We had a small mix-up with our order, but the staff fixed it right away and were friendly about it which I really appreciated. Teziu Tacos finally has Escondido showing out! Everything was flavorful, the tortillas were so fresh, and the asada was sooooo good. I also had the fried fish taco & it was just all so filling. The service was also amazing. There seemed to only be two people working, but our food was ready in a timely manner & we were also served fresh tortilla chips while we waited. This is easily the best taco spot I've tried in North County and one of the best I've had in a long time. What's even more interesting is that you're commenting from a profile with zero reviews, zero photos, and zero contributions. Stumbled upon this place today when I became hungry for a great breakfast burrito and after reading multiple online reviews decided upon Javier's. I got the hash brown breakfast burrito, and it lives up to the hype! A perfect combination of crispy hash browns, scrambled eggs, crisp bacon and cheddar cheese with sour cream. The combination provided the perfect flavor I was looking for, and with a generous helping of their homemade pico de gallo, it all made for an excellent breakfast experience. As someone who is lactose intolerant, that's something I have to be careful about. I called the restaurant, and the employee I spoke with said they would remake it for me the next time I came in. When I returned on Monday, Alexis helped me. It turned out my name hadn't been taken when I originally called, so there wasn't a way to verify the order. Even so, Alexis listened to my situation, trusted my word, and honored the remake. She handled everything professionally and made the situation right. Mistakes happen, but great customer service is how they're resolved. Thank you, Alexis, for taking care of it and making things right.
