We had our home tented/fumigated within the past six months and now we have termites back again. I see nothing in the contract about lifetime warranty as mentioned in someone else's review. That's an unreasonable expectation for any termite company. However, it is incredibly disruptive to move out again so soon after the initial fumigation. We hope that this can be treated locally and get a written addendum explaining exactly how long the original warranty lasts. Some companies say two years; others have different terms. It's costly to relocate again to a hotel for several days. read more

I had rodent exclusion work done on my home March 2024. I liked the work, the professionalism of the crew, the care they took in restoring the house when the work was done. However, there is and has been evidence of continued rodent infestation, even some which was pointed out and worked on back in March. The work supposedly carried a lifetime warranty. Finally received a call back after several attempts, made an appointment last week to assess what further work may be necessary, but Marcos did not keep it and hasn't called to reschedule. I don't usually write negative reviews, but I am frustrated. Guess I wish there was no promise of a lifetime warranty if it wasn't going to be honored. read more

I used Casa Blanca a few years ago to deal with a pest issue. I liked the work and they were helpful. There is a lifetime guarantee allegedly on certain aspects of the work. However, I have now been trying to contact the company for weeks by phone and email. I have never received a call back. I did receive a few emails back after waiting for a number of days. I got one response where they offered to come over the next day, but I was not available that day. Since then nothing. I do not know what is going on here. Very unfortunate because I liked their work previously. It appears that they do not want to respond to me in spite of the fact that there is supposed to be a lifetime warranty. I'm in the process of refinancing my home with a VA loan was was not told I needed a termite inspection. Monday I was told by my processor that my file was kicked back from final review because I needed a termite inspection. They were not the cheapest quote we received, but they were very thorough and seemed really knowledgeable. They arrived on time both for the free quote and for the termite tenting. They came over a few days after the tenting to take care of the subterranean termites and do the wood repair work. They painted the wood to match the rest of the wood and made it look seamless. Bonus points - when a plumber we'd hired wound up running late on his work and I had to postpone Casa Blanca at the last minute, Casa Blanca let us move the date of our appointment no problem. They didn't charge a cancellation fee or give us any problems. Basically, good communication, on time, good work. Can't ask for more than that! read more

I contacted Casa Blanca because of there excellent Yelp reviews and was VERY disappointed. They arrived on time, sprayed outside, but down to bait and left. They confirmed that it would take 5-10 days for to solve my Ant problem. I contacted them again after 10 days as the Ant problem had not not improved. They came out and put down more bait. Once again, this did nothing. I sent them a follow up message and they never responded. So my Ant problem persists and I will have to use a different exterminator. Marcos is unprofessional, has a a short fuse. Just because we weren't ready at 10 am he got mad at me and my roommates and walked out on us. He did not even offer to reschedule. It's funny because he also came late. He was supposed to be at my house at 10 am on Saturday and arrived at 1017 am.
