Terrible! The food looked good. That's where the good ended. Chicken tenders were dry and inedible. Green beans were rubbery. Mac and cheese disintegrated into mush immediately after putting a bit in my mouth. And they did not have biscuits or corn muffins that are supposed to come with a meal. I don't know what they were doing- but it ain't cooking. We waited over 15 minutes for a po' boy and a "blackened" chicken sandwich The po'boy was cold, the blackened chicken white and pasty. The lettuce was even paler - but the unripened tomato added some color (green) to the "meal" Opening up these treasures to put some mayo on revealed the lettuce scattered about, two pale thin slices of mealy, un-seasoned chicken , sitting on a wet falling-apart bun. Had their Little 5 Points biscuit and let me just say that this was one of the BEST buscuits I have ever had. They make them right there in front of you so it was fresh and the eggs, cheese, and bacon were just deelish! Meh, the food is not worth the airport price and the staff seems to be a little overwhelmed with how many customers are placing orders. I ordered a breakfast item and apparently the fruit was not up / prepared. Therefore, I had to wait longer than expected only to be asked what kind of fruit do I like.... I was kind of caught off guard, because I like all fruit? So I would like a variety as presented in the menu. A kind lady from the kitchen was able to cut me some fruit and another kind lady made sure that I received a free juice. Lol. Very kind, but I would definitely make sure that you have enough of time in between flights to visit Bantam and Biddy if you really want to try it out. read more

Airport food is often expensive and leaves much to be desired. In concourse C, I decided to give this restaurant a try because the reviews were good and the line to the Chinese place was too long. I'm glad I did! The rotisserie chicken and collard greens were flavorful and delicious! And that cheddar biscuit... whew! Completely threw off my healthy eating plan but wow... it was worth it! I also had the green beans (fresh but not a seasoned as I like) and the candied yams which were ok but a bit under cooked. I purchased a plate from this place at the airport and it is by far the most disgusting food I think I ever had. The canned corn was the only thing that tasted familiar. And it was still nasty too. The Mac and cheese looks like shredded cheese. The rice and gravy is orange? And there are kids cooking your food. Name a child that know how to make soul food ? Very disappointing. I ordered a vegetable plate, they had a wait onMac and cheese. They said six minutes but it ended up twenty six minutes. They don't talk to the customer about what is going on during their wait. When you ask about your order, theylook like they are not aware of what to do next. When I finally got my food the other three items where iceberg cold. Fried chicken and waffle!! It was so yummmy!! The waffles is thick and big and you get about 4 chicken tenders and it's not small!! For the only $9.00 is a steal especially in the airport!! Perfect level of creamy and spicy, but with that healthy raw broccoli fiber crunch. The spinach quinoa salad dressing was so delicious. I could have slurped it. The spicy collards were perfectly done. The pickled beets with goat cheese I would not get again. They were cold, would have preferred roasted. The jalapeño cornbread was good enough as was the fried green tomato with goat cheese. It's a place where you order up front and get your meal delivered, but the servers were so kind and attentive. Was excited to see this newer option. I've tried and enjoyed the one in midtown. I ordered the fried chicken poboy. Chicken was fresh, hot and delicious. Bread was good. Really damn good for airport food. I'm gluten free, and went off in search of something I could eat while my husband went to Chic-fil-a. I was going to do the Asian next store but the line was way too long and then I saw GF and fried chicken and was sold. I had the chicken tenders, potatoes, and Brussels sprouts. The chicken was huge chunks of juicy white meat, which I shared one of with husband and he said it was better than his chicken which he had been so excited to get. The sprouts were the tastiest I have ever had and I don't even like spouts that much. Definitely will be back when flying through again. read more

The food was a B- but the service was definitely an F. I was there on April 2, 2023 around 4:30pm and the 2 women working were very rude & disinterested. They didn't greet me and seemed annoyed while I was ordering. The lady even yawned twice without covering her mouth while she was scooping my food. The cashier also didn't greet me, or tell me my total. Then when I said "thank you" after paying she just walked off. If ever you're in the ATL airport and in the mood for breakfast the way grandma used to cook it...look no further than this place. First off, the food is amazing! The bacon is crispy and just the right southern smokiness. The biscuits are heavenly. I love fried okra and their take on fried okra is awesome(they keep them whole). The grits are good(I like mine a little less stiff but the flavor and texture was till good). The prices are super reasonable considering how much they give you(and should stay that way if you want loyalty ). Was craving roasted chicken. Ordered a half chicken all white meat and another half chicken regular. Regular was raw. All white was cooked but skin wasn't crispy. Flavor was okay. I was starving walking through the Atlanta airport and came across this place. This place ... this place right here baby . The food was so good I felt like I needed to fight someone in the kitchen cause of how good that food was. I had the Rotisserie chicken with greens and rice and gravy. Y'all know how Rotisserie chicken is normally dry and for old people with sodium problems ( which is why I normally avoid that ish). Not this chicken . I'm 25 years old and that's the moistest well seasoned chicken I've ever had in my entire life.I can tell they marinade it in something good too. Food was OK but the staff is clueless. Forgot a side on my meal and then when I went back to get it they told me it's not included.
