This place is very large however the service was not good at all. They were rude and not very helpful when it came to questions. I ordered the egg rolls which were good. The pho was not good at all, it lacked flavor. The Vietnamese coffee was good as well! I will not be returning.

Ample seating, huge menu with all your favorite Vietnamese dishes, and surprisingly they have Thai food as well. The pho is solid, as is the bun bo hue, served hot with all the fixings - and they do not skimp on ingredients at all. BUT, don't just hit it and quit it - get some appetizers too. My absolute favorite appetizer there are the Salt and Pepper Wings, they are fried to a crisp, so delicious and come with lightly stir-fried seasoned onions and bell peppers! I could seriously just get the S&P wings and a side of rice and be the happiest girl. We really like coming here because its one of the few Vietnamese spots that are open late until 10PM, and the service is great too! Let me tell you how good the service is, while I was eating there, a man that looked like he'd just gotten off work walked in at closing time, and asked for takeout, fried rice. They told him no, that they were done cooking and were cleaning the kitchen. Understandable. As he was walking out, they called him back and told him they'd cook for him. He was so happy to order his fried rice. This type of hospitality keeps us coming back.

Food and service: This is a solid choice for food and service. The food is always good and the service is top notch. You're always greeted and welcomed by the staff when you walk in. Ambiance: This is a great place for large and small groups.

We like pho xe lua (opposite restaurant) so much, but decided to try this restaurant since they're closer to each other and wanted to try something different. The service was great, staffs were helpful. I like their grilled pork and shrimp spring rolls, it's very flavorful, the dipping sauce was really matched well with the spring rolls. However the Saigon special beef pho was a bit bland, the soup was quite lacking in flavor.

I only order vegan & vegetarian and they do a great job of accommodating if you just ask. The staff is very friendly as well. My only negative: the bathrooms don't look like they've had a real cleaning in years and it's needed.

I have been dinning at Pho Saigon for many years. Typically, the quality of the food is hit or miss. I ordered on Door Dash for the beef stew noodle soup and the crispy fried chicken. Surprisingly, everything was perfectly delicious. The broth was very flavorful. The chicken was tender and juicy. These 2 items will be my go to orders for future visits.

If I could give this place 19377282 stars I would. Service was incredible. The older gentleman is hilarious. Pho came out SO fast and was absolutely delicious. My stepmom is Vietnamese so I grew up eating this stuff. The Salted Cream Coffee... chefs kiss. The outside is a little rough but the inside is so clean and beautiful. I will absolutely be back!

The food was pretty good! As a Viet person myself I thought the flavoring was very rich compared to other places I've been. The service was very nice and our server was very nice. The place itself was decorated very nicely, and with the fish tank it totally reminded me of being at the Asian market with my grandparents when I was little haha Would go again!

I've been to this place a handful of times now and I've always had a good experience. The location is a bit sketchy, but just head inside and be aware of your surroundings, especially at night. The staff is super welcoming from when you come in until the time you leave. I got the usual which is the number 13. It always comes out hot and delicious. This time I was craving rice so I got the barbecue pork fried rice. The portion size was huge! I've never had a bad experience here. If you do not want to dine in, they also have to go orders that you can place.

I have been coming to Pho Saigon since i was a teenager along with my Bff Sister Margarita, i have tried other Pho restaurants but nothing compares (Pho Sho) Pho Saigon is number one. And today i came with my Sister Cassandra we were greeted by Ahn she was very welcoming and showed us to our table she handed us a menu and Ahn came to take our order within 5 min that was just fine because i already know which Pho bowl i get the Pho is absolutely delicious perfect flavors fresh veggies i always get number 13 and pork bbq spring rolls and shrimp rolls they come with some bomb peanut sauce, I'm telling you this is fire!!!! Spacious floor plan was very clean , tables were clean and not sticky, good lighting and led lights around the front door made us feel happy! The bathroom has one stall but wow was it clean not even dust, smelled really good. Try them out if you haven't, if you have you already know !!!

    Do they have vegetarian broth?

No, I believe, correct me if wrong, they boil and steep chicken or beef in water to make the broth.

The shelving behind the kiosk has plants, bottles of Veuve and wine strategically placed. There's some nice Vietnam themed artwork throughout. A vibrant, colorful mural is painted on the wall near the entrance and more wall art towards the back. I was impressed to see they even serve Veuve here. That makes for a fun brunch! Our party of five were road tripping home from the weekend and passing through. We always stop at Quan Nem Ninh Hoa for lunch and get the House Special 2 DIY spring rolls with the grilled pork complete with veggies, their special sauce and those crispy sticks. I was also hungry for some Bun Cha Ca (fish soup) which has mackerel, fish cake, tomatoes, pineapple and cabbage. I enjoyed mine with egg noodles. So delicious- even on a hot day! This place can get packed, but they run a tight ship here cranking out the dishes and keeping water glasses full. I look forward to more delicious spring rolls and trying other dishes in the future! Pair it with a rich, flavorful bowl of Mi Quang, and you're in food heaven. Try their bun cha ca, vermicelli noodles w fish cake super light and excellent broth! I also like their banh xeo here, very crispy and the right amount of veggies. PRO-TIP YOU NEED TO TRY: Don't sleep on their appetizer menu! Stop by TK Noodles down the street first, grab some chicharrones to-go, and sprinkle them right on top of the Banh Beo here. Total game changer! Try something else besides pho, I love pho but Vietnamese cuisine has many distinct soup dishes when you factor in regional variations, unique broths, and different noodle types. If you look past phở, Vietnamese soups generally fall into a few massive, distinct categories based on how the broth is built and what kind of noodle is used.

The meat was tough, there was barely any tripe, and no tendon at all, which was disappointing for a "combo." I also requested less noodles, but that adjustment was mistakenly given to my husband's bowl instead. Not a huge issue on its own, but it added to the overall experience.
