Told him what I needed and he set me up with the perfect dryer. They do deliver but, I decided to save some cash and took it home myself. It's a dryer so not heavy at all. They gave me a great deal! Bought a sectional with an ottoman. Two boxes were brought out to load, and I asked if they're sure that's all the boxes for the couch. I was told there would be 4 to 5 boxes for it. The main worker (lady) read the boxes and assured us that that's all the boxes. We get home and there's a box missing. We drive the 15 miles back in 5:00p.m. traffic and I asked for a discount for driving twice, but the main worker declined. She said the manager doesn't care if we had to drive twice and could only apologize. It's frustrating buying from a store that looks out only for their best interest. Went to the store to purchase a brand new washer since my washer didn't work anymore brought it home that same day, plugged it in and the machine towards the end of the wash cycle started shaking really bad. Call them the next following day early in the morning when they open to let them know the issue and hoping they could exchange it for another one since it hasn't been 24 hours since I purchased itwith no help they told me to do the one year warranty and have them send a technician out to fix it even though I barely just purchase it from the store the store is selling broken electronics. Found Lucio on offer-up for a pillow & found a few more items that we needed like the shower head we purchased. I opened the box check everything for your normal scratches or what not. I even asked the sales person and said we check them just like people should to make sure everything is in order. Brought the items home connected the shower head & it was damaged internally were it swiveled were you wouldn't be able to check it while in the store until you connect it correctly to see it work. Reached out to Lucio & stated all sales are final. Be aware of what you buy from these people once you give them your money it will be difficult to retrieve it back. read more

Store is a mess. They have things advertised that they do not even have in store. And they have used things for sale all mismatched with missing pieces. No instructions, over priced. They had a few good items without a price. When asked for price, they were selling it as a brand new when it was clearly used, cracked, and or broken pieces.waste of a drive. All items sold in the store are returns from major retailers like Amazon, Costco, etc. When you buy an item, you have to make sure the item works and that are willing take a risk on possibly buying a dud. The prices of the items are generally cheaper than their MSRP. The price difference is greatly dependent on factors like physical blemishes and whether or not it works. You can get a great deal on something or you can get a bad deal if you don't do your research. You should treat the workers there like they are salespeople and you do have to haggle well in order to take full advantage of the savings. If you don't haggle well, you might not get a proper deal on open box items. read more

Purchased a washer from here the agitator didn't work and wasn't washing the clothes correctly, we exchanged and the new washer is not spinning correctly i honestly think these washer are not brand new maybe they are returns.
