The Food is great we order it every time we're in town, when ordering here please keep in mind they are a cash only establishment so I would recommend using an atm at your bank to avoid paying atm fees. They do have an ATM in the building if you decide to use it.

I'm sorry. I had such high expectations for this place and was excited to pick up my food but i was so let down. The food is not good at all. It's not worth your money. I don't know where all the reviews came saying it's delicious, a great hole in the wall, and it being authentic. Maybe I went on a bad day or I somehow stumbled at the wrong restaurant (even if the name says Bamboo House and address is all correct). But boy I had never had such a disappointment of Thai food. The drunken noodles were not spicy at ALL. The flavor was bland. The noodles were not even drunken noodle noodles. It was really just some type of pasta noodle. Flavor was not there. We also had the pad Thai. The noodles were all clumped up together. Spent $23 on lunch, only to throw it all out.

Food was very good, the fried rice did lack a bit of flavor but other wise everything was delicious. I took off one star because the place is not very clean so could be a bit off putting. As long as you can over look the ambience then you'll be ok. Wr vacationed in Thailand and it honestly felt like an authentic Thai restaurant. I'd recommend and we'll be returning.

Gomuku ramen

The place has great curry and ramen like dishes. The staff is really friendly, but wait times can be rough depending on the time of day. Recommend calling ahead and taking out since seating is limited.

A part of the menu. They have a variety of choices. Great Thai food. You can choose between beef, pork, chicken, or shrimp. Great specials.

I could eat at this restaurant everyday! The food is so amazing. The Bamboo House serves Thai food that is the best I have had yet. I would strongly suggest calling it in as it may take a while to get your food. Usually between 25-30 minutes. Make sure you bring cash and if not they have an ATM located within the restaurant. The only downside is the space is limited, however the food is still good. Currently they changed some of their prices, but the food is still reasonably priced between $9-$12. The customer service is good, sometimes during the busy hours they can be aggressive. Nonetheless, it's a good place to have lunch. They are closed on Mondays which is upsetting because I could use that as a pick me after a rough Monday back in the office. In closing I would recommend trying the food. It is really good.

Pad Thai was excellent!!!

Hidden gem by the joint Base. Located in the back of a grocery. Doesn't have a great look but the food is amazing. Great place for takeout

Avocado and cucumber salad- This was good! it was in chunks and not sliced thin like other places.. it was slathered in spicy sauce and with a little soy sauce it popped! 2. Sushi Appetizer was great! The rice was warm and seasoned perfectly. The fish selections were fresh and tastey!! 3. Poke bowl was awesome... made it the way I would like- the only thing i didnt like was that they put crunch in the spicy tuna and salmon proteins.. not of fan of crunch so I will know for next time. For a local place, the food was above what I expected. They were really nice inside and the place was super clean. I am so glad i stopped in for lunch today. I would definitely drive around the base and skip the sushi places in Wrightstown to come here! Didnt take pics because i was too hungry

They charged extra for the kung bao sauce and Tofu, but only used soy sauce. I can understand extra charge for tofu but I said replace one sauce for another. Anyway what should have been 2 free soups since I ordered the combo was an over charge. They charge extra sauce but never added the sauce into the dish. This has already left a bad experience. The soups didn't taste right either. I can't put my finger on it but it just didn't taste right. Something was definitely off. Anyway, I normally don't go out of my way to write a negative review but the experience was just horrible. I must say that my past experiences at this restaurant was good but I feel that they may be under new management. Anyway, on a positive note, they were getting their parking lot paved and the dining area looks clean. It's unfortunate that I will go out of my way to other eatery instead of this one in the future.

It was the only thing she'd eaten. Here's my review dish by dish. Each of these things were perfect a year or two ago. Curry chicken puffs w peanut sauce. Oily or soggy, not crispy like before. Peanut sauce is still the best. Chicken sate was way overcooked, burnt in places, and inedible. Pad See Ew. Noodles could be firmer but the beef and broccoli were good and generously portioned and the sauce was balanced and delicious. Drunken Noodle noodles were too soft and the shrimp was mushy. Shrimp should have some snap. Chicken was ok. Overall not up to their previous standard. Pad Thai shrimp wasn't very good, noodles too soft and shrimp potential past its prime and mushy. Thai iced tea was great. I'm really sorry to post all of this, hopefully they get their old chef back. Believe it or not, I'm rooting for them!

There was this sort of permeating smokiness in the dish which we haven't experienced before. It tasted as if something had been burned in the pan prior to our order, not necessarily something that I think they can control, but it was something that happened nonetheless, the interior was a bit cramped, but it seemed plenty serviceable for a small restaurant.

It's not really dressy and fancy, but it's not super casual. They do a lot of takeout business which is good and it's always nice when my husband and I go and sit inside because it's never crowded but I'm sure they have their moments tonight. We went in for some pho and appetizers and it was pretty good. Our bill ended up around $64 before Tip. The service was excellent the places clean the young men are very vibrant and nice and at your back in Call and aiming to please every customer. We had some questions because my husband got the spicy beef foo, and it had a nice zing to it. The soup was very flavorful. I got the round medium rare and it was delicious. It had lots of flavor and lots of onions. Maybe next time I might ask them to go lighter on the onions, but really it was no problem to pick a couple of them out I put Thai basil in the soup and it had a really nice flavor. We always look forward to coming back and trying something new for appetizers. We did start with tempura shrimp once you get six pieces and they were pretty good. they have a little fancy sauce with them and we got the cheese wonton crab Rangoon's. That was delicious. I didn't even need the sauce and I got about 8 to 10 pieces of that and then the Vietnamese egg rolls we got four of them for $10.50. It was a delicious meal and very calm and relaxing just what we needed on a rainy day.

Everyone I've encountered has been knowledgeable and offered great recommendations depending on our preferences. The ambiance is casual but vibrant in what looks like a former warehouse of some sort. Its industrial meets modern Thai with lots of plants throughout the space to give it warmth and color. Since this restaurant is in fishtown, street parking is tricky but there is a paid lot 4 blocks away. The ground chicken flower dumplings were beautiful and tasty. I prefer the bird shaped ones with the preserved cod since the dumpling is smooth with a uniform texture. The grilled oysters were outstanding. I loved the spicy sauce and the fried garlic on top. My husband and I agreed that they have the best yellow curry we've ever had. It's powerful and served with turmeric rice that balances the flavors so perfectly. The river prawn was umami heaven and so buttery. To drink I had the pandan daiquiri which was incredibly delicious! It was the perfect frozen summer cocktail. I can't wait to go back!
