Ordered online! simple smooth and easy. This plate was 16$ and lasted me two meals, loved the flavor of the salmon with the glaze it was cooked to perfection. The rice was delicious, no salt needed. The vegetables for me were cooked great they still had a slight crunch but it yielded a lot of liquid idk why. All in all I rate this plate a solid 4.5/5. Went for lunch. My first time trying the ramen. It's definitely a great price. The workers are so nice. But the ramen isn't that flavorful. It was bland. I've never had to add seasoning to tonkatsu. Legit place for hibachi. Can't speak to anything else as I've only dropped in once for lunch but the menu is fairly varied. Friendly service, obviously small family owned. Parking is plenty in the shopping center once you've actually spotted the small space it occupies. Inside is not very big but I noticed most ppl would come in for takeout anyway. I got 2 slashed boa buns: 1 tofu, 1 beef. The buns were steamed perfectly. Also, the beef was tender and the tofu had slight notes of flavor from the seasonings and various toppings. The one thing that would have made the tofu better is if it had a slight crisp around the edges. I spent $10 for these 2 buns and it was worth it. As a note, if you want to leave full I suggest getting the bao bun special which includes a bao bun, noodles, and 1 other item I believe. This is on my list of favorite spots in Atlanta. It makes the list of cheap & affordable while also having amazing food. It is a hole-in-the-wall with delicious Taiwanese food. I put it with the likes of Hankook or Quoc Phong since it is a cheap, delicious, and amiable spot. It is run by a family, and the owner who is always working at the front is so kind and friendly. Service is always excellent and I never wait long for my order. I usually order ahead of time on their website for pickup which saves some time and is great if you don't have a ton of time. I love getting the bao bun combo every time. It is amazing. The food always hits the spot. They have ramen and other food that I'd like to try, but it's so hard to not get the bao bun combo every time - so we'll see if I ever venture out. I believe they also have boba tea on the menu. They have some seating if you do want to sit down and eat, but this place strikes me as more of a take-out place, and that's what most people do. The inside is nice though so dining in is a good experience. Hope this place stays around because I love it! read more

If I have to give this review judging just by the bubble tea, it's a 0 star. It's the worst bubble tea I ever had and trust me, I had my fair share of mediocre/bad bubble tea. Now I will be fair. There was no milk or brown sugar. They might as well laced the drink with poison. I just died a whole lot more when I took those first few sips of that god forbids I-don't-think-it-is-drinkable thingy. That Brown Zebra was definitely alien or mutated and just pure evil!! AMBIENCE 4/5 For what this place was, it was fine. I love those booth seatings. The place looked clean, then again it should be since it was opened about a month ago. To be completely honest with with you, the staff weren't necessarily over the top with the the warm inviting atmosphere. However they made sure we had everything we needed and when we left they informed us to leave our table as is instead of tossing it out. Now to me that's real sweet and everything so I have to keep it real. The food was Pretty decent. I was a little taken back that the food was served on a paper plate, which I'm assuming is the result of COVID. I tried the tofu pancake roll,a tofu and veggie bao with the crab Rangoon. Everything was okay, the bao as a taco situation isn't as ideal as I thought it would be the juices broke everything apart. I would recommend the pancake roll it was actually really good Everybody else ordered the combo plate you see in the photos that came with the rice and a seaweed spring roll. Not a real fan of the rice so they say just order two buns and you should be good. The bao bun bread is what really gets you. It's so soft and fluffy whatever you put in it will be delicious. The pork bun was decent, I've definitely had better. It's also pretty big. I sampled the strawberry boba and no way! You can taste the chemicals. We stopped by during their grand opening. This is located in the Kroger shopping center next to subway. For their grand opening, we got a bubble tea for purchase over $8. This place was nicely lit and looks really clean and inviting. The ladies behind the counter was welcoming and ready to take my order. They have various dishes and also combo meals. We got the sesame bun combo and Chef John's special pasta. The pasta was good with fresh veggies and flavorful peanut sauce. Good cold noodles for a hot day. The sesame bun with beef was good. Bun was flaky and the meat was savory plus the fresh herbs and cumber really brought the flavors together. The seaweed roll was fried to perfection with clear noodles inside. They were tasty little bites. The braised pork pasta was really delicious. We really enjoyed everything and had plenty of food left over to bring home. The food reminds me of Taiwan street food and their prices are really reasonable as well. We will be back. But I do agree with the other reviews and will skip the bubble tea. When will Yelp let us give half stars??? This is more like a 3.5 star restaurant For what it is...it's good! This place isn't fancy and you're not likely to win any praises upon pulling up to this place which is sandwiched between an average-ish Chinese restaurant and Wing Stop in a Kroger shopping center. The only reason I popped in on a Friday afternoon is because of the Yelp ratings and my close proximity. I'm a regular at one of the salons in the strip mall and it was lunch time. I checked the health score, 97 and proceeded based on the reviews. The good : -Tofu Bao- this was unexpectedly amazing! The relish on it made it explode with flavors and the Bao bun was nice and fluffy (5 stars) -Seaweed rice poppers (?) (5 stars with the yum yum sauce 4 without) The bad: -Chicken Scallion pancake was both a little greasy and dry. Despite the cucumber and herbs, this desperately needed a sauce. (2.5 stars) This came with pork pasta...which was just greasy and honestly I'm not 100% sure I didn't receive beef, which is never a good thing to wonder (what meat is this !?). -fried wontons tasted frozen and the dough was really tough (1 star) Overall, I'm glad I tried it and some of the menu items live up to the ratings, others just fall very short.
