They have a huge selection of outfits and accessories. It's a tiny shop, but you're able to find some creative gems. I think the pricing is fair, but know since it's consignment you can be getting things in the $15-30+ range. I love that you don't need an appointment to sell clothes. You give your ID and info and if they want to buy something you can get store credit. If you want cash, you need to make an appointment. As of Feb 2026, if you want to do walk-in it's only store credit that's offered. This is located really close to VCU so you're able to find a lot of trendy and art school inspired pieces. I usually walk here. You're able to take the Pulse too. Street parking can be a bit tricky, but is available. I highly recommend checking out this local thrift store.

RACISM is a major issue at this location. A couple of white girls were walking in directly behind me and my boyfriend. She deliberately didn't acknowledge us, but immediately and enthusiastically greeted them and asked how they're doing. Not to mention, it seems like all employees share the same three brain cells, Nobody is helpful. Everybody just looks around staring like it's their first day on the job. If you need a fitting room, they'll just stare at you. If you look lost, they'll look at you dead in your eyes, then walk the other direction, I am so confused by this location. talking to any of the employees felt like pulling teeth, side eyeing, rolling eyes, short cold responses or none at all. I will never understand why teenagers punish the customers for a job THEY applied for. I am PROUD to say lulu will NEVER get a black cent from me again. Rude hateful location. Clean and has plenty of options to look at if you're just strolling around in there with no mission. I actually enjoyed this Ross rather than the one in Willow Lawn or Short Pump. The check out registry was a lot faster at this location than the others! I mainly check the Ross in Willow Lawn whenever I need to make a trip to the craft store next door (AC Moore). The music might've been too loud, but when asking here where to put things I tried on that I didn't want or if I could use my member credit there were a lot of blank stares. She did help me and answer in the end, but it was really awkward. Online they offer short lengths for certain pants. Unfortunately, they only offered regular lengths of the pants I wanted, which definitely made a difference in me purchasing something. Although I found some cute sets, all of them were too long.
