Love that they're branching out with more locations. More and more I have come to love this place each time we visit central Oregon. I'm a huge fry guy. I know most people are, but I'm definitely a place that will wind me over if they've got bottomless fries they just absolutely big baskets. This place we always get a full order of their loaded fries and they always tried quite a few. I think the blue cheese and the poutine are our favorite. The poutine has a very good gravy now normally people slap any kind of gravy on and call it a day and for me a sub standard gravy will absolutely ruin the french fries. Luckily, the person working, there was super nice, and when I asked him his personal opinion on it, he ran back, grabbed a few french fries and a little bit of gravy to give us a try super cool Also, they got really good beer, selection, and sours and other fun things like that. This is one of the few places that I've had such unique over the top original kind of drinks. I really mean just I can't even describe to you until you look at their list there's just stuff you could never imagine. We loved the Bend location when we visited over the years before moving to Redmond. The Bend location had very personable and welcoming staff each time we went. The everyone is family vibe. We don't get that vibe in Redmond. In Bend we used to get a little bowl of bread Cubes and a small sampler dish of their homemade chimichurri that they were so proud of, and we loved. They don't do that in Redmond, not sure if they still do so in Bend... I think we've given Redmond 3 chances but staff are pretty indifferent, and the food doesn't wow us anymore. The brats and bangers are still good, but we feel it's not totally worth the prices anymore. Last time we were in Redmond location the women's restroom was out of tp. I told the staff twice and they were not busy, scrolling on their phones in between customers and they never re-stocked the to in the restroom. read more

Went here on a random afternoon and it wasn't busy and we ordered right away. The man taking our order (the owner I presume) was super kind and helpful with walking us through the steps and different options. They have gluten free buns and special celiac steps they take. Wait for the food was a little long but really not that bad. Totally worth the wait, I got a chipotle chicken mango peach sausage on a gluten free bun with ranch, grilled onions, and cheddar cheese. My husband and I absolutely love this spot. They have a huge menu of sausages, even including some plant based options if that's your thing. My husband is a huge fan of those. I see some reviews on poor service or the food not being great. I haven't had any issues, so I guess it comes down to people having bad days. If you are a veteran, they have a 15% discount and have a free meal board where people have paid for meals/drinks. It's pretty cool. For the sports fans, they have lots of TVs and a game is always on. You should definitely check it out if you're in the area! read more

He asked the sole server at the counter if there was a line just for beverages. No, you have to get in line! This service was unacceptable. We watched families of 5, with kids, get in line after him. Elders behind them were uncomfortable with the wait. Table service was slow, too--a man at a table near us who was waiting for his meal when we sat down, was still waiting when we left 20+ minutes later. Clearly more order-takers and cooks are needed. Loved the bend location. This is my first time here. Food was no where near the level I had from the location that closed. I tried to bring friends there because it was so good. The banger was shriveled and crunchy. Not flavorful. The fries that I loved were over cooked shoestring fries that just turn crispy. The chimichurri that inspired me to make my own because I drooled over it after I left each time... it had no flavor. I won't be back. I miss the bend location. Don't waste your money here.
