Cool bar located on the north end of the Arts District. It has a great dim ambiance with interesting art and decor, making it a fantastic spot for a date night or hanging out with a group. The menu is limited when it comes to both cocktails and food (good thing) and the drinks are unique. No photos or videos inside. Parking is available for $4 an hour, and the bar does not validate. Worth a visit.

This bar is amazing. The interior was old, luxurious, and dark. I had Charcuterie Book and THE PILLOW. THE PILLOW BOOK was very pretty drink. I don't know what was on the top but they were glittering and colorful. The presentation of Charcuterie Book was so cool. The sausages and cheese were very good. The sever was very nice to let me take a video for the fire show and drink. I definitely come back there to try more drinks.

Hand crafted cocktails. Unique small bites and very eclectic decor. Service is good. Staff is knowledgeable. Located in the Art District of Las Vegas. Worth a look.

Backgammon and cocktails. That's a Monday night!

What a delightful experience. Michelle was excellent, giving us plenty of space and recommendations to just have a much-needed date game night with backgammon and my goodness, the drinks! I thought Cosmo did the best mixology but there's a new boss in town! Drinks to try (2 from the Wes Anderson menu): Fantastic Mr Fox if you love thai iced tea & Darjeeling Limited. Also recommend Howling Wolves and Michelle's fav, The Pillow Book.

It's a spot down in Fremont and I'm never down here. It's a cute little bar. I was expecting the venue to have Doberman portraits everywhere due to the name haha. But they had a one year anniversary party yesterday. It was pretty packed and crowded. They have a parking lot where they charge for parking at $5 for first hour and $4 each additional hour. So if not you can find street parking it'll be free. It would be nice if they had an outdoor patio as well too. But it's only indoors.

This was a fantastic speakeasy with a cool vibe, live music and the tastiest drinks. Bartenders know what they are doing and are super cool to chat with. We ordered a couple rounds and the charcuterie box which was served in an old hard cover book that opens and holds the charcuterie treats.,They bring this out and create a cool spectacle by lighting it on fire for presentation. There are no pictures or video allowed inside this speakeasy. I would definitely love to visit again next time I'm in Vegas.

Doberman is absolutely top notch. Everything from the ambiance to the quality of the cocktails, what a great experience in the DTLV Arts District. It's pretty darn inside so be prepared to possibly be the person who's shining their flashlight to see the menu. The foam on top of the drinks I got were both delicious. Be open to some of the strange pairings of flavors like Parmesan. It's actually tastier than it sounds. Service was on point as well and I love that I never felt rushed or waited too long between drinks.

doberman feels so elegant & vibey. reservations are recommended but i have been able to get seated as a walk in on a weeknight without one. both the drinks & service were great! each time i've been here, the servers are super educated on each specific cocktails which makes the experience 10x better. we started with a complimentary cocktail taster, which was so good. the cocktails are delicious & they really do have something for everyone. i'm sure if you couldn't find someone on the menu, they'd be able to make something you would like. i'd been to this location when it was the prior business but doberman really turned it into something special.

My first visit!! It was chrismasy girls night out and wanted to try here for a while and It was just perfect!! So classy elegant full of holiday spirit inside! We made a reservation and they got us nice seats in front of Christmas Tree and close to the live music performance! There was the rule they had, restrain from Cell phone. So I've been fighting over the eager to take pictures. Only a little bit not to disturb... Well the Drink I ordered was Crumpus and Pink Pedal Both are amazingly delicious. Although it wasn't cheap. but it worth every penny!! Can't wait to visit again!!!!

What a fun addition to the arts district. The decor is a mix of curiosities and taxidermy. The drinks are above and beyond delicious. The bartender friendly and eager to recommend the perfect drink or regale you with stories. We didn't get to try the food menu but it looks delicious. Warning. Getting a seat is a challenge. Also this is not an inexpensive evening. But if you want something different, comfortabel, and intriguing, the doberman is for you

Incredible cocktails. Let me say that again. Incredible cocktails. This is a Las Vegas best cocktail bar without a doubt. Fun, whimsical, creative and delicious presented in a simple easy to digest way. The new Wes Anderson films theme menu really hit. The Royal Tenebaums was a crowd favorite! Juyoung and Steven were incredible caretakers of our beverages and just amazing hospitality all around!

"Private" cocktail club in the Arts District. We did make a reservation but arrived an hour early. We were seated right away. People without reservations arrived at the same time and it was standing room only at the bar for them. Upon walking in my spouse said the decor reminded him of Park on Fremont. Sure enough it ended up being the same owners. The ambience is very chic, moody, and gorgeously decorated. The club was decorated for Christmas. It was warm and cozy without being over the top. Our waiter was one of the most knowledgeable waiters I have ever had in regards to liquor. He had great recommendations and knowledge about the menu. There are plenty of craft cocktails and even mocktails.

