The head shampoo and massage was relaxing and I love one of the tingly products they used on my hair. During the blow dry - they provided some fruit and water which was nice! The ear cleaning was amazing! Felt so relaxing and just scratching the right itch all at the same time! She was very gentle the entire time - it was a great end to the head spa! I'm honestly very disappointed with my experience here. The final lash set looked nothing like the photos in their portfolio, even though I showed a reference picture and asked multiple times beforehand if they could achieve that style. I was reassured that they could, but the result was completely different. I also specifically requested a style that wouldn't hit my glasses. The first lash tech said it wouldn't be an issue, but the lashes clearly collide with my glasses. When I brought it up, the second tech blamed the first tech and even my eye shape. I've had lash extensions done at several other places before, and they've always been able to accommodate this request without issue. On top of that, my skin was very irritated and swollen afterward. I've never experienced this level of irritation or scratchiness immediately after a lash appointment before. Overall, the work did not match their advertised portfolio, my requests were not properly followed, and the experience left me uncomfortable. I'm debating whether to just get it removed altogether because it is not the style I'm going for. read more

I had gone somewhere else that was popular on Insta but results + atmosphere were disappointing(one person started my lashes then had another person finish, which I wasn't told about beforehand).
