This bar is located in Westin Copley place. The clam chowder was amazing and so was the Star Sangria which is a Fall cocktail. Great place to gather with friends!

Yes. I'm from Houston. I put hot sauce on everything.

Loved my bowl of clam chowder. Thick but not too thick. It is more of a bowl size not cup. And only $9. Service was very quick. Cocktails were refreshing but on the light side. Which was ok cause we headed across the street to the Boston Library next.

Boston cream pie. I also got the decaf and it was better than regular Starbucks.

Came just for dessert and got the Boston Cream Pie and decaf. Both were delicious and the decaf was made fresh by Alice, it was the best decaf I ever had....in my life!!!!!! It was so top shelf of her to make the coffee fresh for menBOOM!

Lovely mixed drinks, limited wine selection. The staff were very kind and accommodating, making sure we had the most comfortable table. Food was solid, but overpriced. A great option for after work drinks with holiday hours, even on Christmas Day! As an added bonus, it's a fun little city adventure entering through the hotel and exploring the Copley mall next door.

I loved the atmosphere, which included live entertainment. The food is amazing and the service was great! It's located in the Westin Copley Hotel, but it didn't give the Hotel restaurant vibe, if you know what I mean. Great time.

The service was amazing! And Luis made the best drinks ever! I will definitely come back. And Bernardo was the best server!

I don't know why this place has medium rating! The food was so good and fresh :) I enjoyed the cauliflower steak which tasted bomb and the pretzel was very warm and delicious. The bread was so soft inside with the cookie butter so tasty.

There's no shortage of bars to go to in the Copley/Back Bay Area for cocktails after work but this was one of those spots I've never even heard of. Luckily I have foodie friends who have been to these hidden gems around Boston and suggested I check this place out for myself. And so, I found myself at Bar 10, a stylish restaurant in an intimate setting that happened to be tucked within the depths The Westin Copley Place and I can see the appeal due to the incentive, however, the vibe wasn't for me. $1 Oysters- From 5PM-7PM, I believe the oysters for a dollar deal is for every day, not just weekdays. They are small, thin but for a dollar, they shuck us a decent batch. Plus it gives us a reason to order a couple of cocktails while we slurp 2 dozen oysters down. "Port" Berkshire Manhattan- I can't claim to be a hard liquor expert to know the difference from a good or bad Manhattan but my friend who ordered it said it's one of the better ones he's had. To me, it tasted oaky with a buttery finish which honestly I enjoyed, so I wouldn't mind trying this again. Overall Service: Our bartender dropped one of our cards underneath one of the counters in the back and it became an event just to get it out. Too long that it kind of took the focus away from everything else.

We checked in late this weekend and were glad that Bar 10 is open until midnight. We were able to get a table and something to eat. The atmosphere was relaxing and the food is unexpectedly good.

This is a regular hotel lobby bar. Located in the upper level of an urban mall complex. A nice spot to hide away and have a drink.

I started with the grapefruit cocktail, followed by the hamachi crudo and the lobster roll. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The hamachi crudo was especially impressive, and the lobster roll was everything you'd hope for when dining in Boston. The service was excellent, the food was outstanding, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. Salty Girl definitely deserves its high ratings, and I'll be back the next time I'm in town.

