We got lunch here during our memorial trip to bend and my GOD was this place the food highlight of the trip. Their selection goes on and on with everything from polish sausages to alligator and venison sausages! The staff is out of this world and is friendly, kind, and just all around absolutely wonderful. They have plenty of outdoor seating with blankets on each picnic bench for when it's cold outside (how freaking thoughtful). I got a polish sausage with mashed potatoes caramelized onions and sauerkraut on top and it was MAGNIFICENT. They also had some out of this world ciders and when I asked about what on their menu was gluten free they were SUPER useful and pointed me to things that have gluten and don't (which funny enough even being gluten free here doesn't limit you in what you can choose to eat!). Overall, I can't help by rave about this glorious place. If you're visiting Denver you 1000000% need to come here. read more

As someone who is easily overwhelmed by TOO many options, ordering wasn't my favorite. But! The staff. The staff won me over. Very helpful, and I trusted them entirely in putting together that was tasty and remained gluten free. On the topic of GF...I *did* have a couple bites of the pretzel that I do not regret. The owners (that's an assumption I suppose) came to check on us a couple times during our meal (and not that annoying, obligatory "how's the first bites tasting?" check-in, but an actual meaningful one) and gave us a friendly goodbye when we left. At the very least, I'll be back to see our new friends. read more

This was our second visit and both times I had the Louisiana Andouille sausage. If you want spicy try that. Wish they offered Purple Cabbage on their menu. read more

Visited bend for the first time and was recommended to go here to try hotdogs. I don't even like hotdogs, unless they are Costco's hotdogs (I know, I'm a cheap date) but this place was really good! The chimichurri bread they gave out before our meals was a good snack, and the hot dogs are juicy and a good size. But I went here twice in the 2 days I was in bend and it wasn't for the hotdogs. THE FRIES are so goood. I think it was the best chili cheese fries I've ever had, and the bacon ones weren't bad either. Between the 4 of us, we had more than enough fries with the large order to fill ya up. Definitely a must when you visit bend, the wait isn't long either so don't get scared off if you see a long line! read more

Delicious! I recommend the Bangers & Mash and any of their sausages. They gave us an order of the bread and Chimichurri sauce and anything with Chimichurri is delicious. Nailed it with the beer too! read more

OMG! Think I'm in love! This is an order at the counter place and they deliver to your table. I crave bratwurst and beer, like I had when I was in Germany in the Army. But I no longer eat meat (doesn't mean I don't like it still though). This place serves vegetarian sausages, along with a huge variety of meats. Ample beer selection, maybe 8 on tap, and many more in cans and bottles. The price is very reasonable, plus they give discounts to firefighters, police, military, and veterans! And it's a huge discount. (Not saying how much bcuz I think they need to rethink it... it's too much!) This informal atmosphere felt comfortable to my tastes. The food was amazing and really hit the spot. Potatoes and sausages with grilled onions. Added the sauce they suggested and it made it mind blowing. BTW: I didn't ask for a discount. Afternoon I ordered and explained that I was trying to duplicate my Germany experience, she heard "army" and canceled the bill, totaled it again WITH a veteran discount, and re-scanned my card for a lower cost. A place one would need to visit when in Bend, Oregon. We thought we weren't that hungry but when you come to a sausage place, you feel like you want to try everyone of them. Unfortunately, our bellies were much smaller than our eyes. We ordered Smoked Polish with no added sides or sauce, Boar sausage with grilled onions and jalapeños and spicy mustard, Duck with bacon and caramelized onions and sauerkraut with spicy mustard, and finally Blacked pepper garlic sausage with grilled onions and cheddar with bbq sauce. And we ordered the sweet potato fries and a giant pretzel with cheese dipping. It was hot and delicious. The ordered Boneyard RPM IPA and a Hazy IPA. It well well together like a happily married couple. Service was fantastic with Reuben bringing out our orders. I will recommend his place and will definitely come back when in Bend. read more

Great food with fantastic customer service. Food was prepared promptly and brought to our table. We don't eat pork and the owner advised us that all of the meat sausages have pork casing so we went with the apple veggie option. I got mine with mash and caramelized onions which was great. We enjoyed a cider and a dulce de leches dessert. Overall this place has a fun vibe, cult following and great food. If you don't eat pork, it's a bummer that you can't experience the main product but it was still worth checking out! Bonus points for being a family business! read more

