I'll start by saying is only a review of the bar not restaurant. We were treated terribly by a bartender last night 12/14/18 who accused us of not knowing what we paid for then charged us for a drink we didn't get. Only had one round of drinks then left. This place is spectacular. The drinks are great and the food is even better. Very innovative place and always a cool vibe. They don't take reservations (they do next door at Osteria Tulia, which is amazing too), so you may have to wait a little, but it's worth it. read more

Had drinks here on several occasions. I adamantly say this place is AWFUL (with strong conviction). The bartender 'Stanley?' is one of the worst service people in existence, o.k. Sat at the bar got fantastic service plus one of the best mixed Black Russians other than what I make at home. I had a Hanger Steak that they had on the menu my first time tasting it never heard of it thought I give it a try.....it was the most tender and delicious pieces of meat I have ever had and I consider my self a grill master awesome just awesome....highly recommend it. read more

Bar Tulia has a nice laid-back vibe, a craft cocktail menu, and a rotating tap list of (what appeared to be) local beers. They have a wide liquor selection, so even if you didn't want one of the listed cocktails there are still options. The bartender was very competent and attentive. We didn't eat, but the menu looked great for a small meal while enjoying a cocktail. We'll be returning to try some of their delicious looking pizzas. read more

Surprised this place doesn't have 5 stars, but I see the usual over the top picky reviews. Getting space for a restaurant in downtown Naples isn't cheap. If you have ever noticed how quickly places come n go downtown it's due to the high rent and quality of the food or business. That being said Bar Tulia is my new favorite place downtown which I never go to because I thought it was to boring for someone in there 30's. Thanks to my lovely girl who likes this place as well brought me in and I realized how awesome it is. The decor reminds me of NH barn style restaurants with nice wood accents and low lighting. The food here is certainly worth the price and same with the drinks. When the owner is the chef you can really see how much better the food is versus a place run by a manager while the owner is MIA. A popular place like this draws a crowd during regular dinner hours so make sure you come early if you want to sit at the bar. It is a small area, but I think it's part of the charm. It has a tight comfortable feel with a welcoming atmosphere. Not the usual old people tourist attraction crap that I see all over downtown. Food, service and atmosphere excellent. Dined two times the last two weeks and Lisa the waitress is the best. I had the branzino and it's the best I ever had, and I asked it to be served with escarole and beans and just delicious. My husband got the lamb shank a few weeks ago and the chicken cutlet special with prosciutto and fontina cheese last night , excellent. Burrata and tomato salad app was exceptional , the quality of burrata was top notch. We are part time here in naples and will return again next week before we go home. Walking along 5th avenue in Naples we decided to eat at Tulia's Bar for some bar food. Great choice! We had 2 salads and a pizza and fried cauliflower. Everything was delicious, fresh and flavorful! Our waitress, Ashley was excellent! Will definitely be back!! read more

Big fan of Tulia - always on my list when I visit Naples. This time we tried Bar Tulia. I've been hesitant to try because it says gastropub- Soooo happy we decided to try anyway. This menu is anything but basic pub food! There are delicious (not fried) options that are all prepared with the same high quality that you get from Tulia. We had the Pig Mac Sliders, the Cauliflower Salad that converted a true hater of cauliflower! We also tried the Ceviche and Hummus both flavorful and extremely fresh. For main entrees the lasagne and salmon were delicious. The kids ordered pizzas, profiteroles and donuts which were all super yummy! Don't let the gastropub name throw you - as it is truly one of the best dining experiences in Naples. The icing on the cake was the amazing manager Jason and the friendly waitstaff. The atmosphere is fun and casual. We definitely will be going back! read more

Stay away!! Horrible customer service!! We decided to start there for a drink. While standing there, enjoying the minimal crowd, I overheard the bartender say possibly the rudest and most unprofessional comment to a customer. The bartender sarcastically said they had been sitting at the bar for a while. He said they needed to give up those seats since they were done, and he needed to make some money. I over heard the female customer say she just finished paying the $165 tab, and the wine glass was 1/2 full. Then the bartender slowly took the glass away. The customer took that bartender, with a man bun, to school. I don't blame her for what she did. The bartender had it coming!!! We quickly finished our drinks and left. I will never go there again. I know she and the rest of her company will never go there again. I will never recommend this place to any one, for fear they will be treated the same way. Not a good bar if you're wanting to relax. read more
