    2-topping Large Pizza ($22) - Apr 2025
    Olivia S.

I love Bambino's. It was always a special occasion take out option for my family growing up because although the prices are a little higher ($22 for 2-topping large) than your typical pizza chain, the freshness is unmatched. They often have deals on Uber Eats. For the pizza--You don't need more than a couple toppings. The goodness is in the light, juicy sauce and the thick layer of mozz. My other recommendations (after years of ordering) are -Philly Cheese Steak (mayo, tomato, bell pepper, mushrooms, pickles, cheese, thinly sliced brisket). This is literally life changing. Must get as is -Antipasto salad. This is your classic salad, but their cold cuts are very fresh -Chicken Nuggets. They are like $9 for 12pcs lol. So expensive but I stand by these nugs.

Best pizza I've ever had! Owner & Staffs are very friendly. As always pizza is soooo good! My daughter always ask for their cheese pizza.

Best decision today! Authentic Italian with hard to beat prices. Flavorful without that greasy feeling and each pizza was oozing with cheese and brimming with natural ingredients. Love how each slice you grab has more toppings and cheese than bread. Who needs Pizza Hut and Domino's when you can support local finds like Bambino's? Ordered spaghetti too and it was divine! Packed a true Italian punch with every bite!

Pretty good place! I hate they don't deliver to my place even though I'm 5 miles away. They have some interesting toppings and specialty pizzas. My sister ordered. I trusted her judgement but she went a little adventurous that day. She ordered some sun dried tomato white pizza, chili cheese fries, & spaghetti. Way too much food but we were in a mood. Anyway...I was not a fan of the pizza but I tasted the potential. There was no sauce. Just dollops of pesto and a lot of mozzarella. If we had gotten a normal sausage and ham with marinara type of pizza this review may be a little different. The chili cheese fries were not very good but it's what I expected from a pizza place...pre frozen fries under canned chili. The spaghetti was definitely lacking herbs and spices and for some reason there was 3 cups of noodles under 1 cup of sauce. Layer it guys layer it. Despite the aforementioned I wouldn't mind trying this place again but I won't let my sister order.

The pizza was good it has a very simple classic taste. But still very flavorful. The prices are fair. I definitely recommend and will return. I don't know of they still sell by the slice, however freshly done is better. They give cheese and peppers on the side. See my pictures.

It's been a lonnnnnng time again since I've done a Yelp review because of ... well.... life, adulting, etc. once again. But hey... enough of that for now. Ahhhh Bambino's Pizza! This place has been here since the freakin' late 80's!!!! They survived the L.A. Riots, 4 BUSH terms, and a Mayor Fajardo extortion era! So it's safe to say that this pizza place has been through and seen enough of Carson's history to stay in business through all these years. The Place: It's small and not the best looking, but it's oldschool and still has that late 80's feel... but I miss the arcades! The Food: For a pizza place that is literally competing against a Little Caesar's that is across the street....; Bambino's Pizza has more of a gourmet taste along with a more diverse "portfolio" of entrees on their menu from calzones, to thei Philly cheesesteak and what they call a "Mussolini Grinder". Their tomato sauce is pretty damn good in general. The Service: GREAT, HOMELY, straight up... oldschool late 80's Carson hospitality. I love it! All of the workers are so nice to you and it makes up for how it looks inside and how small the place is because you cannot put a price or high rating in things like that. The Verdict: It's a great place if you're thinking "damn, I want a great $1.50 a slice pizza or bad-ass gourmet sandwich real quick!!!!". While people will bitch and super knitpick at a place like this.... I must give this place a 5 star rating because it's always had a ton of heart in its food, delivery and customer service! They get down to business and it reflects on those qualities. Bambino's, FTW!

    Fam finished the food

But I did enjoy the italian sausage and basil. Still so glad I got to try it. I heard many people say that the black onion was sweet, but personally, It didn't taste sweet to me. The sauce was quite overbearing. The comments were right about one thing: it was very tangy. However, the good news is that my family loved it. If the family loves it, then it really has the potential. We loved the ambiance! The restaurant is very clean, seriously spotless. Based on our experiance, we also found the restaurant is empty. The plants outdoors really set the vibe. I love how it feels like you are in a garden. The inside feels like a typical pizza place. Very calming, and cool temperatures. Their pizza is fresh and everything is done well. The service is outstanding. For anyone who is new to the place, the waiters will bring you the pizza after ordering. They came as soon as possible and everything was delivered well. While I wasn't a fan of the black onion marinara, I do believe that we will come back in the future and try a few different pizzas. I am still willing to think that maybe I didn't order the right thing and that there is more flavors to try. Thank you Burratino's Brick Oven Pizza for the good experiance. I am willing to try the restaurant again.

The sandwich was good, and the pasta salad was amazing. This time was a completely different experience. First of all, the pasta salad was bad. I don't mean it wasn't prepared well, I mean it was SPOILED. and it wasn't like recently spoiled, it obviously went bad days ago. The smell was horrible. Like straight up chunky rotten milk. At first I thought "maybe I'm just getting sick and my sense of smell isn't reliable" so I tasted it and it was absolutely disgusting. As spoiled as can be. The dressing, the cheese, the whole thing was 100% bad. As for the sandwich, the bread was stale, the meatballs were obviously frozen and reheated (probably in a microwave). Not horrible like the pasta salad but not good either. The dumplings were actually pretty damn good. but after spending 30 dollars for this meal after tipping them, I can't believe this is what they served me. The inside seemed dirty and smelled musty too. That's normal the sort of thing that I can easily write off as long as the food is good, I grew up very poor so a little dirt isn't gonna kill me. But that combined with the fact that they're serving rotten food tells me nobody should be eating there and the health department needs to pay them a visit. Terrible. I've never had such a bad experience with takeout before. I thought about bringing the pasta salad back to show them and complain, but what would that do? I don't want a free meal, I'm never gonna eat there again. I doubt they would switch it with fresh pasta salad. If they're already selling rotten food, they know it. It wasn't subtly bad, it was so bad that the entire room I ate in smelled like rotten milk.
