They replaced my grill with another rebuilt grill, which is totally fine and seems to work, but they are far from dependable, which is unfortunate. They said they were going to show up 4-5 times and never did. They did complete the job, but I lost all confidence after multiple no shows. I even asked them if I needed to purchase a new grill, since I wasn't sure they were coming back with my grill they took to swap out, since they missed so many appointment. They gave me a window of 9-10am and at 9:45am they called to tell me they were overbooked and my service needed to be reschedule. Juan came out for a maintenance job and found our burners to be rusted and leaking, no wonder it wasn't cooking evenly or reaching high heat. The original burners and heat shields weren't stainless steel, well they are now. Paul swapped them out with quality stainless steel products. It looks like another grill and operates like it should. Juan and Paul were quite knowledgeable and gave us some good advice. Your BBQ guys are our future BBQ grill guys, and come highly recommended for quality and price. I purchased a Napoleon prestige 500 from a retailer in Tucson that turned out to be a bad dealer that does not employ installers and instead uses contractors that were not up to the job. My install was complicated requiring electrical work. I had $4,000 invested and no working BBQ. Hate to give one star but I have no choice. Had a fire pit gas ring replaced by them, as it was rusting out. They replaced it and to my surprise the flame was leaking out to the gas valve!!!! (as pictured below). Called Paul to fix it, he scheduled on April 7th but he never showed. Called and texted him weekly since then but NO RESPONSE. So BEWARE, if you have issues with his work, he may not respond. Doesn't seem to care to make right what he didn't install correctly. I imagine this could be a safety issue! I plan on reporting official complaint to Better Business Bureau. read more

I will absolutely use your barbecue guys again! This process has been seamless. They are amazing and what they do and they're customer service. Nick came to clean our barbecue after Paul had come to fix the regulator. We weren't charge for the regulator because he knew we were having family in town I needed the grill. Nick explained that our grades can't be cleaned exactly perfectly clean because of the material on that if he did it would ruin them. He told us if we wanted sparkly shiny ones where we could buy them and I really appreciate that. They use no chemicals and had everything done first class! He said that we could pay for everything once the grill was clean the following week. The grill is spotless and works like a charm! There may only grill people moving forward!
