Got a pedicure & manicure the lady messed up on my nails and she was upset then started to take the polish off didn't let it dry so the next day the polish came off. Went the next day and the owner told me to go back at 5 with an attitude. When I went back she was telling me that 20.00 more I could have had the gel and I wouldn't have that problem. Today was my first time visiting the salon. I had a mani/pedi. The service was fine during the pedicure, but the woman who did my nails first told me I would owe $55 then she changed it to $68. There is no ATM in the salon, so she told me and another patron to go to a nearby Walgreens for cash once it was time to pay. The woman forced me to leave my driver's license with her even though I had to drive to Walgreens. The non-black woman who needed the ATM was not asked to leave her DL (or anything) before leaving to go to an ATM. About thirty minutes before I left, she stared at my license plate (I was parked directly in front of her station) like she was trying to memorize it. When I returned and asked for my driver's license back she shoved my change in my face. I had to ask twice. When I asked why the white woman was able to leave without giving up her ID the manicurist lied and said she knew the woman and she was a regular customer. This isn't true b/c when she arrived she didn't know there wasn't an ATM in the salon. read more

She was heavily distracted, made six phone calls in between while I was telling her how I wanted my nails designed.She misunderstood what I wanted and when I explained twice, kept cutting me off and said, "yeah-yeah" and disregarded my request. Finally when she LISTENED to what I wanted, she then started scolding me and making a scene in the shop talking loudly. I was so embarrased. Your typical Asian nail salon where they are speaking another language that sounds like there talking about you...but...i always try to get the guy or the older nail tech because they are both so good! Not to say that the others are not it's just that those two always seem so kind and take extra time with me. The woman I try to get knows I'm on dialysis and it feels like she spends extra time rubbing my arms. My polish always last at least 2-3 weeks unlike other places and the woman tell me what they are saying, or she does a good job pretending! Lol. Their clientel isn't exactly the most glamorous or well kept and they never seem to mind. "You sit back and relax. Must come more often." No, it wasn't rude, just honest. I went to go get Acrylic Gel Nails. They did a beyond Shitty job and they gave me a gash on the side of one of my pinky fingers!! It hurts really bad! The nails aren't even on Flawless. Horrible place even with an appointment your wait time is ridiculous and if you're a couple of minutes late to your appointment they don't wanna give you the service that u asked for instead they'd rather give you what they have time for whatever happened to customer service this place literally sucks not to mention the fact that I got a foot fungus infection That a year later I am still being treated for and has not gone away because of their poor sanitary skills for their pedicures. I have been coming here for little while now well at least 4 times now . I came in on Saturday 3/4/16 at 4pm and I asked to get a fill and to get 2 broken nails fixed . The lady in the front was nice and told me to wait till Trina was done with another customer. Finally I got to get my nails done by "Trina" and let me tell you ,this lady is so nice and so sweet ,and has great customer service, and she takes her time to do nails ,she doesn't rush to do anything. My nails came out so beautiful. I love my nails and I will be back with Trina she is awesome . She definitely deserved a $5.00 tip . Customer service is horrible. The owner has been rude to me and many other multiple times. I would only go to Henry, he is the BEST. But after the owner being so rude when I asked to see a certain nail polish brand, it was as if I had "bothered" her and she ignored me until I said," it's okay, I don't need a pedicure anymore" then she immediately asked me to come back and she'd show me the polish. This was the final straw for me, there are many more occasions where she has been unprofessional and plain rude. My money will be spent else where. I came in earlier today to have my pedicure and the tv was on showing some kind of Vietnamese show, I thought its weird but I didn't mind it. What was wrong was when Patty, the owner started talking to another woman on the phone on a speaker phone while she was doing this ladies nail sitting next to me. Horrible customer service! I had an appointment at 6:00 pm and didn't get seen till 7:00. The owner did my nails and was very rude and extremely ruff. I told her she was hurting me several times. And every time her response was "I know" and continued without caring. My nail was burning and was red open wound. She never apologized. After paying and spending 80.00 dollars never even got a thank you. After I was told my nails are dry I got in my car and nails got ruined. I walked over and told her that my nails got ruined and was told to come back it was after 8 pm and was done for the day. I retuned to get my nail fixed after two days since I work and was not able to return the next day. When I told the owner that I was returning to get my nails fixed she started yelling in front of all her clients and staff. She refused to fix all my nails. Only wanted to fix two nails and accused me of doing something to my nails. I have a wedding and paid for a service and my nails looked horrible. The last three times myself and my friend visited they messed up our nails so bad. Crooked nails, uneven polish and a very poor experience. When you want to pamper yourself this is not the place to go. If you point out a mistake they make they blame it on you. Today the older lady cut my finger and continued to file after i pulled my hand away she grabbed it and kept going SHE DIDNT SAY A WORD! This place is TERRIBLE. I had an older gentleman with gray hair and glasses help me. One of my nails had broken off, so I went to get a fill. He reapplies one of my nails, and he files and cuts it down to the point where it's obviously shorter way thinner than my other 9 nails. It was so bad to the point where the lady getting her nails done next to me had noticed it. I asked him "Can you do something about this? This nail is way shorter than the others." He tells me that they charge for a cut down. I told him I'm not going to let me charge him extra for HIS mistake. So I told him he will either cut them down to make them match without charging me, or find another way to make them look the same. He started to become really rude and going back and forth with me. I explained that just wanted all of my nails to look the same, especially if I'm paying for. And the employees had their bare feet siting on the tables they use to service customers. I had been going here for several years and the past few months I kept getting more and more disgusted! I always had Patty do my nails but the last few months I had become more irritated with her. She has her darn phone on speaker all the time and you have to listen to her conversations which to me was so very rude This last time was the straw that broke the camel's back as they say!! She kept burning the sides of my fingers as she was filing them down and buffing them getting them ready to apply the gel color! I told her she was hurting me and she never said sorry or apologized Then to top it off she had the wrong color and I told her stop and she proceeded to apply the color any way She said color would get darker with more applications!! I have experienced a delay in my service, a mis-booked appointment, interruptions in service due to mistakes in appointments. I was told if I didn't like it, I could go somewhere else. Horrible expirence I asked Trinh (the woman that did my nails) for square short nails and walked out with the complete opposite I walked out with round coffin nails I went home trying to shake off the fact that I asked for something and came home with the opposite. I called Patty (the owner) 30 minutes later and asked for my money or asked if they could help me fix my nails , she had agreed on giving me a refund and had me come in 2 days later and she yelled at me in front of the whole nail salon refusing to give me a refund and told me she never said she would give me a refund but clearly two days prior she said she would. I do not recommend this place. Rude to customers and they also watch their Netflix shows and constantly stop doing your nails to to watch what's going on tv. This is a horrible place. My daughter went to get her nails done for graduation. This place did not ask her what shape she wanted. When my daughter objected to the square nail, the nail person filed them down so agressively that my daughter's nails are bleeding. They totally put on a different color than my daughter picked and did not communicate at all. They made my daughter wait while they finished watching her show too.
