I go here all the time with my parents and we love the Hu Tieu noodles. Super flavorful and always consistent, plus the employees are always nice to us and remember us!

The restaurant has nice calming music playing while you eat with some nice music videos to watch. The workers are kind and are really to replace plates if their not cleaned. But Damn the best thing for me was the coconut jelly dessert inside the coconut. I couldn't get enough. The fried chicken has a nice white pepper tapioca starch with superb crunchiness will definitely be getting that again. The lotus root salad extremely refreshing and excellent pallent cleaser switching between dishes. The only dish I think could have been better was our noodle dish it was lacking wok hey. I will definitely be coming back to try more dishes here.

Got the papaya salad and chicken wings for lunch. Yum! This is a lovely combo. First time here. Won't be my last.

First time here. Clean place. The food was good and very friendly staff. We ordered the shrimp egg rolls, beef sticks, bo luc lac over rice, and the lad na.

Came in with a couple friends on a tuesday afternoon and we immediately got seated. The service was very helpful and easy, and within 5 minutes we got our veggies and water, shortly after that our food was already out. The place wasn't busy when we got there, but shortly after we ordered, a lot of people came in and the ambiance was lively (rightfully so). We tried the dried noodles (hủ tiếu). The noodles come with shrimp, squid, ground pork, pork liver and intestine, amongst other toppings, and a side of broth with more meat and what seems to be like a fish cake. The veggies that paired with the dried noodles was a mix of celery and steamed beansprouts. I tried the broth first, and the hot broth healed my throat despite not even being sick. It was super flavorful and was a good palette cleanser between each bite of the noodles. The noodles were just as flavorful and each bite was slightly different with each of the different toppings. Would definitely come again to fulfill my hủ tiếu cravings!

    Excellent with good price !

The food at Bamboo Noodle House is absolutely delicious and authentic. The service was fast and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend trying their noodles!

We've been regulars at Bamboo Noodle for a couple of years now, and this place truly feels like a hidden gem. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but the Phnom Penh Noodle Soup (Number 20) is the star of the show. It's their most popular dish for a reason and has a perfect blend of flavors. We've never had a bad meal here, and it's always a treat to come back. Highly recommend!

The Cambodian noodles here were delightful but can use more meat, the soup can also be a little more salty for my taste but you can add more fisj sauce. The Sate was good, the pork bone I ordered didn't have much meat or marrow in it. The service was really good and you can even get a coconut jelly for dessert which I was very refreshing.

Tried the pad Thai, the sourness wasn't too much to over flavor all the other flavor so it was a super hit food!

There are self-served condiments table on the right side of the pick up window. You can load as much condiments as you like. They have pickled mustard greens, pickled long beans, bamboo shoots, roasted soy bean, roasted peanuts, scallions, cilantro, and hot sauces. - A1 Guilin Rice Noodle: the noodle was very soft (but a bit too soft for me). The meat pieces were tender and good. The crackling pork pieces were super crispy and gave a nice texture to the dish. - A10 Braised Pork Dry Tossed Noodle: the curly noodle was firmer type than A1 and had a bit of chew (which was similar to instant noodle) and I prefer this. The braised pork was flavorful and delicious! - B11 Preserved Duck Egg with Tofu: the tofu was soft and was a good combo with the preserved duck egg. The egg itself didn't have very strong taste so it was very pleasant. The spicy sauce was mild for me but the overall dish was good. - C1 Old Gui Lin Boba Milk Tea (less sugar): good and milky. The less sugar version was the perfect sweetness for us. The boba pieces were chewy and good.

I had the Beef Brisket Rice Noodle Soup. The meat isn't the type of meat I like (lots of tendon/cartilage), but it has good flavor. I really did not like the pork in the Pork Rib Rice Noodle Soup. It was super tough! I did enjoy the flavor of the soups though. It seemed like the broth was high fat content. I really liked the self-serve condiment bar. This was one of the highlights for me. I'll be a returning customer.

This had the perfect balance of sweetness. It was light and refreshing and balanced the rest of the flavors of the meal. I started with the seaweed salad. It was a solid seaweed salad. Good seasoning and texture. It was a good portion size as well. Melissa and Jonathan had the gyoza. They were stuffed full of meat, but I felt like the seasoning was a little less than and also they were unevenly cooked. I still tried one though because a gyoza is a gyoza. As my main, I had the karamiso ramen with a spicy miso based broth with seasoned ground chicken, veggies and chili threads for an extra kick. I enjoyed this bowl of ramen. It was the perfect level of spice. I am partial to ground meat in ramen, so I liked that this was an option. The veggies were cooked al dente which I appreciated, and the broth was filling and flavorful. The noodles were thin which is my favorite type. Attentive service here. I like the richness of the broth and sour flavors so I was drawn to it. My wife got the Aka Red Tonkotsu ramen, the broth was definitely lighter, and the spice level was abut the same as the one I got. The portions were generous, we were not able to finish our ramens unfortunately. But I must say, for the price, it's worth it. I would like to go back and try their tan tan men.

We went by on a Sunday around 12:30 and were able to join the yelp wait list as we parked and get a table for 3 easily. Fair warning if you are a larger group and come at peak times, join the waitlist early or be ready to wait a bit! The interior is bright, lively with a ton of bright light and decorations. There is a good amt of seating but let me tell you, it fills up FAST. The menu is EXPANSIVE with tons of options for omnivores and vegetarians alike. I will admit the impossible siu mai grabbed my attention pretty fast because I had never seen a vegetarian siu mai before sooo we had to order it. My friends shared the pork xlbs and we got the garlic green beans and the garlic noodles to share as well! Honestly, it was like being in a flow state between the garlic noodz and the green beans alone; highkey could eat multiple plates of just those two back to back to back l o l The siu mai was also delish but the other two dishes were somehow better. The soy/vinegar and chili oil they give for dipping is so good and hits that perfect note between salty/tangy/spicy. Prices are fair for the quality and I would love to go back and try more of their vegetarian options! I appreciate that this a spot that both vegetarians and their omnivore friends can go~ Have to go back to try their desserts including the egg tarts that sold out!
