Because of such good reviews, I ordered pizza from here a while back. It did not blow me away like I thought it would. The dough was thin and too soft except for the edges. I wondered if the veggies (vegetarian) made it kind of soggy in the middle. Cheese was very thick and plentiful. I like a sweeter pizza sauce, but this is bland. There also wasn't enough sauce around the edges of the pizza. I thought the garlic bread would be good. It was thick and hard to bite through. I ordered a 10" pizza online for pickup with basil and pepporoni for pickup. How can you fuck up pizza, right? its gotta be good. i roll out to the unassuming joint. I drive over to the joint, and it literally the definition of a hole in the wall joint, with exposed wiring. My expectations dropped a little. Dude told me they were out of fresh basil and cut he put dried basil on it. i said yeah, but again, my expectations dropped a little more. It smelled FUCKING GREAT on the way home, i almost wanted to park and pig out in the car, but i didnt. i get home, open it, a beautiful pizza. I tasted it, it was pretty damn good, certainly better than i was expecting. Fresh basil would have made it better (in my opinion), but who cares. My mom lives in Carson, and Im frequently over working on my cars...not sure why I hadnt tried It sooner, but i will definetly be back. I come to this place everytime I'm in the mood for a philly cheese chicken sandwich. I drive atleast 6 miles to get this sandwich everytime. This place has good tasting food! They need a better or another location for the amazing foods they offer. They have been at this location for decades. Place seems clean but small. Staff seems kind everytime I come and other customers I see they show the same. Our go-to pizza place! Delicious and very reliable.Their pizza tastes homemade. The sauce is delicious and the crust isn't all greasy like at your well-known pizza chains. You have to order a side of meatballs or sausage link because then you get some amazing dipping sauce for your crust. And, you definitely get the customer service treatment with them. Last time I ordered, I typed in my address numbers slightly wrong and they went to the wrong house. But, they just called me and found the right house. If I had ordered something through a food delivery app, that communication would have had to go through a call centers before it got to me and it would have taken longer for me to get my delicious pizza. In summation, you should give this place a chance if you want to find your awesome neighborhood pizza place. read more

I am really disappointed in recent NON service from a place I order from regularly. I placed an order for delivery on 8.28.2017 at 12:45pm. I waited. And waited. Finally at 105 I call the shop. They charged me but never delivered. I will have to rethink my delivery places. Food is usually wonderful tho. Too bad they didn't deliver this time. Updated. I called Bambinos about my credit card being charged and requested a refund for non delivery. I just don't get it fellow Yelpers...why the high ratings? I was extremely disappointed with the flavor or lack thereof and the skimpy, greasy, watery...yes, watery pizza. I ordered a large, extra cheese, pep, salami, mushroom and olive witha a large salad. The sauce tasted like plain watered down tomato sauce, hardly any cheese and weirdly cut, thick salami with a heartburn waiting to happen taste. It actually made my stomach turn! The salad was the best part with lots of mozzarella cheese (maybe that's where my extra cheese went), red onions and crisp lettuce. $23 later, I kept kicking myself for coming here in the first place! Lunchtime and I was craving some pizza. A few options in the area but the best delivery is Bambino's. A great little family owned pizzeria. We ordered a pepperoni pizza with some pistachio Haagen Dazs ice cream. It arrived very fast. The thick crust is really fresh and is a good compliment to the mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce. The pepperoni was nicely cooked not under or over cooked. It was delivered super hot and was just what the doctor ordered. The Haagen Dazs ice cream is good but it is Haagen Dazs. I don't think ice ever had bad Haagen Dazs. I was hoping they would have spumoni but oh well. So many wonderful calories that I will work off at a later time. read more

I was in Torrance, California on vacation visiting my family. I called in an order for pickup early on a Saturday night. I gave my name and phone number, but informed them my father would be picking the order up. My dad confirmed the order at the counter by using my name, purchased the food, and arrived home with the incorrect order (which was not anything near what I ordered). We drove back to Bambino and gave them the order back. First of all, they placed the food that we returned back on the take-out shelf instead of throwing it away (having no idea if we had done something to it (of course we hadn't, but still)). Secondly, they didn't offer anything for the fact that we had just drive all over heck and creation due to their error. Here's the most important part: the large pizzas we purchased were what other shops would consider mediums (at best), and the pizza was average (at best). Consider this a positive 3 star review. I enjoy eating this pizza and have ordered here three times. It's good. Would go 3.5/5 if given the option. However, there is much better pizza out there. The main downfall is the sauce. It fails to stand out. Not exactly bland, but it needs more seasoning. It's sweet tasting, that's about it. The dough is very good, soft and tasty with good chew. Solid cheese, but they need to add more. The toppings are top notch. Good quality mushrooms, pepperoni, onions, and chicken. Plus the price is right. I had the Mussolini Grinder sandwich and liked it. A little too bready, but the inside had good flavor. All in all a good neighborhood pizza parlor. read more