Pros: The warm…read morelobster roll was tasty, buttery, and generously filled. My only gripe is that it comes with a bag of chips rather than French fries, which are standard at many lobster roll spots. Given the price point, fries would have felt more appropriate. The whole fried black bass with ponzu and cilantro, served with steamed rice, was excellent. You'll need to be comfortable navigating bones, but as Asians who grew up eating whole fish, that wasn't an issue for us. The fish was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and one of the standout dishes of the meal. The fried Ipswich clams appetizer was also delicious. The batter was light, crisp, and seasoned perfectly without overwhelming the clams themselves. As for the ambiance, it felt like a blend of boho Miami chic and Tulum--bright, airy, and filled with soft pastel tones. A beautiful space for lunch. Cons: Unfortunately, both the Spring Crab Carbonara and Lobster Fra Diavolo missed the mark. While each dish was generous with crab and lobster meat, the pasta itself was a disappointment. Bucatini should have a firm, al dente bite. Instead, both plates arrived noticeably overcooked and soggy. No one orders bucatini expecting mush swimming in garlic tomato sauce. Beyond the texture issue, both pasta dishes lacked something. Call it zest, depth, or that certain je ne sais quoi, but neither dish delivered much flavor. Dare I say they were somewhat bland. At $38 and $45 respectively, that was particularly disappointing. Service was equally underwhelming. Despite having a 12:45 p.m. reservation, the hostess seated us at a four-top closest to the kitchen. There were numerous vacant four-top tables in more desirable locations throughout the dining room, yet we were placed there. We didn't complain, but all of us wondered, "Why this table?" Our server, Christy L., was adequate but hardly memorable. As visitors from Los Angeles, we've grown accustomed to servers making a little conversation--asking what brings you to town, offering recommendations, or simply establishing some rapport. Christy's interaction amounted to, "Hi, I'm your server. What can I get you?" and little else. She rarely checked back and never made much effort to engage. Because of that, we didn't feel the suggested gratuity options of 20%, 25%, or 30% on the payment screen were warranted. We left a standard 18% tip. Bottom Line: If you're craving excellent fried clams or a good lobster roll, this place is worth a visit. Beyond those items, however, there are plenty of restaurants that offer stronger culinary execution, more attentive and personable service, and equally attractive surroundings.

We also spent an hour at the King Tut exhibit across the street! This restaurant/bar always seems packed. And, with reservations for 645pm (highly recommend) the bar was quite busy. The buzz from this high-end cocktail bar is exactly what you want on a Friday evening; From girlfriends sipping their wine to couples laughing and swirling their cocktails, Moon Bar is for the classy and sexy. Abby our server is excellent! A mixologist who knows all the cocktails and can recommend based on your preference. I tried one of their new cocktails with bourbon and did not care for it. Abby made me my mezcal drink that I have ordered before...its the 305 cowboy, an extremely popular drink. A must try for sure! Note: Some bartenders make you feel guilty for saying something about a drink you ordered and did not like. But, here at Moon Bar, Abby was so gracious to make me something that I will enjoy. Hats off to her:) Food: Since it was restaurant week we just shared everything. For starters we ordered the Tuna Tartare that was excellent. Then, we had Piri-Piri Chicken Thighs that were also good but quite spicy. For dessert, we shared the Caribbean Tiramisu, which was great. It was a tough choice between this and the Guava Cheesecake. We were so full that we ended up bringing home leftovers. Oh, I also forgot to mention we always order their Curry Fries - a must try when coming here Trust Me. In advance, I stopped into the hotel to confirm that a gluten-free guest could be accommodated and was assured this would be handled. In reality, the accommodation was inadequate and, at times, unacceptable. While the rest of us were served scones, my stepdaughter was given cut fruit in their place, and told that was all they had to accommodate. The dessert course consisted of what appeared to be basic gluten-free cookies, misrepresented as something more gourmet - egg nog cookies??? This lack of preparation was both disappointing, upsetting and avoidable. The broader experience was equally concerning. We were subjected to an unsolicited and uncomfortable "lesson" on tea service, which detracted from what should have been a relaxed and celebratory occasion. While trying to enjoy the time with the girls, being a lifelong tea drinker and someone who has been to many times at your establishment and its various incarnations, this is something I have never experienced. The food quality was poor (scones were clearly reheated and stuck to the cloth napkin they were wrapped in), and there were notable service lapses, including being served water in a visibly shattered glass. Additionally, when hot water was added to refresh the tea, my stepdaughter's pot curdled and had to be replaced. It was especially disappointing, as I mentioned that I had stopped in and spoken with the concierge, and was assured, as they had called the kitchen while I stood there that they readily accommodated gluten-free. There are numerous places in the city that could have done this, and if you had just told me that you could not do so, I would have booked us elsewhere. I chose not to raise the multiple issues in the moment so as not to disrupt what was meant to be a special day for the girls and me. However, the total cost exceeded $500, and the experience did not come close to justifying that price point! Do not recommend.
