I came here with my girlfriend and we both had high hopes for this spot. We got the couple special but we didn't know what type of massage that would be so I wished the website clarified that or let us pick which ones we wanted before booking it. My deep tissue massage was decent with Arthur but there was a few things that I wished he paid more attention to. He laid something on my leg which I'm assuming is the oil bottle when he could have just laid it on the bed instead of just letting it rest on my leg. There was a moment when one of my feet was out of the blanket while my other foot was inside the blanket. Instead of covering my exposed foot with the blanket when he walked around the bed, he just ignored it or didn't see it. At the end, when he closed the curtain for me to change, he didn't close the curtain all the way so there was a decent size gap where people can see me change. My girlfriend did not have an experience with Lily. When my girlfriend asked if Lily can go softer, she questioned my girlfriend in a condescending tone stating along the words of, "this is a how a deep tissue massage is, if you didn't want it this hard, you shouldn't have requested for it". Even after she asked Lily if she can go softer, the massage was still hurting her and she did not enjoy it at all. We had high hopes for this spot but it disappointed us. read more

I had Lily, she was super nice and friendly! She explained what I needed and asked questions about my lifestyle to get a better idea of my pain points and give me tailored advice. I got the deep tissue couple massage ($170 for both, a good deal!) and Lily made sure to get my most important areas massaged and went over the knots. I felt really loose and relieved afterwards. I just got a massage with Lily and she was so nice. She was really helpful to me. She is also incredibly strong, which was awesome. I always appreciate not having to ask for additional pressure. I feel like after a while a lot of massage therapist just apply less and less over the span of the session. Lily is not that way, and this may be the first time in my life where I had to ask for less pressure when she was working on my calves. I just love this place and I think all of the massage therapists are wonderful. Lily is truly excellent at what she does. She's professional, attentive, and very skilled in helping relieve muscle tension. Every time I see her, I leave feeling more relaxed and noticeably better. I've heard some people complain that their pain didn't completely go away after a session, especially for more serious conditions like a bulging or dislodged disc. I think that's not a fair expectation. Lily is a massage therapist, not a doctor or a surgeon. Even medical treatment for those conditions takes time, and sometimes requires more advanced care. Massage is meant to support your body--not to "fix" everything in one visit. What Lily does extremely well is help release muscle tightness, improve circulation, and help your body relax. I personally tend to overwork my body, and I often have tightness in my arms, legs, and knees. After a few sessions with her, I've felt significant relief, and my muscles feel much better each time. If you're looking for someone to help with muscle tension, stress, and overall relaxation, I highly recommend Lily.
