5/2023 I feel blessed to have found Dominic/Korzo…read moreConstruction to handle a giant water issue that damaged our kitchen, family room, master bedroom and 3 bathrooms in our home. He took care of the demo (down to studs), new drywall, paint, subflooring, completely redid 3 bathrooms (new tubs/showers, vanities, toilets, mirrors, floors), our laminate plank flooring downstairs and the carpet upstairs. He built us a completely new kitchen, (cupboards, quartz countertops, new appliances etc). He worked well with our insurance company to fix all of the damage caused by 6 days of water flowing into our home, as well as updates we paid for. We had some old pipe left in our home he removed and replaced as well as a water spicket moved for us. I also purchased two new chandeliers he hung for us. It was a giant job and Dom took care of everything in a timely manner. He is easy to work with, he returned our calls in a timely manner and took the time to explain what I didn't understand. I don't believe there is anything he can't do! I've got nothing but gratitude, love and and positivity for Dominic and his team at Korzo Constuction.

He matched the pattern over the kitchen waterfall exactly and the edge is perfect. The thing that distinguished Dominic from a number of other contractors who have worked on our remodel is his professionalism and concern with our satisfaction. From the day that he first visited our home he has responded promptly to any and all questions. When there were issues with pulling the outlet/switch boxes through the backsplash (due to shoddy work from a previous contractor) he immediately brought in an electrician to get the job done correctly. I've attached some photos - unfortunately the cabinet contractor and appliance installer haven't done their work yet but you can see that Korzo's work is excellent!

I looked on his website and the pictures of work he has done looked amazing! The appointment was for this morning at 10am. He was on time. Very polite and went to work right away. He pointed out a spot on the subfloor that would cause a problem and he fixed it right away. He worked hard the whole time and the results looked like he has been doing flooring for 10 years or more. Demo- if you are removing old counters & backsplash, be prepared for some slight repairs & touch-ups on cabinets and / or trim. Also, they do not remove your existing faucet, garbage disposal, oven vent etc. Nothing plumbing or electrical. If you add tile on a wall where there previously was none, expect to need longer machine screws to put the outlets back. If they don't notch out the tile for the plate covers they will not be as flush. We found both of these things out the next day while trying to put the outlets back in & covers on. If using your existing sink, the sink clips may not fit with new counter. We had to remove sink & caulk under. I hope this gives some insight for others as we had no clue of the process going in.

We chose Rockwell/Chic at the recommendation of our contractor, as this was their preferred cabinet provider. This proved to be a mistake, as Liane Rockwell was more interested in satisfying her sense of design than meeting our needs within the space available. Our contractor needed to intervene to get the design changes we needed. Then the design mistakes showed up with the cabinets. Drawers would not fit under bathroom sinks and had to be remade, the kitchen appliance garage was missing the internal box and shelves, and the storage cabinet for our laundry room was delivered without anything to support the internal shelves and it was 2 inches shorter than needed, preventing the installation of the adjacent cabinets flush to the ceiling as desired. The Liane's response was, "Those things happen", and she refused to correct the situation. Leaving our contractor to deal with the cabinet manufacturer.
