Pros: Traditional bologna sandwiches on white with lettuce and tomato. Not barbecue bologna. I don't like barbecue bologna so I was really happy I found this place. Very cheap prices. I got the lunch special, which is a bologna sandwich, with one side, and a canned soda for eight dollars. For sides, you can pick from tabouli or macaroni salad. I chose the macaroni salad because a lot of people said that they didn't like tabouli online. My macaroni salad was good. For canned soda, you can pick from Dr Pepper, orange crush, or RC Cola. I picked the orange crush. The sweet girl at the register was good at her job. And the chef preparing the meal was in very crisp white whites. This place seems very popular With young families and hipsters. The young families were there to get bologna sandwiches. The hipsters were there to eat the salad. I'll be back to try the salad next time. Cons: there is no parking lot, but there is street parking. I was able to find a spot in front of the truck, but other people were just parked willy-nilly. The hours are a bit inconvenient. This place is open Thursday through Saturday from 11 till 2.

Excellent sandwich. The thin sliced baloney really carries the smoke well, if you love smoked baloney this is your place!

Fellow friends, you better get on it before people taste this bit of heaven or they will start running out of bbq to share. We got the chubby cheeks taco, a beef rib and heritage pork rib. Everything was just love. I can't explain it well enough but when you try, you'll know what I'm taking about. My absolute favorite was the Beef rib. The beef rib was melt in the mouth, succulent and perfectly seasoned. My bbq soul is complete. Their bbq sauce they have is fantastic and their other sauces are killer too! The service was fantastic. They were extremely nice and helpful. It's a food truck so I'm sure they move around but this time they were located behind American Solera. I can confidently say they are the bbq masters of Tulsa. I can't believe Tulsa would have such amazing BBQ but these folks do it right. Overall, it's the best BBQ I've ever put in my mouth! They know exactly what they are doing with their meats. I'll be back in the future.

It's hard to fathom that the meat could be that smoky, juicy and flavorful. The sliced brisket is better than anything you will find in town without a doubt in my mind. I can honestly say that you would be doing yourself a disservice by skipping this place next time you're out for bbq or tacos.

Their menu is pretty straightforward with common offerings like quesadillas, street tacos, tortas, burritos, and aguas frescas. I visited after the lunch rush, so it wasn't busy and the staff took my order right away. Their birria tacos and street tacos are delicious. Not a lot of places have suadero (thin cut of beef) as a meat, so that's a great option. Their horchata is pretty good too. I ordered my food to go and waited inside Brice's coffee. However, they do have some covered sitting available. I believe the idea is to make the spot into a food truck park (there's already a burger truck and soon there'll be a ramen one).

Tray had sausage, ribs, smoked bologna, and some sides. Absolutely loved the ribs and sausage, great smoke flavor. Sausage had great snap and a solid smoke ring. The ribs I had were insanely delicious had amazing bark... and yes they were juicy and tender (tendernism on deck). Would love to try the sides at the top of his service hours instead of the end of day. But my overall eating experience was great!!! This crew is goin places in Oklahoma. I will be on the look for these guys. I eat bbq all over the midwest: KC, TX, OK, MO, AR. Great service and great food. Ribs had a nice bark, not overcooked. Brisket also had a nice bark, great smoke flavor. Beans were perfect, mac and cheese could use a little salt but that's an easy fix you make on your own. My only disappointment was I got there too late to try the burnt ends! If I'm ever back in Tulsa, this will be one of my first stops. Sn: I decided to try this place out solely due to the owner being under a Reddit post highlighting other local bbq restaurants even tho, they had recently just opened up!

Both sandwiches came with homemade potato chips, a mix of regular and sweet potato and they were absolutely delicious. The Dutch Crunch Sandwich was packed with turkey, bacon, swiss, tomato, arugula, and avocado mayo on dutch crunch bread. They don't skimp on toppings at all, there was plenty of turkey and bacon, and every bite was flavorful. Dalton's Double Deuce was another standout. Ham, egg salad, olive tapenade, and arugula on a fresh Italian roll. It felt like a grown up version of an egg salad sandwich. The olive tapenade adds a great punch of flavor, though it leans a little salty. And the cookies... unbelievably good. Truly some of the best cookies I've had. The Brown Sugar Cookie has a gooey center and deep caramel flavor, and the Oatmeal Cookie without no raisins, surprised me, I didn't miss the raisins at all. It tastes like it has a light honey glaze to me, and it's phenomenal. Trenchers is definitely a new favorite.

They seemed like they had been fried ahead of time because by the time I got them, they were soggy, which was a bit disappointing. I paired everything with a root beer, and overall it was a fantastic meal. Aside from the chips, I really enjoyed it and would definitely come back.
