After 3 recent good visits, my steak was broken today. With rough and shoddy pedicure service, which included 2 badly cut and bleeding toes on my right foot. for an extra $5 I got only a 1 minute callus treatment. WTH is going on at this place? Read all the other 1-star reviews here and then head elsewhere. NO apology by the worker and NO apology by the manager, who seems pretty rude and clueless with NO sense of customer Goodwill. I stumbled across this nail shop two years ago and have been coming here ever since. Patty is a very sweet owner who tries to keep her prices fair while always adding new services to the list. The location is always clean, and they sterilize everything after each client.Henry does my nails and he is very gifted. He stays booked, so I definitely recommend making an appointment. Patty also does my eyebrows and my nails when Henry isn't available. Helen does my pedicures and I absolutely love her. Horrible!!! One of my nails was very crooked. She didn't redo it. I had acrylic all over all my fingers. It took 3 days to get it off. The owner did my nails. Manny did my nails. She's the manager. All elderly and not good. The older lady that did my feet hurt me. She was filing my skin. I told her it hurt and she got mad at me. I still tipped them but will NEVER GO BACK!!! They need to close. They are super rude and talk about their customers, I was getting my feet done and the lady was rude, she pulled my leggings up and point at my legs to the other workers and they started laughing. Also one of my legs tends to shake sometimes when holding still, and it's a slight shake, nothing major , and the nail tech kept smaking my feet and angrily telling me not to move. Finally when it was time to pay they gave me my total which was far more expensive that what it should have been so I asked the lady at the front how much was each service, never told me how much each service was but she brought the price down $20 , initiating she was over charging me. read more

I have always used this nail salon when I needed my nails done, it's so less fortunate to have to write this bad review specially considering Patty (owner) has known me since I was 10yrs old.. I called to see if busy if not if I could come in and get a pedicure and full set at the same time since I only had 1hr and 45min. When I arrived it was so slow everyone was just sitting around only one person there. Patty seemed upset like she always does, but this time I had her not Henry so her attitude was just tremendous as I heard her tell a lady in their language so set up a pedi water and only said "same time" in my language like yelling at her as I'm watching her put the water on for me as she's removing the existing polish off my nails.. I come here to get my nails done and pamper myself not to have to deal with that sort of energy. I have decided to write this review and no longer waste my time in an atmosphere like this. Only come here if you're desperate and in a rush! They use the same filing boards on everyone and don't clean them. Then they sweep the area with the same board they just used to do your nails. They don't let you wash your Han's they just blow the hat away and keep going. The owner is rude and short with you. She doesn't even try to understand you. The gentleman there is the only person who is good at what he does and kind. I've never felt so ignored where I'm paying for a service. She did my nails and never even looked me in my eyes or smiled or said anything just gave me my total. I will pay more and go somewhere else for better customer service. I have to be rushing and desperate to come back on my because they are close to my home. They need to learn about being sanitary so people won't have fungus or bacteria because I watched all the techs and they don't take time to clean the materials and use the same things in every person without cleaning it's just gross. First time here and it was ok. The shop is clean but out of date. I didn't see anything unsanitary so it's ok with me, considering they have decent prices. Overall, they do talk about their customers in their own language and I find this rude. Might be asking how we know? It's absolutely obvious. I understand this is cultural so we don't usually take offense but these ladies seem to go overboard. There is one gentleman there but he doesn't partake in the women's giggling and conversation. Within 2 minutes of arrival, one of the women kept saying, pedicure, pedicure, come come pedicure. I had already let her know that I'm looking at the colors. She kept at it so I just ignored her but it made my Mom uncomfortable so I addressed her again and said, I'll be there shortly, just picking my color. Then all the ladies, chatter chatter chatter! A little rude to start off but whatever, it's cultural, they're more abrasive. The woman doing my pedicure was great, no issues, no attitude, was friendly, asked if water was ok, smiled; genuinely a nice person. The other woman, Tina. She did my manicure. So rude, I don't know if she's the owner, I'm guessing not but just in everyone's business so much so to the point that she cut me because she turned her head to look at a customer as she got up from the chair because her coworker was saying something in their language about her and she wanted to look at her. This was really upsetting because if they needed to gossip so bad and least STOP what you are doing so you don't cut your client!! She said sorry but continued to constantly talk and not really focus on her work, which I don't mind but she constantly was turning her head. Then she asked me if I wanted the same color, I said yes the same. After 2 coats I asked her for a 3rd coat and then showed her all the spots where she didn't paint. Side note that she also didn't remove all of my nail polish but since it was a sheer white I didn't take issue, BUT that should have been my warning it made me think twice but I just let it go. Towards the end she began to put the UV light over my hand and I told her regular not gel and she became visibly annoyed explaining to me why Gel is better, as if I didn't know it lasted longer but personally I don't like gel because it thins the nail and causes long term damage so I never get gel but still Why does the customer have to explain?? So I'm sitting there and here comes another woman hurrying me to move to the front where the nail dryers are and I told her that I still needed a top coat. She says something in their language to Tina (because Tina is cleaning up at this point) and then applies the top coat. The woman was polite and then helped me over to the front. My Mom was satisfied with her technician and said she was polite and sweet and made her comfortable and made sure she was happy with her nails. Mom said no issues. The outcome of my pedicure was beautiful. My manicure just below average, not terrible but was lumpy on 2 fingers and not fully painted on the sides and where the nail begins. Even though my experience with Tina was horrible we still gave her a tip. When the woman at the front told Tina and the other technician that we gave them tips the other woman politely said, "Oh thank you my sister" Tina did not even acknowledge. I understand we all have bad days but really I can't think of any other time that a technician has been so rude. Definitely would not recommend Tina. I'm going to give them another try and request not to have Tina if she's assigned. read more

