Today we ordered lunch for a team of 11 people. Ordering online is the BEST. I included everyone's names with their orders, mostly for our own reference, but Bally's actually wrote our names on all the containers so it would be easy to determine who got what. And for an order as large as ours was, it still only took about an hour from the time of our order until they were at the door. The food, as always, was delicious. They were out of string beans which was a bummer, but the broccoli was a yummy substitute. The curry shrimp included 5-6 jumbo shrimp and a lot of mixed veg (mostly onion). Everyone said their dishes were really good. Even special requests came out as-ordered. Nothing was missing or wrong with our order - in fact, they gave us some freebies as well. Overall, Bally's has consistently good food, decent delivery times and reasonable prices. read more

Our go to Chinese delivery place. We have never been to the restaurant in person but have ordered delivery at least a dozen times. The prices are great, delivery is ALWAYS fast, and there are always little extras included in our order. When ordering large orders we've even gotten full entrees included for free. The delivery drivers are always super polite and even come up to our third floor apartment instead of making us come down like most other places. We've never had bad food and have tried a wide variety of items from the menu. My favorites are the general tso's chicken, teriyaki chicken, and steamed dumplings. the driver must've received his certificate in customer service from the toilet. He was very mean and nasty and really ruined our experience as 1st time customers with this restaurant. I am new to the area and searched on here for Chinese food. I was so surprised and happy to find that I could order right here. I LOVE not having to call and place an order. Makes my life that much easier. I was even able to put in notes asking for them to call Bc my bell doesn't work. Once I ordered it showed that it would be anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. They showed up 34 minutes later. Which made me happy! The food was good. We ordered a LOT of food. I ordered sweet and sour chicken. The sauce was very sweet but it was good. No serious complaints. Do yourself a favor and skip it. The General Tso's wasn't fully cooked nor the standard outer texture you have come to expect. The sauce was also lacking. The curried tofu dish had decent sauce but the tofu was very off in texture and flavor. Horrible. Ordered from them, waited 90 minutes then started calling. They told me the driver was new and hed be there soon.. 30 minutes later, same thing. Then their phone was busy for about 30 mins and finally i get them back they say "im sorry, the driver is new, everybody is new he WONT likely be there soon" -_- I dont know how others have reviewed this positively it was the WORST order / delivery experience i EVER had. I got the chicken with broccoli. They threw in a free eggroll with my meal. I ordered through Grub Hub and the delivery was fast. The food is tasty. Wish the chicken had a little more "texture" and was less soft but it's standard american chinese and I love that you can order online. Food was pretty terrible, very disappointed after reading the positive reviews here. Tons of borderline uncooked celery in the cashew chicken combo. The fried rice lacked any real taste and there was a hair in the wonton soup. Egg roles were decent but we threw most of the rest of the food away. We will not be going back. We placed our order on grub hub and it told us we need to wait an hour for pickup, we called after 40 minutes and it was ready (although not reported so to grub hub). No idea how long the food was sitting there but it was was all pretty soft by the time we got it, egg rolls weren't as crispy as you would expect if they were just made. read more

Used GrubHub for the online ordering process. Very easy to place order and pay. Ordered at 7:00pm and was told order would arrive around 8:10. The order arrived at 7:30pm, hot and fresh. I used the online ordering and my food was delivered within 30mins. The website estimated 45min-60min and I had expected it to take maybe an hour. I was very happily surprised that I had my food within 30mins! I also really liked the food. It definitely had good flavor and I liked the way the white rice was cooked. I was able to try this place out while in Delaware before meeting up with some friends. Just stopped in for a quick snack before dinner plans later. I never heard of honey wings, but decided to risk it... and they are well worth it. I recommend giving them a try if you pass through, or live in this area. Location is right before downtown Wilmington. One block this way is ok, one block that way is slightly sketchy area, but food is good for the price. Nice people, fast service. read more
