The installer bent the bottom right side and didn't say anything. You have to be on the ground to see. Standing up then you notice it. Incredibly disappointing. Waited around ALL day for them to show up. And they didn't!!! I was very specific that I would be home at certain times to let the service person in because it had a BUSTINESS APPOINTMENT!!!!.... We needed a repair on our Wolf oven as we had either a cooling fan or sensor error code. Robert D. from Tri City Appliances came out to diagnose the problem. Not only was he on time but he brought the replacement fan and sensor to make the repair immediately without having to source the parts and return for the install. Robert explained the problem with the fan and sensor and completed the installation and cleanup in no time.
