I've had this pizza before and it's decent so I went in today and ordered some pizzas and wings. While waiting for my order, I was observing the cashier and he was at the register handling money and using the register. Once he was done he went straight to the back (without washing his hands or putting on gloves!!) and started putting cheese and pepperoni on pizzas with his bare, unwashed hands! And to make matters worse, the other cook in the back, came up to greet a customer with a handshake and proceeded to go to the back (without washing his hands) to handle pizza! Pretty impressed with this spot. They sell this pizza at my son's school. He said it was really good and I would like it. He was right!! I like that they text you when your order is ready. So bummed. $50 for two pizzas wings and soda. It would be fine if the pizza was good. No better than dominoes pizza. Asked for easy cheese and extra sauce and got two regular pizzas. I was fooled by the pictures. The pizza looks crisp and doughy in the pic but in real life it was soft and undercooked not to mention luke warm. I won't be back. read more

The pizza is first rate. The delivery experience has been a loser the last 2 times I ordered. Arrived late and cold, very disappointing, I think I'm done with GrubHub and their mounting fees and markups, if they can't deliver hot food. I suppose I'd best do my own pickups. read more

Food is ok not the worst but far behind the best, just right now I placed an order over the phone, and they said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I got there 5 minutes before the 30 minute mark, only to come to find out they didn't have my order ready! So I waited for a whole hour and still couldn't get my order done. This was the worst experience ever, when I asked to speak to the manager two employees were pointing at each other saying you go your the manager towards one and other. I requested for my late food to be given to me as a restaurant gesture and he said NO, all he offered was a small order of wings. What's happening to the American businesses? They're too prideful to make things right for the paying customer's when it comes down to fixing their mistakes! Seriously... the best chain pizza in LA! Puts Dominos, Pizza Hut and Papa John's to shame. Totally stumbled upon Pronto Pizza randomly since we were famished, and even had to eat it in the car, but damn was it good stuff. My favorite is their Supreme Pizza. Reasons to go to Pronto Pizza: 1) You can get a Large Pepperoni or Cheese pizza for $5. 2) You can get Supreme or Meat Lovers large pizza for $10. 3) They totally pile on the toppings... surely, a happy mouth in every bite. 4) Toppings, cheese and dough all taste really fresh - like farmer's market fresh! 5) I've never had pizza that tasted so good the next day - even microwaved. 6) Chicken wings!!! 7) It's fast, I think it takes maybe 10 mins from the time you order. Only potential downside is it seems like all the Pronto Pizza locations are located in the ghetto... but I guess that's how you know it's good stuff. :) read more

It has been a few months since my last review. I would say about 70% of our orders have been correct. Our recent order was baked incorrect. I threw out almost one pizza because no one ate it. The issue for me still is while placing the order we are very specific when asking for extra crispy. My understanding is this is one and a half cycles through the oven. Again you pay prior to reveal of your pizza. If it is incorrect and you say so they do not do anything to correct, so why show you? I do appreciate the quickhi response from Pronto management last review. However I would like to know what to say to get it baked correctly. read more

My friends and I have been loyal walk-in customers since this establishment opened. Over a year later we finally decide to call to place a phone order and I was astounded by the fact that they would not put in my order unless I gave them my debit card information over the phone which is something I just simply do Not do. I live just 5 mins away and told them I would "show up in 5 mins but I refuse to give my card info via phone" they still rudely demanded my card info. Which seems very unprofessional as well as sketchy. When I asked to speak to a manager, the employee claimed to be the manager. Then later said he was going to talk to his manager so clearly he was not the manager. When we asked for the Corporate Office's phone number they claimed there was none.