This has to be my favorite new bar in town! They not only have amazing drinks but the vibes are 10/10! You can sit at the bar or at booths and they have another area where the booths are more private. Amazing service and drinks are curated with such intention! Every drinks is spectacular and delicious! Yanni I believe was our mixologist and did an impeccable job so the guiding us thru the drink menu and curating some drinks based on what we like.

They had a limited selection of non-alcoholic drinks and upon asking if I could get one of their featured drinks in a NA version, the bartender seemed like he was being put out by the request. He made it, but the drink I got didn't really have any of the flavors described. If you are waiting for a tee time at Twilight Zone mini golf maybe you could stop in, though honestly I would probably just go to the bar down the hall by the food court.

We've have awesome experiences watching bartenders before AND we were determined to stay so we happily agreed. Paisley was a delight to chat with as we waited for only 10 minutes while seats opened up for us at the bar. I also got to check out the restroom, which boasts a high tech toilet with automated opening/flushing and a heated seat! We had the pleasure of meeting Michael our bartender and Yesi the bartender apprentice, and regulars Bill and Kim from Texas on one side of us, and Mario from California on the other as we spent the next hour and half savoring one luxury cocktail each and some complimentary snacks (seasoned pistachio nuts, cheesy crackers, and a little amazing bite that I can't remember the ingredients of). Welcome complimentary drinks: "Key to my heart" -- fun little rum drinks to start off with served in a spherical black case surrounded by dry ice! (See video). A bit sweet for my taste but tasty and just a little shot's worth (to be sipped). Cocktails: La Vie En Rose: (5/5) Rose infused gin, house made strawberry infused sweet vermouth, aperol, orange essence. Gorgeous spherical ice cube with a real flower frozen inside). Described as a summer Negroni. I chose it because I love Negronis and am always up for trying a variation on a classic like that. The Fountain (5/5): bourbon, Punt e mes vermouth (55 year old bottle!), orange essence. The Vault's take on the classic Manhattan. Michael gave us a taste of the punt e mes sweet vermouth and it was sublime. Both spectacular cocktails were definitely made for sipping and savoring. And to top it off! Little espresso shots at the end....mmm delectable dessert my bites to complete a flawless experience. We'll be back! Michael is a masterful mixologist and Yesi is an awesome apprentice! The only hint I'll give is that it's located on the casino floor. When we walked in, we were greeted by the hostess. She asked us if we had reservations or were walking in. I really appreciated this because the way she phrased her question told me they had availability and we would be granted entry. The bar is very small and seats about 30. Reservations are strongly encouraged, however we went on a Monday in February. If you're going on a weeknight during off peak season, you should be okay without a reservation. The hostess gave us the option of sitting at the bar or at a table. We asked her for her rec and she said the bar so that's what we chose. The decor is beautiful. The ambiance is dark and moody. It's perfect for a date night. We were greeted by both bartenders. I believe the bartender that made our drinks was Rory. He was very nice and knowledgeable about cocktails. He was able to answer our questions and make suggestions based on our preferences. As we browsed the menu, we were presented with welcome drinks in a fancy smoky container. I don't recall the name of the drink, but it had a lychee flavor with a sugar rim and it was good! Drinks are extremely pricey which is to be expected in Vegas. It's also on par based on where the speakeasy is located (hint hint). The cheapest cocktail was $30 so prepare yourself for the sticker shock. Some drinks were $80-$100! Sometimes you just have to treat yourself. I went with the Velvet Moon which was an interesting cocktail consisting of both gin and mezcal. It had flavors of hibiscus and it also had egg white which I absolutely love! The presentation was beautiful and I really enjoyed it! My friend went with the Basilico Bliss which he enjoyed. I didn't try any, but it looked really good. As we were enjoying our drinks, the staff presented us with savory bar snacks. They were tasty and were a perfect compliment to our cocktails. They do have food on the menu, but we had already eaten so we stuck with our complimentary snacks. As we were closing out, the staff presented us with a complimentary mini dessert. Rory described it as a Carajillo Jello shot. I don't like jello (I hate the texture), but I do love Carajillos. My friend does not drink coffee and does not like coffee flavor, so I ate both of them. They were so delicious (but the texture was off putting lol). I typically don't mention the restrooms in my reviews, but this one is worth mentioning. All I have to say is heated seats with a bidet! We really enjoyed our visit. Had the drinks not been so pricey, we probably would have stayed longer. If you enjoy speakeasies and/or craft cocktails, go have a drink at The Vault! The experience alone is worth it!
