Small Pepperoni pizza , I thought I had fresh mozzarella, well seasoned pizza. Not at all, The portion size unbelievable for a family of 3. The flavor reminds me of fresh well blended flavors. Different levels of taste hitting you taste buds. Ordered online and my delivery was great, puzza was still hot and gooey ooey cheese. The fact it wasnt greasy says a lot to me. Crust alone, can be garlic bread. Thats for the ppl of non crust eaters. Cant beat that combo. Over I can tell this place will be one of my faves. I love to try new restaurants. Ordered a small pizza with sausage and olives. The pizza was a decent price and size. The cheese was nice and melty and tasted good. The olives were really thick but I still liked them the sausage was fine not super salty but a little on the bland side. The sauce was also a bit bland the crust was fine a bit thick. And I didn't like how they put the dry oregano all over it. Keep that in the sauce. read more

Yes Philipos!! I work around Philipos and I try my hardest not to indulge in it too much , but YUM ! First of all they are so nice here , family owned ! The owners are always super cool ! They have a small dine in here , they are inside a plaza with other restaurants & stores there's usually parking but here & there it can get packed (Zumba ladies next door take them up during their classes LOL ) . Don't let the environment fool you this plaza is up & running! Pizza is A1 ! Fresh , hot , right amount of dough , fluff, sauce on point ! Love love the buffalo chicken. I don't know where they get their ranch from but I love it i be drowning my pizza in it .. it's like a light ranch i can't explain it flavor on point ! Wings so far I've tried 3 different kind & I devour it each time, they are cooked & sauced perfectly . Most of all their prices are super reasonable & they have daily deals to pick from . Fire food, nice staff, clean kitchen. Conveniently located by the hospital. I had gotten the gout on my foot looked at and wanted to get a quick bite afterwards. Philipo's saved the day and satisfied my hunger to no end. I will definitely be back. Regarding my gout, it's not looking great. Sadly, it's getting worse and the pain is increasing daily. The foot doctors at Kaiser don't know what they're doing or talking about. I might need to look elsewhere for care on my gout as it is affecting my walking ability now, and the smell is quite off-putting. So, after my last visit during the pandemic and the experience there, I didn't think I'd go back. Then, I saw the old owner delivering pizza where I work. Since then, I have been back several times. Food: Solid, consistent pizza. Crust has a nice chew. The bottom is not crunchy. It's better than all the chains but this is not artisanal. Have really had anything else from there. The toppings are standard, nothing fancy, and generously portioned. My only feedback is to consistent soda varieties (they run out a lot). Service: The owner is friendly and gives service with a smile. It can be a touch slow though. Ambiance: The place isn't in a super nice area of LA. The dining area, while clean, looks like it's in disrepair. Will I go back? Yes. The food is good, filling, and the value is there. The owner is a kind gentleman. But everything was fine and over all we really likes it. The pizza was real good, my chicken parm dinner was tasty, and the hot sub sandwiches we ordered, one turkey and one ham, were great. This is a great hidden, "hole in the wall" type spot. I probably wouldn't sit down to eat but it's perfect for take out. Recently picked up the giant pizza with pepperoni for a family event. Surprisingly didn't have to wait long despite not ordering ahead. Was able to make it home with the pizza still piping hot and it was a hit! Even had some leftovers, we were so full. We've tried it all from redondo beach, san pedro, lomita and wilmington and let me tell you this is the one. The pizza is perfect- chewy, pillowy dough without being to greasy or "doughy". Even distribution of toppings, good sauce and all at the right price. The breadsticks are one of the best things ive ever put in my mouth. Crunchy on the outside, warm and soft inside-- perfect little bars of heaven coated in butter and parmesean. You're definitely not going to want to miss these bad boys. Today was my first time trying their pizza and it was delicious. They have a Saturday special which was personal pan pizza and a can of soda. The person pan could feed 2-3 people. It's huge. The only thing that was an issue was they got my order wrong. I asked for a pizza with ham, but they gave pepperoni. The pizza was piping hot, so I didn't trip.
