Most of my nails were lifted a little after the two weeks and for that reason i got fungus on two of my fingers!

I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and they attended walk-ins first. I went in for a fill and a pedicure. She removed my acrylics when they were in an okay condition but not bad enough to remove them. The lady then cut my natural nails when i didn't ask her to do so. Also, i asked for coffin shape and they were definitely not coffin. My pedicure was the absolute worst I've ever had. She filed my nails so uneven! And didn't even clean up the polish off my skin. Not to mention i was there for two hours. 10/10 would not recommend. read more

Bella does the best manicure! Gentle, through and quick. I've only ever used their nail services and can't speak for things such as waxing which is the reason for 4 stars. The pricing here is fair and all the technics (I've been to 4) do great work! Only objection is the location. The parking lot is crazy getting in and out. Possibly über or park down the street to grantee no door dinging. read more

I absolutely LOVE this place. Very friendly. All their tools are sanitized, freshly out the package. I've been here twice my gel manicure is on point, absolutely love the fact that they do not cut or hurt me and Philip knew my name by the second time I came in, they definitely have my business. I've been searching for the perfect nail spa I can come to on a consistent basis and FINALLY!!!! This is it!!!! The best part is how comfortable everyone that works there makes you feel! No gossiping about you in your face in their language where you can't understand but the discomfort of it is present... NOT AT THIS PLACE! I had the pleasure of getting a pedicure by Sam this young man was a perfectionist and very kind and gentle with my feet! I loved it and will absolutely be coming here more often! Truly recommend this stress free environment where you truly embody the Spa portion of going to a nail spa I left feeling so pampered and I didn't want to leave. He took his time with me even though there where other clients waiting and after putting my disposable slippers on he even bagged my shoes that I came in with! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I have been coming to this salon with my bestfriend for a while now. We always come after work on Friday evenings to get our nails done and we have even brought in new customers. Mostly everyone that works here does a great job, hence why my bff and I kept coming back UNTIL 2 weeks ago FRIDAY EVENING, I came in and had the worst experience ever, absolutely never coming back here again. This employee supposedly named "HARRY" (the reason I say supposedly is because when we asked for said employees' name, another employee hesitated to remember or think of a name") anyways I told HARRY that I wanted oval shaped nails, and I even showed him the EXACT SIZE AND SHAPE I WANTED using THEIR OWN mannequin hand they have on display. I have used that as an example numerous times and my nails always come out beautifully. So he glued on the nails and asked me how long, once again I had just showed him using the mannequin hand so I told him how long I wanted them, at this point I am looking at the colors as he starts cutting and I noticed he left my nails WAY TOO SHORT to be shaped into an oval, like I asked. They were super short!!! There was absolutely no way he could make them into any shape other than squared. So I KINDLY mentioned that they were too short and right away he got defensive and made it seem like he can't redo them. I even apologized. (he barely started to work on my hands, he hadn't even began the acrylic process) Keep in mind I know its a hassle and I had no problem paying extra, I was going to leave a big tip had he not ruined my nail experience at that salon. He was soo bothered and was RUDE and he began to take off the SUPER GLUED FAKE NAILS by literally RIPPING THEM OFF OF MY REAL NAILS. He got a cotton swab and barely dipped it in the acetone and he YANKED AND RIPPED OFF MY NAILS !!! I brought it to his attention that he was hurting me! And he finally just let the cotton swab and acetone soak on my nail, and the superglued nail came off so easily and pain free, I realized he was being a total asshole by ripping them off. Then he had his coworkers surround me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable because I can tell they were talking about me in their own language. Fast forward to the end when he was charging me he had the audacity to say NEXT TIME I CHARGE YOU MORE FOR TAKING THEM OFF AND REDOING THEM...... HUNNY, there will be no next time! I told him I was aware he was bothered and hurt me and you still have the nerve to say you will charge me next time. Yeah right! HARRY got soo mad he left my change on the counter and walked away! Sooooo unprofessional after you hurt me and did not even apologize or acknowledge your attitude and rudeness! The best part was when the owner of the salon decided to step in and call me over and simply say "ohhhh you know next time dip the cotton swab in acetone and you let it soak on the nail and the superglue and plastic nail come off" FIRST OF ALL TELL YOUR EMPLOYEE THAT..THAT IS WHAT YOU PAY HIM FOR!!! I COME HERE TO GET MY NAILS DONE NOT TO LEARN OR DO THEM..THATS WHY I PAY YOU AND YOUR EMPLOYEE! " I also mentioned to the owner that his employee HARRY purposely did not let the cotton swab soak on my nails and began to RIP off the fake nail until I said"ouch you are hurting me" so your boy HARRY new exactly what he was doing. NO one apologized or acknowledge HARRY'S behavior! Had the owner and HARRY treated me nicer they definitely would have gotten their money. I feel bad for the lady that did my pedi who kept it so professional and deserved her tip, but she can blame the owner and HARRY! read more

