I paid for 90 minutes and received 72. Back in the tea room, another guest's child was playing in the candy, the fountain, and the drinking water while I waited another 10 minutes past my scheduled time. The facial was not the anti-aging facial described just basic rubbing and dermaplaning, delivered after I could hear staff gossiping in the lobby. The "hand and foot treatment" was a dry rub with exfoliation gloves before strapping on lotion-filled gloves and booties. The scalp massage was so perfunctory I asked the technician to stop and end the service early. It felt like they were padding out the clock to make up for time shaved off everything else. Think Massage Envy at triple+ the price. If you're considering the top-tier package here, don't. There is nothing signature or luxury about it.

The business appeared normal at first -- I checked in with an Asian woman at the front desk, filled out the pressure/preferences form, and was taken back to the massage room. The massage began with the same woman who checked me in. Everything seemed typical for the first few minutes. However, about 15 minutes into the session, the woman abruptly left the room without warning. While I was undressed on the massage table, an unknown adult male entered the room and took over the massage. I want to be very clear: I was never told this would happen and I never gave consent for a man to enter the room or perform the massage. I was face down on the table and had no idea who had walked in. I did not even see him until later when I was turned over. The man did not appear to be a licensed massage therapist. He was wearing business attire -- dress slacks, a button-down shirt, and brown dress shoes -- not professional massage clothing. He also wore strong cologne. The massage itself did not match what I requested (I asked for deep tissue) and instead felt like inappropriate rubbing/caressing rather than therapeutic massage work. When I turned over, I was shocked to realize I was completely exposed while this man stood over me fully dressed. I felt extremely uncomfortable and confused, but also scared to abruptly leave in the moment. At the end of the session, while I was still naked on the table, the man asked if I wanted to go next door for a drink. This was completely unacceptable and inappropriate behavior in any professional setting. What made the situation even worse is that after the massage ended, I waited inside because I did not feel safe leaving. When I finally walked out, the man was still outside in the parking lot near his vehicle, watching and smiling. He appeared to leave in an older blue Corvette, which made the entire situation feel even more disturbing, like he may not even be a legitimate employee there. This experience felt predatory and violating. No woman should ever have a male enter her massage session without explicit consent, and no client should ever be solicited or made to feel unsafe afterward. I strongly urge other women to avoid this business.