Disgusting is all I really have to say. They used hand soap to "massage" my legs and feet then he used a tool to scrub my feet and then put my feet back into the dirty water he was using to "clean" the tool he just used scrub my foot for calluses. Look at this water! Not only did he do that but he also "massaged" my feet inside the dirty water and left them there. Once he was done painting my toes he put cuticle oil all over my feet and UNDER MY FEET. He used this as lotion. My feet were an oily mess after literally slipping out of my sandals. Great Place has good prices, sure wish they understood English more, it would be nice if they interacted with their clientele, and spoke to us, it would be a nice business gesture if they didn't speak in their language back and forth in front of their customers when most of us don't talk their language. Very disappointed! Came here w my bff for pedis. There were 2 women on each side of us sitting before we were. My friend sat down before me (I was choosing a color). My pedi was not only finished before my friends but also before one of the women who had already been sitting. Nails are beautifully shaped but breaks where the nail the nail and fake nail meets. This happens within a day or so. Waste of money!!! The first time I thought I was just being rough on my hands but after the 2nd time I concluded that they possibly don't add enough glue when adding the fake nail. Nails should not break just from picking up a tube of toothpaste!!!! I also think it's a ploy to rack up money. It's a extra $3 charge for each broken nail!!! And they charged me extra for my fill because I did not want a cut down. The price list shows $14 for a fill not $14+!! It's a quaint place that has very reasonable starting prices for full sets, pedicures and manicures. They are somewhat friendly, it's a pretty quiet place. Have received the simple pedicures before and was happy with them. However, I came here with my mom and she got a full set from the lady who is does nails and works the front desk. She had just taken off a full set a few days before so her nails were a little fragile. This somewhat friendly lady cut her with the nail file on her thumb AND her pinky. Not just a little inkling of blood spilled, but she bled quite a bit. She just poured a little alcohol and tried to use a paper towel to stop the bleeding. She didn't really apologize until my mom had to really complain about it. She only took $2 off of the for her nails. 2 of my nails are crooked and noticeably so. We won't be returning for a fill or full set again. read more

1 Star for Henry. Henry is very polite, he did exactly what I asked for, I was very happy with the way my nails turned out. Patty did my pedicure, she turned the water on and walked away, it was scorching hot, she never really spoke to me or asked me what I wanted, she spoke in Vietnamese very loud and angrily with the other nail techs, though I had no clue what she was saying, I was uncomfortable and definitely did not enjoy my pedicure. Didn't get at all what I wanted even though I made it clear and repeated myself multiple times. Paid $17 extra for gel polish that they never asked me for. I could have just gone to a pricier salon and gotten what I wanted: she didn't wash her hands before working on my nails, she ate her lunch right there and wiped her hands on a paper towel, then proceeded to cut my hands with the nail file... :( I was really disappointed with my experience here unfortunately. When we got there, they were busy but had two chairs next to each other waiting for us. They were very patient and gentle with my elderly mother. At first she was taken aback that a young man would be working on her feet, but she was so relaxed at the end she said she only wanted him in the future! Very clean facility and attentive staff.
