My first time visiting this salon and it is my NEW FAVORITE! Cathy/Kathy (I'm not sure how to spell her name) is THE BEST! I came with a reference photo for wispy see through bangs, and she definitely understood the assignment! I wanted my dead ends cut off, and she asked if I wanted layers. I said sure, and it turned our way better than I could've ever expected! I also asked if my hair was long enough for a v-cut. My hair is not very long, but she still made it work and gave me a v-cut! I am so so happy! I wanted a haircut that could frame my face and still look cute for when I put it up during work, and Cathy/Kathy's see through bangs are perfect! Cathy/Kathy is a true artist! Tiffany (Thuy) is my favorite hairdresser and I would not go elsewhere or let anyone else cut my hair. I used to get my haircut at Vidal Sassoon Hair Salon, but since coming to Le Nam, I've realized one does not need to pay high price for a good haircut. A small mom and pop Hair salon. Came here from a recommendation and it was definitely not a disappointment. There's 3 stylists (at least they are the only ones I've seen from all the time I've been there). A couple (husband and wife) and one other employee. We went with chuc mai (the husband). He cuts very well. The hair cut comes out wonderful; however, I'm not too big of a fan of his styling (blow-drying/shaping the hair) after the cut. Unlike other salon, he actually takes time to cut your hair and not rush you out the door. He is also accommodating with our schedule. Consistency and perfection is what I can confidently say about my hair cut and dye here. Thuy is my hair stylist and she always knows the right cut and color that matches your face structure and skin tone. I live pretty far away so I can't come as often. I would give 0 star if I could guys. I rarely give a review but I'm really pissed this time. Came here in a chill day asking for a little trim. My hair was straight long it reached my hip and I'm so in love with it but I still needed the trim to make it looks healthy anyways. The only woman took me ofcourse bc she's the ONLY ONE IN THE STORE. I told her just to cut off a little bit oh I remember I did not say CUT but TRIM it a lil bit. She told me that she would just trim it like 1 inch "Wow! Your hair is so long and straight" well ofcourse it is but you RUINED it woman. What she gave me was my hair got cut off like 3 inch and still smiling said it still looked long but got thicker. She charged for $24+tips. For all the years that I let my hair grown. It's gone :( I'm so sad guys my beautiful baby now look so thin and short and bc it's too short so it splits out I need a straighter to make sure it wont bend into sides as she said she would give me a V cut shape.? I've been going to this place for over 15 years and have the same hair stylist for more than 10 years. They never fail me. The price is affordable and the service is great! Like another reviewer, this is the only place i trust getting my hair done. I recalled a couple times when I got my hair cut elsewhere and those people totally messed it up. Both times I went back to this salon and they got it fixed for half their regular price. And it was not even their fault for messing my hair up. I recommend 3 stylists in the following order: 1. Janice - She's my regular hair stylist. She takes the time to discuss what hair color, cut, style looks best on you and give you different options to choose. Unlike some stylists who are set on their own ways and opinion, she is accommodating. She actually listens. 2. Tiffany - For me she's my back up if I need to get my hair done right away when Janice is not in. However, for someone with thick, curly, and out of control hair, she's the person. My sisters both have thick curly hair and Tiffany manage to get it fix in less than hour (which usually takes longer at other places). 3. The owner. I don't know his name, but he's the older looking guy. I had him cut my hair a couple times and they were nice. He tends to lean on the conservative side. Meaning if he doesn't think the style will look good on you, he'll try to talk you out of it. But his end result is always safe. read more

I've been to this salon for over 10 years, service is always great and my hair always turns out better than I can image. Fairly priced. The owner of this salon usually is the only one that cuts/styles my hair, she is a really nice lady and she always does a great job. Over the years I've had many styles and color (short hair, medium, long, layered, bangs, bob cut, colored red, burgundy, brown, black, blonde streaks, blonde highlights) she's done everything for me. I'm vietnamese with black hair and she is always able to work with my hair, she recommends certain products and gives advice when she feels certain products could potentially damage my hair. She always finds solutions so that the end results are always in my favor. I am always happy and satisfied with my hair.
