I appreciated that they have their own private parking lot so I didn't have to park on the streets or pay for parking. As soon as you go in, it is so dark you have to give your eyes a moment to adjust, especially if you're coming from the sunlight, but it did remind me of bars I've seen elsewhere. It's got that cool dark vibe definitely expecting some kind of rock band to play. It does seem small, but there is ample seating behind the stage on the way to the bathroom. Bartender was great super nice. She was very patient and also made recommendation for us as we didn't know what to drink. They also had a happy hour which is always a plus the restrooms as well. We're clean another plus. We didn't stay long so I know they were supposed to have somebody come play, but I highly recommend recommended. I don't know if they had food. They probably did. We didn't order any or ask.

Although it was cool there, we were looking for more football fans with vibes so we decided to check out Kirby Ice House and was so happy we did! The following day after we left our World Cup game, we went back to twin peaks to grab wings to go and headed back to Kirby's for the next 5 hours for the remaining games! It's a HUGE sports bar with LOTS of TVs and seating areas/options. If you don't mind the heat, they have a huge outdoor patio with plenty of TVs. Me?? We avoided that until the sun went down lol. Inside they still have a lot of tables and TVs or you can opt for the bar and there's plenty of TVs there as well. I love that the vibe in here is super chill! Everyone was very nice. Kim the bartender was the best! They don't serve food but they have different food trucks each day (they have a schedule on their website) and they also allow you to bring outside food just not alcohol. Their cocktails are pretty good and they have a big variety of beers and specials.

The indoor bar area is massive, and the patio is just as big, making it great for large groups or events. It definitely has that laid-back, social vibe, and it's also dog-friendly, which is a nice touch. Customer service was good, and the drink prices were reasonable, especially for a place of this size and popularity. It did get pretty crowded, which adds to the energy if you're going for that kind of atmosphere. There isn't a full kitchen, but there was a food truck on-site (I believe it was Hearsay). It was okay--not bad, but nothing standout. You can also bring in outside food or order from nearby spots, which is convenient. Nothing super fancy or over-the-top, but if you're looking for a casual place to hang out, watch a game, and enjoy drinks with a group, this gets the job done.

Each time my husband asked the bartender a question about other beers he could try like the one he had, the responses felt short and dismissive, and the answer was essentially "no" every time. My husband remained patient and friendly throughout, but I believe good service is a big part of what makes an experience enjoyable. I called back again to make sure there wasn't a minimum or anything, and they confirmed my reservation. When I showed up on game day, I walked into the full bar that clearly had no tables and went up to a man with a Decoy shirt on who said they don't do reservations. I told him I had just spoken to someone yesterday, and he "you have wrong information, there's no way we can do reservations with this many people - you probably called the corporate office (it's the number listed on their website so that made no sense)" and was very dismissive of me and not apologetic whatsoever. It's totally understandable that reservations wouldn't be possible on a World Cup day. Seems like the staff are not all on the same page, or I was misled to just get my group into the bar (which has happened at other bars during the tournament so it's not unheard of). Had to take my three nieces elsewhere at the last minute and don't imagine I'll be returning after that experience.

When she went to ring us up her system was down so she wrote out the ticket on a sheet of paper. For a Marriott boutique hotel it's no wonder they have three stars. Also, the employee we interacted with was not very service oriented. It just wasn't the most pleasant experience. I won't patronize there again.

When I say wait, I mean waiting 5-10 minutes for a freakin elevator. I think these are the only elevators in the parking garage. So on busy nights and on weekends this can definitely get backed up. When we finally made it downstairs, this place was a packed house. The music was blaring and people were dressed to the nines. I guess I didn't get the memo that it was "Dressed to Impress" night. As soon as you step in, this place is chaotic and pretty unorganized. Don't get me wrong this place gets a solid 8 on the luxury scale, but the atmosphere and lack of bar staff definitely was not worth it. This place was definitely short staff on their opening night, shouldn't they know that they will need a full staff to prepare for battle of the oncoming bar hoppers and club goers. Duh! The bar staff they did have were as slow as molasses. So slow that we didn't even get one single drop of liquor after 15 minutes or so. As we waited we looked over the menu, which had an array of cool and inventive cocktails and martinis they also offer small bar bites. The music was beyond out of place. A DJs job is to play to the crowd- read the room- and typically when there's a band playing the DJ will play corresponding music to keep the crowd engaged in between the sets. We literally watched others make remarks and leave which is very disappointing when a band came out there to play and lost their crowd. While they were on stage, many people were dancing, recording and having a great time. I brought it to the servers attention and another one that said he was the assistant manager. He acknowledged the he noticed the music and mentioned to the dj "that the music shouldn't have Bword this Bword that". But even after he had mentioned that to him because he had seen him earlier speaking to the Dj since our table was directly to the side the Dj did not heed to his remarks nor change the music. There were three bartenders doing double duty as bartenders and waitstaff for the floor. Being indecisive as always, I ordered a side salad, chicken wings, and potstickers. The food and two drinks were around $67 without the gratuity. The venue also offers valet parking since the lot is pretty small, or you can park in the lot next door. Bathrooms are always clean and the crowd is friendly and engaging.
