Ordered take out tonight. Lady on the phone was very nice and repeated my order back to me. Food was ready quick, about 10min. It's a cute small restaurant with a few tvs. Prices are good and portions are large. I got the orange chicken and crab puffs with white rice. The orange chicken was delicious. Crisp breading and sauce was yummy. Chicken was fresh and pure white meat. The crab puffs were also good and the rice was steaming hot and tasty. Highly recommend. I will be back for more yummy food. Kawaii was closed and we decided to try this place. We were very disappointed in the quality of the 7 different things we ordered.

I was invited for lunch, they had a large variety to choose from for lunch so when we did receive our food, oh my gosh, there was so much to eat, and this was at lunchtime. They also included soup and crab puffs. It was amazing. The food was delicious and our waiter. He was so accommodating and nice. These people verbally abuse delivery drivers who are simply trying to take care of their mutual customer. I was witness to this outsized verbal assault simply because the delivery driver asked for a drink carrier. The response to their polite and simple request was both disturbing and over the top. Ordered food at this restaurant. The gentleman receiving my order was somewhat rude. There were 2 phone calls he had answered asking them to hold. I ordered 3 entrees initially and when I attempted to order a Thai tea he said that he sold out yesterday. I then asked him if I can order a taro tea instead and he said that he doesn't have time to make them. I ordered a pickup for 715pm because that is when I was able to go get it. At 650pm I received a text that my food was ready and waiting. So of course when arrive at 713pm, it had been sitting on the baccounter and was cold. At first they were fine remaking the fried stuff that was ice cold. I said the other stuff was fine but the fried stuff needed to be remade. Then a woman came out from the back screaming and trying to blame me saying it was a 7 pickup. I have proof that it wasn't and if that's what they put in that's not my problem. My food is COLD. She came out twice more very aggressively saying she knows when this was done and would not allow me to speak. Then she and other employees were yelling VERY loudly at each other making me extremely uncomfortable. Incredibly rude and horrible customer service. Admit to YOUR screw up and fix it. I have lived near this area for over 10 years so I know this restaurant very well. We go there often and the owners are so nice and friendly! They have the best lunch special and they make it very quick which is nice when you aren't wanting to stay too long. You can't go wrong with any dish because they are all so good! I've had maybe 5 different dishes here and the only problem I have is that they ALL taste the same. Whether its supposed to be a bland noodle bowl or a spicy Kung Pao dish, they all taste the exact same. Other than the lack of variety with taste, the restaurant is great to pick up food from. I'm giving this place 5 stars because their food was delicious, fresh, fast, they have a large menu of options and it's family style which is awesome... plus there's not a lot of other restaurants nearby so this is a great local choice if you're tired of fast food and don't want to drive 15-20+ minutes to find more options. Very friendly and fast service and good sized portions for the price. The chow main was the most garlicky and delicious I've ever had, Kung Pow chicken was very delicious and not like Panda Express because this one tasted lighter and more healthy, the chicken was cooked perfectly, not over cooked and dry, not over breaded either. Terrible! Mongolian steak had no flavor surprisingly and the "fried rice" was not fried rice, it was a little brown again with no flavor. Tables had food stuck in glass tops, walls splattered with food or peeling wallpaper. Got lettuce wraps and bit into what felt like a sandy clump, did not finish it & did not feel well after.
