The team came right out, offered me a bottle of water, and walked me through the whole process. I needed synthetic oil and a little more than the standard amount, so my total came out to about $142, which included the oil filter change. What really stood out was their transparency. They actually showed me what my oil looked like before and after, plus the old dirty filter versus the new one going in -- all without me even asking. It made me feel confident that I was getting exactly what I paid for and not being upsold. They also offered a military discount, which I really appreciated. The whole service took about 25-30 minutes (a bit longer than their usual 10-15), but it still beats dropping my car off at the dealership for half the day. Everyone was professional, polite, and genuinely friendly. If you go, definitely check for online coupons before heading in -- they have some good ones! It's Jiffy Lube. I come to get my oil changed. They check the tires top off the fluids and we are good. Sure they try to upsell you on stuff, but I can put in my own air filters rather than pay $22 for a new one. That being said I have no problems with this place. The same guy seems to be running it. Also if you come during the day they give you a coupon for a free car wash. How good is that. To the guy who waited for a half hour waiting to get his tires inspected. I'm going to be nice and just say I don't have that much time to waste. I would just go to a tire place. This is Jiffy Lube it's good for what it is.

I'd like to know that the establishments, especially the "mom and pop" places I invest my time and hard and money into, are quality. Well this place needs major quality control. Especially in its customer service and sales. #mortified I no longer live in the area but gladly can tell you that you are better off going to GoodYear Suburban Auto (off Lake Street a few blocks away). Or Route 64 Auto in Villa Park. Hell Even a jiffy lube isn't too far from this terrible shop. Unbelievable. I've never had a shop employee text me to bring work into their shop, more than once, that should of been my first red flag. Why are they so desperate for work? I had work done March 2019, about 1 year ago, in that year I have had the same initial repair corrected due once by them (under warranty) due to low quality parts used. Not to mention after I had them take care of the repairs, I had a different shop quote me significantly less. You can presume how frustrating it was to find out "Anthonys great prices and discounts", were a farce. That's what you get for not doing your research first... Now this is the 3'rd time the same problem is acting up. I called March 12, pre warranty expiration and bringing the car back to *this* shop, is not an option for many reasons. The "customer service" aka Anthony could value from investing into 'communications' classes. Me Being under pressure with needing my car fixed soon it's stressful, customer service position, we deal with clients on a spectrum of emotions. I get that... I've been on both ends. As customer sales/service, you've got to have tact and be composed. I couldn't believe I had to mediate the call and remind him, I'm the customer and he is customer service ...that he should be finding a way to keep business... not argue with the customer. Also, he should not be in a mechanic shop. At all. Not even a car sales man. This job just doesn't fit him at all. I had once called post the initial repair asking which wheel bearing had been fixed, to which he told me it was "non-specific". Another red flag. Go anywhere else. I'm fed up with the low quality part with over priced costs, expensive, on top of the excruciatingly bad customer service.

Over the last four and a half years I've brought in four different cars including family members cars and all have been handled with premium care. Jeff and Jim have always been overly communicative, never do any work that they don't talk to you and get your approval first, and their team does great work. The pricing is very fair. They will even give a new car a full inspection and give you honest feedback. We had a family member buy a car from Carvana that had some issues that were covered under warranty. CD Jr dealt with the third party completely and updated us every step of the way. If you want your car worked on by honest mechanics who won't talk down to you (a complaint my wife certainly and justifiably has) and treat you with respect, go to Jeff and the gang.

I consulted Yelp as I often do to look for a reliable and recommended provider of service. Saturday morning I called and spoke to Mark and I explained what was happening. He asked me a couple of questions and told me what he thought was the problem and an approximate cost to repair. I said I would be there Monday morning. I arrived Monday morning and they drove my car around a tiny bit to see what was happening. I received a call a few minutes later and they told me what needed to be done (front brake pads and rotors) and the cost (which was what I was told on Saturday). It's so nice to find a trustworthy automotive repair shop. Mark and his team did everything they said needed to be done at the price quoted. I highly recommend Roselle Service Center for any automotive repair needs!