First time here and I think I've just found my new nail spot! I came in this morning without an appt. I didn't wait long at all. Phillip did my nails and I must say he did a great job. He fixed them nice and pretty after having a real poor job done at my old spot. I also had a pedi done. I didn't catch the gal's name but she did a nice job as well. Love this place for nails. Pretty quick and price is right. But I noticed they are getting busier and I have to wait longer. Waxing though is another story. the lack of professionalism here is extremely disappointing! Obviously they don't care about gaining new customers! After searching for a good salon in the valley I came across this salon! The reviews seemed promising and although I was a bit reluctant to give it a try because their location isn't the best, I still went ahead and called to make an appointment for myself and my best friend. We both wanted a pedi and a full set and I specified to the person on the phone that I wanted Phillip to do my nails, since that was the name thrown out on the yelp reviews. My friend and I got there 10 minutes early to our appointment and Phillip was the one who greeted us at the door , he pquickly set up the chairs for our pedis and asked who he was going to work on , I notified him that it was me and that it was our first time at his salon. As soon as we walked in , a walk-in followed and it seemed as though it was one of Phillip's regulars. He quickly sat her down & started doing her manicure. Completely disregarding me! All he said was "first your pedi, then I'll do your nails" ... well unfortunately It never got that far .... after my pedi was done , I sat around waiting for him for about an hour , meanwhile my friend was getting her nails done finished by the other nail esthetician available. Since there was no one else to do my nails , I had to leave because I was in a time crunch. As he saw me walking out the door, while he was still doing the walk-in nails, he said "sorry" in a giggly manner... and I decided to ignore him because my mother always taught me to stay quiet if I didn't have anything nice to say ! I was so upset I didn't get my nails done.. I will not be coming back. NEVER! He did not honor my appointment and spent 2 hours with the walk in... I left that day with messed up finger nails and the pedi was mediocre! read more

I came here for the 3rd time on Saturday, but I think this will be my last visit. The second time I came I got a pedicure which I did not like(some toes were square, some were round, and I kept asking her to cut them and she barely did). I was still willing to here come just to do my nails. Phillip did my fill in on Saturday, which came out good but my issue was with the service. A fill in is $18, when he gave me my total which was $22 I asked him for the break down and he said he charged me to file them down(okay fine), then he said he did something "extra" with the fill so he charged me a bit more. I have been doing fill ins and acrylics for yearsss, He did nothing extra! In fact he did not clean the back of my nails so he did less than he should of. It's not about the $$, more about the principal. You can't tack on a few extra dollars b/c you feel like it! Also I could tell he was getting agitated with how I was positioning my hands(I was sitting there like I always have for every other nail service I've ever gotten), he kept moving my hands roughly and making little comments. The parking structure is a bit tight and busy for all the businesses in there, especially if you're coming on a day like Saturday. There are too many other options in the area and on my daily commute, so I don't think I'll be returning here. read more

i went there yesterday and i have had a great experience before, but yesterday i got there and they said it would be a 15 minute wait but more like 30. then when i sat down to get my acrylic nails new set done that's when everything went down hill. the lady at station 2 is horrible very rough and rude. she didn't care that she hurt me MULTIPLE times and just kept going the same way. she did not know what she was doing she just applied the nail powder like whatever and she pounded it on. she filed them down EXTREMELY painfully. i advised her that i had an internal injury on my thumb but she completely ignored me and pulled it and hurt me. every time she needed one of my hands she would yank them so rudely! when it came to pick a gel color she was acting as if i was wasting her time! so i picked a MINT color shown on the sample but it came out to a bright green! and i didn't like it and i asked her to change it but she started laughing in my face and her boss came over and was rude as well and was trying to charge me 6 more dollars just because it wasn't the correct color i wanted he said there is nothing else to do he didn't care that their sample was completely off to the color she did. they should really advised their customers of the price of things before they charge ! 40 dollars for the worst service ever and that lady took about 2 hours to do my nails and she left them very bumpy. horrible service i have ever experience and i definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more
