This company won't give customer time for appointment until DAY BEFORE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT! This means the actual day of appointment can't be planned until customer notified the previous day when they might be showing up on appointment day. Wow. Astonishing! " This is our process" is the response when customer questions method. I'm stuck with them because of an appliance that came with our house. Completely inconveniencing one's customers isn't how one gets NEW business. If I were to refit my kitchen I'd consider going elsewhere, unless they were willing to be more customer oriented and considerate of customer time & planning. I don't have problem with the actual servicing of appliance, it's the scheduling that is absolutely ridiculous. read more

Robert did a great job. He was on time. He took care of my wolf range. I bought appliances from Spencers and their installers were really bad. The installer bent the bottom right side and didn't say anything. You have to be on the ground to see. Standing up then you notice it. He leveled my dishwasher after the other installers came out to do the work. It's sad you can't get good help these days. Thank you again Robert and his trainee. read more

We needed a repair on our Wolf oven as we had either a cooling fan or sensor error code. Robert D. from Tri City Appliances came out to diagnose the problem. Not only was he on time but he brought the replacement fan and sensor to make the repair immediately without having to source the parts and return for the install. Robert explained the problem with the fan and sensor and completed the installation and cleanup in no time. He is a people person (friendly), professional and clearly knew his stuff. Hope not to need him a lot but will definitely request him for any future repairs. read more

Incredibly disappointing. Waited around ALL day for them to show up. And they didn't!!! I was very specific that I would be home at certain times to let the service person in because it had a BUSTINESS APPOINTMENT!!!!.... Well guess what..... oh yeah, you guessed it, they showed up at EXACTLY the time I was just sitting down for my meeting!!! INFURIATING!!! I called back and said the service person needed to come back. I'm still waiting..... total disrespect for my time and their commitment. Oh, and to top it off... this is the for another appoint to fix the dame COVE DISHWASHER that has NOT WORKED more than it has worked. Because it was installed incorrectly in the first place. UGH!!!! Perhaps that's why they aren't showing up because its still under warranty and not worth their time? Which is pretty disappointing and shady if you ask me. What has happened to companies knowing firstly who the customer is and how to treat them and secondly how to do the job you have requested them to do!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

I called them and they immediately scheduled me for not only the recall problem Wolfe found but also a concern I brought up to them about a few burners not lighting on simmer. They sent out their technician on 12/10/2024. He arrived at the end of the window to complete the services. Josh was professional and went above expectations.
