I give them a 2 star because I have used them several times before having this past unfortunate experience. For basic sprays in and outside of the house, they were fine. We used them once for the attic when we had mice up there. They did leave one of the dead mice in a trap in the attic for over a month and we had to call them back to clean up the trap they left. This past time was the last time I will use them though. It was truly a horrible experience. We had a bee hive nesting on the side of the house in the roof. I called and spoke to Katie, who gave me what I thought was a good price for bee removal. For me, a layman not in the pest control business, I believed that to mean they would remove the hive and bees. Apparently it didn't. They sprayed and killed most of the bees, and we had to call them to spray again and let them know they did not remove the hive. They said that they don't remove hives and Katie said that's why she specifically doesn't mention hive removal. She said the website says bee removal and that if I wanted to know if they remove the hive, I should have specifically asked that question. I said that to me it was a bit misleading. I am not in pest control and I have no idea that I'm supposed to ask if they were going to remove the hive. To me, bee removal means bees and beehive. I asked her why they just don't clearly state that they do not remove hives, if they want to avoid misunderstanding. She didn't have an answer. Her silence seemed to indicate that she or they didn't care whether they were misunderstood or not. The misunderstanding was clearly all my fault. If you don't want people to be mislead, and you know it's happened before, then just state it so you don't mislead anyone. She couldn't even apologize or accept partial responsibility. Poor work is one thing, but unprofessionalism is the worst. read more

We called FPC after trying to deal with a gopher problem for over a month. They were able to respond quickly, did a very thorough inspection and dealt with the problem immediately. Thus far we have seen no sign of the gophers. They were very professional, courteous and reasonably priced. I also plan on using them for regular monthly service. read more

I could barely sleep for two weeks after a very large rodent invaded my attic, scratching and clawing at the ceiling vents and moving around loudly, night and day. A nearby 4-star rated company with glowing reviews took my money, did a very sloppy and ineffective job, and never followed up. They all cost about the same, I hope this saves someone else from paying several companies to get the job done right once. Facility was the third pest control company I tried, on a friend's recommendation. They came out this morning and this is my first night in two weeks without creaking or scratching or any other sound of movement coming from the ceiling. I used this organization in the past in a rental home I was occupying with four roommates and we had a horrible roach problem so I started searching for a pest control company. I didn't want to use one of those major companies because they have no personality when they come to the door and offer horrible service. I found the add for this company in the pennysaver and Sam (Who is Awesome) was the man I spoke with and the man who came to the door. He was very friendly and took care of everything, after he came all of the roaches were gone and we never had another issue. Recently I have just started to rent a new home and fortunately I was able to find Sam again and now he is my man for my new home. I love working with him and would strongly recommend this company to anyone, they use non toxic chemicals and they do what they are supposed to "Kill Bugs". We had really bad gopher problems. Our neighbor recommended this company. Sam took care of the problem. He did an exceptional job. He is reliable and knows what he is doing. We tried to get rid of the gophers on our own, but nothing worked. We couldn't figure why our neighbors didn't have gophers and we did. The only I'm fixing them 2 stars is because they were available to come out immediately. I spoke with Sam and schedule a treatment service for Saturday which was great. He sent me the preparation instructions for a bed bug treatment and I did as told except I wasn't able to lift the mattress myself. The technician arrived and I asked him if he could please lift the mattress as I was unable to do so since its heavy for me. He said ok. Then he call and said he wanted the raise the bed frame but can't do it himself. I said ok let me call my dad and have him stop by since he was nearby at the time to help lift the bed frame (which by the way was not part of the preparation instructions). The exterminator, Wilbur, asked me how long it will be and I said 5 mins or less. He said ok. I called my dad and he was there literally in 2 minutes but apparently Wilbur just got up and left and didn't even say anything to me or my boyfriend's mom who let him in to do the treatment. I had to email Sam to get an answer and he said he left because you weren't ready. What kind of an exterminator gets up and leave the customer without even saying anything? Sam said that Wilbur had no room to move because there were cribs in there and he was not comfortable doing the job. So basically he's an exterminator whose not comfortable working with bed bugs? I even told Sam that the bed frame was not part of the instructions so how can I be ready if I didn't know I had to do it. Second of all, if there was something in his way or something we needed to move, why didn't he just say so instead of just leaving? Anyway I went with another company and although it cost a little more they did a great job and even treated my living room included in the cost.
