Ted continues to service my 20+ year-old Fire Magic Grill. With the cost of new grills these days, I feel it pays to keep an older grill working and in great condition. When Ted returns my grill, it looks almost like new. He usually picks the grill up on Monday and returns it on Friday. That way, I only lose it for a week and that's great. The price is somewhat high, but over the years it's been worth it to me. Have a 15+ year old built in Turbo grill that has gotten heavy use over it's lifespan. When flames started creeping out of the front right and left corner, I was pretty sure I'd have to replace it. A new Turbo with similar features is somewhere between $1700 and $2500, so thought I'd see if mine could be fixed. Contacted a couple of companies with good ratings on Yelp and decided to use BBQ Rescue 911. Man am I glad I did! Ted picked up the grill and brought it back to his shop to give it a complete refurbishing. They replaced faulty valves, the ceramic briquettes, the broken thermometer and did an incredible job on the grill grates and hood. Bottom line, got the grill back in 8 days looking almost as good as the day I bought it those many years ago. Ted at Barbeque Rescue 911 did an incredible job for me at a fair price. I originally called because my igniter wasn't sparking, and Barbeque Rescue 911 came out to assess my issue. After a thorough inspection, I learned why my 18 year old grill was not performing as it should. Excellent work overall.. I have a 20 year old, barely used, Beefeater grill. I wanted it inspected to be sure it could be used safely. Ted came out in just a couple of days for the inspection, evaluated the issues and quoted me a price for repair, restoration and reinstallation of my grill, a drop-in side-burner and light. He came back a few days later a few days later (Monday) to take the grill away and returned it 5 days later on the Friday. The rusty gas jets and been completely cleaned, all the accumulated dust and grime and been removed and even the faded knobs had been restored! In all, it looks like I have a brand-new grill. My grill is 20 years old. I didn't know if it could be restored or if it needed to be replaced. I contacted Ted. He assured me he could return my grill to near new condition, which he did, but not without some issues. Some of the ignitors were not working after the grill was returned. Ted and his team cleaned our grill about a year ago and did an excellent job. When it needed cleaning again, we did not hesitate to call Barbecue Rescue 911. All team members are polite, professional and do an excellent job. Dominic picked up the parts and after they were cleaned, Callen and his coworker (wish I knew his name - nice young man) brought them back and cleaned the remaining parts of the grill. They explained what to do when we use the grill for the first time and what to expect with the smoke. We will continue to use them when our grill needs cleaning and serviced. Our grill was left on overnight, and completely melted down (including the grill cover). I contacted Ted to inquire about a used grill, and Ted assured me he could repair ours good as new. Sure enough, three days later Ted returned with our grill, better than new (seriously). He thoroughly cleaned the grill, replaced all the damaged parts, and installed a stainless steel bottom piece instead of the iron one (hence better than new). I'd give this business 10-15 stars if possible. We could not be more pleased. BTW, he fixed our grill for less than a third of what the replacement would have cost.
