The place itself is small and cozy but in no way dingy or unclean--the space smells beautiful, looks beautiful (cute decor, bright lighting) and is very well organized. Doesn't have the chaos of a lot of other nail salons and definitely feels a cut above the rest. This place sets a new bar of what a 5-star gel manicure means to me. Helena is masterful in her work and gave me the most beautiful bubblegum/glossy pink, your-nail-but-better look. She was thorough and warm yet efficient, and the end result was perfect. She told me she guarantees her work up to 2 weeks and I think that's a great testament to how amazing her quality is. This was my first time here and it definitely won't be my last.

When I told her she was happy to fix it and was cool about it. They don't take tips on the card which I felt bad about, cause I wanted to tip her. I even asked that they charge me more but they don't do that. I wasn't going to pay 5$ to take cash out to tip her tho, but they have an ATM. I do have to say this woman was in there getting a pedicure that not only looked really good but smelled nice too. Her nails looked nice too but they appeared to be acrylics. The attention to detail for manicure is minimal, very little cuticle work and nail shaping, color not applied on the entire nail, and my gel started to lift and pill off in less than a week. My pedi was completely ruined after putting on shoes 3hrs after my appointment as there is no drying device; the owner did offer to fix it a day later but that was my wedding day which I had told her the day before, so clearly wouldn't have been possible. Having both mani/pedi done in 1hr is great, but that shouldn't come at the expense of quality.
