They told me it was just cosmetics and I did not need to replace my tire. A previous place I went to said I should replace my tire. I picked up a nail in my tire. The nearest tire place was Bargain Barn so I pulled in. Twenty minutes later, I was leaving-without the nail, tire as good as new!! They were friendly, helpful and VERY reasonably priced. I will recommend in the future and when it's time for new tires, I know where to go!! read more

I really can't say enough great things about the people who work here. I've been taking my Jeep here since 2015 and they've always done stellar work. They've even had times where they've worked to fix an issue and have had to refer me somewhere else and they haven't charged me. They've been friendly, honest, and exceptionally nice. I think their prices are also comparable to any other 'big' place for items like tires. I'd rather buy local, maybe spend a couple more bucks, and know they'll follow up on any work or repair issues that could possibly be necessary because they're obviously really passionate about doing a great job. I go here for tires, oil changes, repairs, and anytime I'm worried anything could be wrong with my Jeep. I really appreciate that if they find nothing wrong - they tell me it's all good and don't try to make up charges. Highly recommend! read more

My daughter (Mary J) always takes her vehicle here for service, tires, whatever. She says such GREAT things about them that today, when my husband said he needed to take his vehicle in for his a/c to be checked, repaired, whatever, I told him to go to Bargain Barn, based on Mary's feedback. Having 3 leaking rims on a cargo trailer late on a Sunday night is not fun. No one is open at that time to change them, and Monday morning, tire shops are booked with pre-scheduled jobs. This location was fabulous! Gentleman researched our noise issue by removing the tire and replacing it back on in the rear. He stated that the tire was by a different manufacturer and because of that was causing a noise we had not heard when it was in the rear prior to having the tires rotated. We were hoping it was not the axle or the bearings. He gave us peace of mind that it was not. He also checked the brakes, alignment, condition of tires and suspension. We experienced a blown tire as we were heading out of Rapid City. Called Bargain Barn Tire Pros and they said they would get us in. They even stayed past closing to accommodate our tire replacement. They did as best as they could with matching the tire to our current ones and would have worked with us and called around had we not had a time crunch and looking to get back on the road. I limped into this location with a bulge in a rear tire. These wonderful men had to problem solve how to get the spare out from under the truck. They probably spent an hour working on my truck and didn't charge me a dime. I didn't have any cash on hand to slip them some money. I'm heading to Omaha for a luncheon with women I went to high school with. One has health issues and may not be around much longer so we're heading from all parts the let this inspiring woman know what she means to us. While on vacation we began hearing a series of "odd noises" from the front end of our car. Given the hour we had few choices so we ended up at the Bargain Barn, and we are very thankful we did. These guys went the extra mile (literally), even taking the car out on to the freeway to recreate the noise (after placing it on the lift and confirming all the components were safe to drive). This is s great place with fair pricing and excellent customer service. My husband and I were traveling with our 3 grandkids when we blew out a tire on the highway enroute to Hill City SD on our tow car. They took us in immediately. Gave us a tire to use for the week and had us back on the road in minimal time. They ordered our new tire and had it ready for us on our return trip.
