I did see another table that had the pork bones and wow you get a lot of soft tasty meat. I am getting that next time (only available I think until 2pm, but it looked good. The noodles had a good bounce which I liked and the broth, although a little bit weak was very clean and had a good taste. You get lots of meat so the ratio is very good. I also got a pork and pate banh mi. This was nicely toasted and again you get a ton of meat ($8.99). All in all without drinks lunch cost me about $35 + tip, but these days everything is expensive. I would go again as the food is good. Will definitely try the pork bones with all that meat next time.

Pho - decided to try their "regular " pho which has a bit more herbal notes than their hotpot. It's not bad but I could see some of the herbal/spice undertones being off putting to some. Stret style platter - lots of good, great variety, very fresh. Loved this dish - getting to make your own customized roll is worth it. Durian crema coffee - an interesting that I've never seen. It can get slightly busy around noon but that's also when they prepare it fresh. Also the spring rolls they serve are quite good as well.
