When I called to ask if the company could lower the price they said the person who came out would call me to discuss this. I waited, but no telephone call was forthcoming. I called the company and they discounted a small amount. The person they had performing the service was excellent. If the company says a person will call but they don't, it says to me that company doesn't need the top spot.