Second time coming to this Banger, and it was even better than the first. They are consistent with their food quality and their service is impeccable, especially for such a casual place. The owner offered to keep two of our plates warm while our friends ran a quick errand, without even asking. You can tell the effort they put into this restaurant. I recommend the burnt ends banger with caramelized onions, cream cheese, and chimichurri. Must visit! read more

So glad this is in Bend because my girlish figure would suffer if this were closer! All of the sausages! So good. And the mashed potatoes are liquid cocaine! Place has interesting layout with plenty of conversation spaces. And the staff are really helpful and friendly. Fun spot for lunch - the menu is simple yet has all the delicious options (as the name would imply). The staff was super super friendly and welcoming and they have great seating options that are covid friendly. Would highly recommend the spicy Italian sausage as well as the bacon Gorgonzola fries. This place was absolutely worth it! We had the Argentinian choripan special and it was delicious! I think they have the best chimichurri that I have ever had. Another in our group had the bangers and mash and it was solid as well. Tons of fries came with our meals--my favorite being the sweet potato fries. Definitely will be a regular place from now on. Great place. Great service. The Mac and Cheese is excellent and you get a lot of it in a cup that stays hot--very nice touch. And to top it all off, they make an excellent chimichurri that is to die for AND they sell it. I used it with a tomato sauce to make a pasta sauce which was a hit. And it's wonderful on it's own to dip a medium-rare bit of steak into. Highly recommend this spot. read more

Five stars is CORRECT! We stopped in today in the late afternoon after a day of hiking. We must have arrived after a rush since they were out of a handful of sausage types - which was a bummer - but they still had my first pick of wild boar with garlic! After we ordered and paid, they got a refill on the spicy Italian sausage which was one of the ones we wanted so in the end, it all worked out perfectly! Once we sat down, we received a complimentary bread with chimichurri which was amazing. Then our sausages and fries came out - everything was delicious! Love the community tables, beer selection, dog friendliness, and the conversation with fellow tablemates! The service is incredible - so friendly and welcoming. I came here today on 2/1/19 with about 25/30 people. We were unaware about how small the place was. Originally, I thought it was about 15 people who were in the group and then the other half came. The staff here were super accommodating. Words can not express how accommodating they were and how welcomed we felt from the staff today. I'm sure we were not an easy family host last minute. However the staff here were Fantastic!!! Absolutely Fantastic!!!! We all enjoyed the food and beer here. Prices are very reasonable as well. I picked this place because I heard such fantastic reviews from different locals. They were right! They even offer vegetarian options!! My family definitely loved the huge selection of the different types of sausages. When we walked in the staff were fast to come and welcome us. They even took the time to explain the menu. The amount of patience they had to deal with such a large crowd last minute was wonderful. I also have to add the the cooks were able to keep up with the rush of orders. No one waited over 6 minutes for their food. I have to give Bangers and Brew Sausage House a huge thank you once again. I have to say, if you are wanting delicious food this is the place to come. So delicious! I got the spicy chicken mango sausage with caramelized onions, spicy peppers, and garlic aioli and WOWZA! My taste buds were very happy! I also got the skinny fries with a side of cheese which was a good choice. They were a little in the salty side but they were crunchy, not soggy, which was great. I ordered 2 beers to-go (the new-normal during COVID) and I very much appreciated that they put my beers in mason jars with a little label on them so I would remember what they were when I got back to my hotel. Loved it!! The second we came in we were greeted and offered recommendations on sausages and sauces (they have a page to help you know which sauces and toppings go well together --so helpful!). We ordered the bratwurst and the wild boar sausage with garlic. I really liked the wild boar sausage. While we were waiting, they brought out a dip with bread and it was DELICIOUS! We also loved their pink sauce to dip your fries. The ambiance is very chill and relaxing during the day. The outside area is so nice on a sunny day. I've seen pictures on Yelp at night, and it looks like this would be a great place to hang out with friends. The staff is very nice and attentive -- wonder if this is something Oregonian. We had Hickory wild boar w/cheddar n jalapeño with caramelized onions, diced tomato and chimichurri sauce and a side of sweet potato fries & Smoked hot andouille with caramelized onions, diced tomato and curry ketchup with a onion tomato salad. Some of the best sausages we have ever had. The staff was very friendly, explained the options and made good suggestions.
