He left numerous voicemails and messages with telephone answering staff (receptionist??) but never received a callback or response. I also started calling and emailed them in January of this year with similar results but eventually made a breakthrough in that I received a call from Brian followed by some commitments to help us get someone out to service or even replace/upgrade the unit. However, since Brian told me he would personally find another company to service our unit or have Franich do it as a backup back in February, they've gone dark again. On 2/3/23, he stated via email, "I will reach out to Bosch/Buderus directly and see what support they can offer. If we can't get someone to help you out we will make an attempt to service and fix your existing boiler." I have followed up numerous times via email and by leaving voicemails asking for updates and attempting to coordinate scheduling a visit, but my communication efforts have gone unanswered. I'm dumbfounded that a company who built and installed a unit in a brand new home isn't willing to stand by their work because they are "too busy" and "no longer service the area," and it's even more appalling that an owner of the business personally promised me he would find resolution for us and then ghosted me shortly thereafter. I, too, am a small business owner, and shady practices like this and a lack of follow through on commitments made to clients are MAJOR red flags. Buyer beware: look elsewhere for your plumbing and hydronic heating needs.

Their staff (phone staff and on-site plumbers) are professional, communicate well and get the job done. I should call out though that you might be able to save a few $ if you went with an independent but that's kind of the case for most home repair/servicing companies. I've never used them for Electric and/or HVAC so I can't speak to that.

This company has changed. And not for the better…read more A week ago I called to schedule an appointment for a leaky faucet in my house. An AI voice answered the phone, asked me why I was calling, told me it was going to look up my account details, said it had a problem and that someone would contact me to follow up, and then hung up on me. A few hours later I got a text from "Cameron". I complained to "Cameron" about the experience I had from the AI phone answerer. "Cameron" apologize and told me that such an experience would frustrate him too...then "Cameron" decided to be transparent with me and tell me that he was in fact AI as well and "his" real name was "Carson". We went back and forth about 6 times to explain the problem I was having and to set up an appointment. Then "Cameron" told me that the time we worked out wasn't confirmed yet and that someone would be calling me to confirm the time. Thanks, "Cameron". This was Friday around 4:00PM. THE NEXT MORNING, a human being (I think) texted me from the same number to confirm the appointment. After I let them know how unhappy I was with the AI scheduling service, a human (I think) did call me and apologized for it. Then, on the day of the appointment, the technician arrived an hour and a half after the 12:00-16:00 window we had set up. I had to call them at 16:30 to ask if the technician was coming and they told me he would be there soon. When he did arrive, in the middle of me making dinner for my family, he told me that the faucet would need to be replaced and that it would be $750 (!!) in labor to fix it. Then I was charged $83 for his time (which I guess would be rolled into the service). So, in the end I still had a leaky faucet and I was out $83 with the option to pay $670 to replace a faucet (plus the cost of the faucet itself). For that price, I'm just going to do it myself. Then the spam texts started coming from "Cameron" asking about the estimate. I got one every day until I told it to stop texting me. This company used to be great but I'm going to be looking around the next time I need a plumber. Please ditch this stupid AI system. Please don't charge your customers if you're extremely late for your own four hour window - especially if the diagnosis takes five minutes and is "I can't fix it - replace the faucet".

I checked the water pressure at the front spigot and found it was slightly over 100 psi. About a week later it dropped to about 45 psi, then spiked back up to 100 psi the following week. I suspected it was the pressure relief valve. I called Joe the Pro. After a brief chat, he confirmed my suspicions and explained the possible consequences of too high water pressure. He was able to fit me into his schedule and arrived when he said he would. I had also contacted another plumber prior to Joe for a bid. I felt that other plumber's bid to be excessive. Joe's bid was very reasonable in my opinion. Joe arrived with 2 employees, who were also very polite and professional. They had to access the plumbing issue via an access door to the crawl space from a bedroom closet. They spread drop cloths through the house to prevent any spills, scuffs or marring of the floors. They quickly identified the problem and corrected it. When done, the final bill was exactly what was initially quoted. I have already recommended Joe to some of my neighbors. So in review, Joe the Pro is professional, prompt, and polite. He took the time to explain what had happened and why it happened. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you Joe, you are definitely our go to guy for all plumbing issues we may have in the future.
