reputation and has skilled/qualified workers. Trying to save $500 cost me so much more in the end. We just moved again and used another company. They charged me about the same that Jewels ended up being after the 3X increase, and didn't increase the price on me. They were respectful, they wrapped every little thing in cardboard and moving blankets, they disassembled and assembled everything easily and professionally, etc. It was a night and day difference. I just wish everything they were moving wasn't already damaged from Jewels.
