We did take out for Bangkok Pad Thai and ordered Pad Thai, Drunken Noodle, Tom Kha, and Thai Iced Tea. Our order was ready upon pickup and service was friendly. Sucks to suck. I ordered the general tso, fried rice, and fried calamari. I asked for extra crispy on the chicken. This all came to $30 plus I tipped. The chicken was soggy and really salty. The rice was cold, and the calamari had no real flavor and was soggy as well. I really enjoyed everything I had here. I started off with the steamed dumplings. I loved it! The size was huge, and it was full of meat. Theirs has been my favorite so far out of all the restaurants I tried this at. I also loved the iced coffee here a lot! The pho here had a pretty good flavor. I like how they had everything such as vegetables on the side, the bean sprouts, the basil. They also had all the condiments available. I had a strong craving for Pad Thai, and this spot definitely satisfied me. I placed my carry out order at the bar in the restaurant, and waited about 10 minutes (if that long) for my food to be prepared. The staff was very kind to me for the short duration of time that I spent inside. I ordered the gyoza and chicken pad thai 8.5/10! I'm only knocking the score down because there's something in the gyoza that gave it a texture I wasn't too fond of, though the flavor was spot on. I feel like the portion sizes are great... We were traveling thru Lebanon and getting hungry when he stopped at Bangkok pad Thai. The ambiance is fine, but service is a little slow. We ordered the fresh rolls, wings and shrimp crisps to start. My husband liked the wings. The fresh rolls were really well done, but the peanut sauce that came with it was not. It tasted like it came straight out of a peanut butter jar, added sugar, and then had such a thick coat of crushed peanuts on top that you couldn't even get to the sauce. The shrimp crisps were fine. I dipped them in the leftover chili sauce from the wings. For our main courses, my husband ordered the massaman curry with chicken and brown rices. I ordered the wide noodles with peanut sauce & shrimp. Oops! Same overpowering, gloppy sauce. I asked the server if he could bring me some rice wine vinegar so I could tone it down, only to be told they didn't have any. Huh??? So he brought me white vinegar and I splashed a couple of tablespoons of that on top. It made it much more palatable, but I still ate less than half of it. And funny thing, of the two people serving our table, neither asked if it was ok, did I want something else, or even, did I want to take it to go. Just as well it's nowhere near where we live. This place had very little customers dining in right before dinner time so this might be a good time to hit this spot...around 330ish. Despite this, I noticed their to-go orders were flying out the door, so I knew it was a good choice. Everything was clean and well taken care of and the staff here were super friendly. He even let us know what the more popular dishes were and we picked one of them (curry chicken). The food flavors were a bit on the sweeter side of the spectrum but tasted great over all. Thai for lunch is always a i treat. There was no line to be seated or a wait but it took a while to get seated just because no one was paying attention to the door. Once I sat the server did not acknowledge me. When she did I was ready to order and had been for a few minutes. I ordered Panang curry with chicken spice level 3. It came with a salad but no choice of dressing, just a very sweet dressing along the lines of miracle whip. My entree came very quickly, the rice was steaming hot and the flavor of the food was very good. There was a lot of liquid and not much meat and veggies, if I had this same meal for dinner I would not have been happy but as lunch it was fine. level 3 was not really spicy, mixed with the coconut milk there was really no heat at all. I waited 15 minutes for my check after I finished eating and never saw my server in between. The food was fine but the service was really bad. There was nothing that was so good that the food would cause me to overlook the service. I love thai food but probably wouldn't come here again. read more

Takes too long to be greeted when you arrive. They always seem like they are under staffed. Service is slow but the food is typically good, that's why we keep coming back. I was disappointed with the seafood hot pot the last time we were in, plenty of artificial crab but not a lot of shrimp. The flavor otherwise was very good as usual. Oh yeah, and they always seem to be out of something on the menu, this time it was the Thai tea. I was hesitant to try Thai food in Lebanon but I'm so happy I found this hidden gem. It's usually a red flag when I walk into a Thai restaurant and don't see anyone Thai or Asian at all...but the food is great and authentic tasting. I love the chicken pad Thai spicy level 3 and beef salad spicy level 3 with a side of sticky rice. With that being said, the service could improve. It is obvious that the restaurant is short staffed. The first time i did a pick up order was very prompt and the server was very nice. The second time, they were very busy and I waited 20+ minutes past pick up time and wasn't acknowledged at all. I finally asked about my order and it came out shortly after. Servers were still very nice, but acknowledging the customers presence in these situations can go a really long way. This restaurant needs help so they can stay open and thrive! Also so that the current FOH staff isn't getting burnt out. read more

I dined at Bangkok Pad Thai on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 around 7:30 pm. The fresh basil roll itself was rolled nicely and did taste fresh. The sauce was too "peanutty" for me. But you can adjust the sauce by adding hoisin sauce to your liking, no big deal. Tom kha was lackluster in flavor and presentation. The crab Rangoon didn't seem fresh and tasted like it was double fried after thawing. The drunken noodle was okay, I certainly had better at other Thai restaurants. I wish it was served with authentic wide noodle The lemongrass chicken was quite tasty and the presentation was nice. The crispy tilapia was served with a curry sauce, which I thought was a little strange. I didn't like how fishy it tasted, I wouldn't recommend it. The seafood salad was quite bland. Multiple elements of the salad didn't taste fresh and I was certain I ate a raw scallop. Service was friendly and the food came out quickly. Overall, the food was pretty average at best. read more

Came from California- I've had my fair share of Thai town food etc. This place is my go-to Thai restaurant. Taste is real Thai food, it's good. It's not watered down to American food taste type of deal, as you see other Thai restaurants in this area does. Which is a good thing, it means it's not junk food! Fantastic. I got the Bangkok Crispy Duck. It was great. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast and efficient. We were in and out for lunch in about 45 minutes. My wife and I have lived in Lebanon for about 5 years now.. We just recently stumbled into Bangkok Pad Thai and we were blown away. This restaurant has the most amazing food and flavors. We usually do not stray from the norm, but we are so happy we did. Sad thing is that we are moving and I wish I had more time to visit this place more. read more
