Had an extra unauthorized charge on my account AFTER closing out my tab. Left the bar Saturday…read more12/13 around 10:30pm- my total was $41and I left a $10 tip. Woke up next day and seen there was a seperate $71 charge In my account. I tried contacting the bar was unable to get ahold of anyone. The next day seen that the unauthorized charge went from $71 to $91. had to drive all the way back to Headliners to speak with manager. The bartender stated manager was not in and to leave my contact information and they would call me and I have not heard from them. If I closed out my tab at $51 And left the bar there should have been NO more charges to my card at all. Hoping to get this resolved asap.

The bathrooms are clean. I had a great time. The owner (Greg) actually gave me and my wife a ride home after closing since our house was on the way to his hissy after closing. Great place. Service was nice and helpful at the front and for food at our table. One can choose to have the side rails or even an aiming device that looks like a little slide for the bowling ball. The technology is really cool, as there are graphics to show how to hit all the balls and replays, and classic graphics of the old days still make their appearance :P The pins are attached to strings, so resetting for each turn is faster. The food selection was better than expected but still just okay-- the pretzel was my favorite: soft, served warm, but not much taste beside straight up salt crystals (but it did come with sharp mustard on the side). The highlight is definitely the gameplay over the food, but they are nice snacks in the meantime. Really liked having hand sanitizer at the table too! Balls and tables and shared with your neighboring lane, and we definitely needed a bigger table just for a few dishes and drinks. The bowling shoes felt nice and didn't look super worn out like they usually do. Instead of those plastic hard chairs, there's an improved cushioned couch, but ours was tearing and the tear was pretty uncomfortable to sit on. Would recommend reserving in advance! However be ready for well liquor if you are ordering a mixed drink. James the HookahMan takes care of hookah patrons rather quickly and is very passionate about his flavors and setups making for a very pleasant experience as he takes care of you all night. The only things that need work is the lack of a physical menu for drinks causing you to try and pick something out from 3 screens flashing the menu and specials seemingly at random (I ended up sitting there with my phone taking a picture of each screen before making my order). On a personal preference the murals are beautiful but I feel the private rooms might have served better as private sections not closed off from the DJ music and the rest of the lounge. My husband remained patient and friendly throughout, but I believe good service is a big part of what makes an experience enjoyable. I don't even know how to start this review. I just know the damn steaks are good…read more I simply wanted to go to a bar that night that I hadn't been to before. I remembered months ago passing by this area and realized that this place was under a different name. Many months later this place came to mind when I was, as I said, looking for a bar that I hadn't been to before. So I pulled up and on the outside it had a strip club feel. You know, no windows and dark. Except there was this BBQ pit sitting up front. We walk in and curved around the blocking wall (strip club look again) and voila; A regular looking bar. That simple. Let's just say that everyone was super friendly. We were sat at a table by the host or some sort and I noticed that smoking was allowed in there. I know, I know, it's 2021 and they allow smoking? It was an instant red flag for me but since I didn't smell it too strong I decided to stay. Now it was a Wednesday night and the crowd was really lite and pretty much all were a bit in the over 45 range. Nevertheless the bartenders were younger and so was much of the staff. The music was a surprise as it was Karaoke night and Steak Night. (Win freaking win is you ask me.) Damn right I stayed. The drinks were actually made well and I'm judged that only by my Jack and cokes I ordered. However what led me to write this review is honestly one thing ... The Steak!!! Who would have thunk!? That in the guise of a neighborhood bar that there was an underground unknown chef at work who had the talents of putting together an incredibly outstanding 16oz rib eye steak! This steak I tell you was simply ... Well... BadAss. Now I'm talking about the steak and not the sides. Who cares about the sides. But for those who do the green beans were very good, and fresh at that. The baked potato was a bit small but that's not what I was ordering it for. I was wanting the steak. In fact I would have given this place 5 stars and most of that is due to the steak. But this place allows smoking and I cannot give 5 stars to a smoking establishment. It's just not right. I placed my order and soon after saw this guy pass by with a raw steak on a plate heading for the front. I knew then that that was my steak heading to the grill I passed by coming in. I don't know about you, but dammit I knew at that point I was in for a treat. My steak came back exactly how I ordered it. Medium. It .. was.. perfect. Well worth the $19.99 I paid for it. I promise you if it had a bone I would have eaten that too. I stayed a bit longer after I ate and was totally feeling the Jacks I had been ordering. Was honored to speak with the chef and even bought some of his seasonings that he was selling. I ending up singing a couple of songs and meeting some great people and wonderful bartenders before heading out. Had a great night there but at the end if the damn day... I can not get over that STEAK covered with butter and garlic! Dayum it was good! Enjoy the Nightlife and Prosper!
