Had initial cleaning done and wasn't thrilled with results and gave a less than favorable review. I assume the owner reached out and I showed results of the first cleaning. They indicated that wasn't their quality of cleaning and asked for a re-cleaning at no cost. I agreed and Hunter came out to perform the cleaning. I was pleased with the results and appreciate the company standing behind their work ethics and standards. Hunter went beyond to make sure I was happy with results and polished the access door and pizza oven in the outdoor kitchen. I will use them again for future cleanings. read more

These guys are solid all-around . . . quick to respond, clearly experienced and listens for understanding from the customer, not overselling, cross selling or making recommendations that are not what the customer is looking for. I am confident they make the best recommendation based on a customer's needs while others try to sell you what they want to sell. In my case, repairing/cleaning was my first goal, but was willing to consider trashing what I have and buying new. They offered options for both, but I went with repairing/cleaning. I could not be happier. They promptly scheduled me, came out to inspect and made sure if they made the repairs, then the cleaning expense was justified, not charging me for services first. Their estimate was reasonable at the time of quote over the phone and honored once they arrived. I will definitely be calling Pro Grill Arizona LLC again whether its time for another cleaning or to purchase a replacement. read more

What a great experience! My built in grill was not working properly so after wasting a lot of my time trying to fix the issue, I thought I would try these guys. Everything including pricing was as advertised. Steve did an inspection and fixed the problem on the spot. My grill is cleaner, but it's also in worse shape. The chemicals used to clean the exterior (Viking built-in) all but wiped off all the markings for the burners and settings. Fortunately, I remember what dial goes to what. Honestly, I could have given a neighbor kid fifty bucks and he would have done a superior job. I purchased the deluxe package for the grate cleaning. There was some rust on one of them, and like an idiot I thought the upgrade would at least mitigate the mess. I still need new grates. I realize I didn't pay for a repair, but for almost six hundred bucks, I didn't think the grill would end up in worse shape. I'm not happy. read more

Was happy in the beginning with the cleaning process. Did help replace propane glass line, but did pay and arm and leg for it. Still waiting for my call back for light that was broken. Alot things needed fix that did'nt get fix, but still paid alot of money. The gentleman were very friendly just things just did'nt done, but still paid alot of money for not alot of things accomplished unfortunately. read more

We had a built-in barbeque that needed some service. Contacted ProGrill and they go right back to us. They scheduled a time to come out and inspect the barbeque and give us a full estimate. Turned out to need a couple of small parts and they fixed it on the spot. I asked them to also give it a good cleaning, which they did. I was amazed at how clean it now is.
