He will even let me know when he is not available and someone else will be providing the service. Last night we had an issue with ants coming into our dining room from an outside wall. As explained to me, the foundation is sealed so no more mice are let in. Then in the ensuring 4 weeks of mice abatement, the rodents inside the home are caught. Only the foundation was never sealed during those 4 weeks. Technician never did a thorough examination, even after calling on Week 5 since tech never showed up on week 4. I spent 3 hours and $75 doing the work myself that I paid around $400 for someone else to do. Told all this to management, no offer of refund. They even told me that the sealing of the home comes at the end, since they don't want rodents getting poisoned outside and then have them crawl in and die in the home. Which doesn't make any sense, since if they did their best to seal the foundation, mice wouldn't get in after the poison, and leaving the foundation unsealed for 4 weeks would let all the mice in. Very disappointed for a company that has been in operation here for so long.