The company where I work orders pizza's here all the time and we really enjoy them. I got a meatball today (12") and it is HUGE! This will be two meals for me. There was plenty cheese and the bread was perfectly toasted. The meatballs must be handmade because they were a little loose, but they were tasty. Next time I will ask for more sauce. I've been eating from this place for years now. Oddly enough, never seen the establishment because I always order delivery, which is free! I've had just about all their subs and if you order the philly steak or chicken be prepared for yumminess. The meat is seasoned just right without being salty, strips of onion, bell pepper, just the right amount of cheese and very juicy so the bread is never dry. Its been consistent every time I've ordered it too! The buffalo wings are amazing, seasoned and spicy...again always consistently so. I've branched out and tried their pastas. I have to say their Pesto sauce is very delicious. Their pizzas are good for the value. If you're tired of normal Dominos or Pizzahut, where you order the special for $10 and after taxes and delivery fees its still $20 try Bambinos. Fancy dining it's not. Delicious it is. The deluxe pizza was absolutely amazing. Sometimes you cant judge a pizza by its storefront. Its a bit grungy and probably would take it home, but otherwise, I don't foresee ordering Domino's again. The crust was so tasty and the pizza was well cooked and very flavorful. I can't say enough good things about Bambino's. My girlfriend and I order something almost every weekend - their pizza is AMAZING (thick cheese, generous amounts of toppings, perfect crust) and I am completely spoiled on their buffalo wings (plenty of well-flavored sauce with perfect amount of heat, and each piece dwarfs what you'll get from your local chain). The sandwiches and pasta are pretty good, too. There is no going back to regular delivery pizza after getting something from here. And considering the quality of their food, the prices are extremely reasonable - most of it costs about the same as a typical pizza joint, but is easily much tastier. If you want some great pizza and wings without going gourmet, this is unquestionably the place to do it. read more

I am in love with this pizza place. This might just be the best pizza I've had in my life. The location is kinda weird, you have a liquor store next to it and is across the street from a gas station and another Pizza place. Inside it is very small, you can eat there but Party of 15 I don't suggest but you and a friend will work just fine. I get treated here with smiles as the owner and workers are always ready to take your order. I've ordered here so much they know me by name and by what I order. The prices are cheap! I can order a Jumbo for 10 dollars and two people can eat off of it. I can order two jumbos and I've fed up to 5 people on just two jumbos. Then again one of those persons in my group was a girl and girls do eat less. Either ways I even begin to tell you how much I love this place and is the only pizza I want when we as a family are going to have pizza for dinner. Love It!!!! read more

I ordered a Hawaiian pineapple and ham pizza, and an order of buffalo wings. The delivery guy was super friendly and he has a good personality. When it was time to eat, I took myself a slice and as I lifted it from the box, you could see the cheese oozing and stringy ....REAL MOZZERELLA! They're very generous with toppings. Lots of pineapple and ham. The crust was crisp and yummy. The buffalo wings come with a very creamy ranch dressing dip, and some celery. I'm not a huge fan of pizza and usually can't finish a slice. Bambino's broke me in! I surprised myself and finished 2 whole slices. So delicious. The fresh pineapples were juicy and sweet, along with that subtle saltyness from the ham. So I was home alone, didn't feel like cooking or even touching the microwave so I called Bambinos for delivery. I called and stated I want a delivery, then put on hold for a full minute, then got back to the man and he apologized so I placed my order of a double cheeseburger, fries and 12 pc buffalo wings. They said the order will take 35 minutes but they came a little later than that, I don't know if I called at their rush hour (it was 5:00pm) and they were 3 minutes away from my house. My order came and my food was still hot and fresh. The burger was moist, hearty cheesy and delicious. The buffalo wings were drenched with spicy buffalo sauce, some wings were dry closer to the bone but nothing ranch could fix. My least favorite were the fries. They were dry and under seasoned. They are also steak fries, which I hate. I would probably order again but I would probably order something light like a salad since the wings and burger were slower than wing stop or papa johns. I frequent this little shop since I work close by in Carson. There pizza is pretty good and not too expensive. I wasn't a big fan of their subs though. I usually get a large cheese there, but this time when I called they offered the "special" cheese. He said it was a littler cheaper. After eating it, it seems to have more oil and im not sure that the sauce is the same. I liked the original style of cheese they make better. Oh and to note the price: 8.95 for a large "special" cheese pizza before tax. Compare that to Rosario's which is around $10 for a small cheese. All in all a better alternative to the nearby chains and other local pizza shops in Carson. read more

Wingstop has variety but their 10 wing combo for freaking 10.99 is weak compared to this. (that's almost a dollar a wing) The wings are full wings as well. If your looking for pizza and your facing this place do a 180 turn and see that little caesars its right behind you lol. There hot and ready deal is the business for just $5. This is our new go-to italian delivery joint... Despite being on hold for 10 minutes and having to call back to an unapologetic employee this last time. (Why I reserved that 5th star.) I mean... It is just good business to simply apologize for the long wait and ask how they can help ya. Not say... "Yah, were busy." I mean.. Good for you. You sell good food and are busy. Do you want me to stop bothering you and order from somewhere else? We have ordered quite a few items from them... Chicken fettuccine, garlic bread, buffalo wings, grinders, pizzas. All of it was cooked well and sent with huge portions. Price per item is on point. And dang those buffalo wings. If only they offered that blue cheese tho! Delivery is fast. Even faster than estimated amount most of the time. Food comes in hot and ready to eat. Delivery people and friendly and helpful. I will keep going back. Hopefully the busy hours don't keep the employees acting sour towards potential customers... Or they might easily lose some. read more
